The environment and service are great, breakfast is also good.

Good rooms, great location, very good breakfast, easy, functional but very tasty evening meals if you need to relax after your journey.  

I’ve stayed here multiple times and the best part about this place is the location. It is central and just opposite to railway station.

Great hotel and brilliant location next to the station. Much cheaper than Manchester and only 10 minutes by train. Very nice staff

They didnt allow me to cancel my booking even if my flight was rebump due to airlines fault.

I was feeling uncomfortable with the front desk service on my check out day. I just asked the front desk staff for a late check out request at 12:00 pm. The front desk staff asked my room no without a smiling face. After I told her the room no, she said a £20 will be charged for late check out. My request is for extension of one hour only. You can say something like… oh I am afraid we wont be unable to fulfil your request as our room has been fully booked today…. But if you really want to extend your stay for a few hours, you could pay a late check out fee if you’re willing to do so….

Really clean. Staff helpful. Breakfast great and plenty available just remember to get your breakfast before 9:30 as closes promptly

Breakfast was included but they never mentioned what time… i couldn’t have breakfast 😞

Come to stay for 1 night as was visiting friends for a Birthday party l. What a really nice hotel would definitely stay here again. My room was big amd plenty of space thank you 😊

Beautiful location right next to the station, amazing service, allowed check in before time! Loved the experience.

Very friendly as ever on arrival and staff at breakfast as wonderful… shower was leaking through door, lead to a big puddle in bathroom
