Great stay again, as usual. Place is clean, staff are friendly and its my go to when I stay in CPT for business.

I had the pleasure of staying here in September for a few nights whilst visiting Stellenbosch for work. It's a very cosy place. The staff was very nice, and a terrific breakfast was served every morning. Would definitely recommend.

I lived in this guest house for 4 months (from February to June 2023). The landlord, Sherry, is dishonest, vicious and intrusive: I absolutely do not recommend this house. The landlord regularly came to the house (several times a week) without warning and constantly threatened to kick us out, for no good reason. She only returned half of the final deposit (which amounted to over 3,600 euros) without any valid justification. We were confronted with quarrels between the landlord and the real estate person (Henrico) who never agreed and gave us two different sides of the story. From 9pm onwards, we were no longer allowed to meet simply in the living room to talk, otherwise we were constantly threatened with eviction. I really wouldn't recommend this house; the experience ruined my stay in South Africa.

room was clean, nice and comfortable. Nice shower. staff very professional and kind. breakfast was very good. The Guest house located in a safe area and we could park easily outside, just in front of the guest house. Nice to have a park with playgound few minutes walking distance. Only From the photos I would expected the guest house to be more in the countryside, not with neightbours next to it...anyway it was not an issue at all.

Beautiful stay with excellent hosts. The gentlemen made our stay beautiful. Nice area for a short walk to stretch. Beautiful breakfast. Very clean and my kids even took a swim in a freshly cleaned pool.

Great staff and management- treated us and our 13 year old Jack Russell so well. Perfectly appointed and spacious accommodation with a delightful splash- pool. Will be back. Thanks for a great time We will definitely return. I think the mighty dog missed the place already

Backup power would be Good , this problem is here for a long time so gear your place so that guests can always have power . Lots of ants even in my bed , sort the DSTV connection in the room is stayed !! NO DSTV

Good location. Excellent cooked to order eggs and bacon. Very helpful and friendly staff.

Overall, we enjoyed our stay. The staff was friendly and helpful. The breakfast is basically a full English (eggs your way, gammon, beans, mushrooms, toast etc), and was good. There was also some yogurt, muesli, a few cereals & a couple juice options. Nothing impressive, but solid. Now onto the building itself, which is beautiful. You can definitely see the potential, and what it could be with a little updating. We stayed in a family room and it was spacious, with a living room, small kitchen counter (microwave, sink etc), a master bedroom with a king bed, and a children's bedroom with 4 kid size bunk beds. The one and only bathroom is located in the children's bedroom, and is considerably small. Not an ideal location, especially if you have to use it during the night and have to walk into, and through the kids' bedroom. I could see this being an issue for parents of children who are light sleepers. The entire unit was clean (for the most part), but worn. You can definitely feel it's age. A new coat of paint & a few nice pieces of furniture would go a long way. There is a pool out back with a covered pergola. It's only a small lap pool, but sufficient to get you cooled off. Overall, our stay was pleasant. There was nothing wrong with the property. It just has so much more potential than it currently shows. The location is good, the rooms are spacious, and breakfast is included. If the price is right, I'd recommend.
