Hotel Stavanger dengan Spa

I recently stayed at Clarion and had an absolutely wonderful experience, thanks to the outstanding service provided by Atika and Silje. The teamwork between Atika and Silje created a welcoming and comfortable environment that exceeded my expectations. Much appreciated! From the moment I arrived, Silje was incredibly helpful and attentive. Her efficiency and professionalism were truly impressive. What stood out the most was Atika’s excellent communication skills. She kept me informed throughout the process and made sure I was comfortable and satisfied with the resolution. Atika's dedication to her job and her genuine care for the guests made my stay at Clarion exceptional. I highly recommend this hotel, and a big part of that is because of the fantastic service from Atika. Thank you for making my stay so pleasant!

Very disappointed! I booked 3 nights at this hotel in Stavanger for me and my husband, from the 30th of December to the 2nd of January 2023. We arrived at the hotel pretty late , just after midnight. The hotel's check in was starting from 15.00-00.00 am. Nobody was at this hotel, no reception, no security absolutely nobody. On the door was a sign saying :if you don't have a card to get in , ring at a certain number . So, I phoned that number that was displayed and the phone was turned off. We tried to ring the hotel (number from the website) but the customer service was from 8am to 8pm... We tried so many phone numbers with absolutely no luck. We spent 1 hour in front of the hotel, in rain and cold . It was 1 am. So we decided to ring a different hotel to see whether they have a room available for that night and in the morning we would have come back to this hotel - hoping that there will be someone . We phoned one hotel, they gave us a price and then we decided to ring Radisson blu ( many many many thanks to them ) explained to their receptionist our situation , and he was more than happy to ring this hotel (scandic stavanger city) for us and see whether he can get in touch with someone. He phoned me back saying that this hotel is close for Christmas and New Year, and we should try Scandic Royal Hotel or a different Scandic hotel from town and they might be able to help us with our booking. So, we went to Scandic Royal Hotel, they quickly found our booking and they were actually expecting us there BUT NOBODY let us know about this, we didn't get any email/message or anything about the initial hotel being closed and our reservation being with a different hotel from their chain.... very disappointed about this miscommunication. Apart of this miscommunication, having to stay in rain, cold and a lot of stress about this situation at 1 o'clock in the morning.. everything was nice with Scandic Royal Stavanger.

Overall it’s really nice! Just that the hotel is located on top of a slope so going to the hotel with a big luggage is not a nice experience. Good breakfast!

Breakfast was the best so far out of all the hotels we had stayed in Norway(Stavanger, Lofoten, Narvik, Tromsø) Location was good as well. Short walk out and there will be a lake and park.

Un hotel muy céntrico, muy cerquita de las estaciones de tren y bus, y súper cerca del centro, el precio está bien, el buffet de desayuno es extraordinario, tanto en salado como en dulce incluyendo salmón, exquisito por cierto. La habitación grande y cómodo colchón y almohada, la 403 da a la parte de atrás y es súper tranquila sin ruido, baño estupendo. En recepción nos atendieron muy bien, hablando en inglés, echo de menos que cadi nadie habla español.

Clean rooms, great breakfast and an extra treat providing a little supper buffet for guests if you don’t feel like going out for dinner. Crome cast in the room so you can watch your own shows. The staff is without exception amazing, very helpful and attentive. Great central location.

Very nice hotel specially when they renovation for it. Staff are friendly and very good services from their side. Location is wonderful with nice view.

Apartment at 7th floor. We had 2 separate bedrooms with a twin bed. Living room with kitchen that had everything you need. Fridge, freezer, stove and dishwasher. So you can make your own meals if you like we did not do that. One nice bathroom only issue was that the shower head kept sliding down. The apartment had large widows with a great view over Stavanger being on the top floor. Nice restaurant/ bar down steaks with real good food (Sirius Renaa). Gives great value for money if you are 4 people
