Hotel dengan WiFi di Stockton

Bilik itu cukup bagus tetapi ini adalah penginapan kedua saya di sini dan AC di bilik saya tidak berfungsi lagi. Saya akan memberi mereka satu pukulan lagi tetapi saya memerlukan AC pada musim panas.

Professional kind management team! They really go out of there way to ensure your stay is comfortable. Housekeeping staff is amazing they are respectful kind and do a great job cleaning my room. The maintenance guy on site is also awesome he is reassuring to ensure your also comfortable. My stay here over the last few months has been amazing. I feel at home. Thank you everyone

Me and my husband absolutely love this place!! The rooms and lofts are beautiful, and the view is definitely the best the best in Stockton. We've had the pleasure of meeting the main manager Rona and loft manager Kathy Santiago. They are both very friendly, knowledgeable and accommodating. Their staff at the front desk is amazing as well, they go above and beyond and make you feel at home. Everyone there is extremely helpful and friendly. Even the Maintenace team, extremely helpful and friendly. Also, the restaurant is one of our favorites in town. Great food and drinks and the bartenders and waiters are very welcoming and attentive. If you have the pleasure of meeting Chris, Raymond or Chrystal, you're in good hands as well as the rest of the team! We definitely recommend this place either for a short stay in the hotel or long term stay in the lofts. This place is a rare gem in the heart of Stockton!

Bilik hotel ini sangat kecil tanpa microwave, peti sejuk mini yang sangat kecil yang terus menutup sendiri. Jadi makanan saya rosak dua kali. The hotel really shows its age and could use a refresh. I can deal with that as it was one night. What really got me was the service from the night clerk. We are Ambassadors. There is no lounge in this hotel so we asked what the hotel does for Ambassadors. Nothing apparently. Finally - and rather begrudgingly - the clerk gave us a coupon for breakfast at the Starbucks-like bistro in the lobby. He really couldn't be bothered with us. He was more interested in listening to whatever was on his earbuds. By contrast, Mike, the AM front desk clerk was bouncy and cheerful/ ready to help. What a difference 12 hours makes. This hotel rates a ”meh” in my book. The room is clean. It is a place to put your head.

Off of Interstate 5, this hotel is just 4 miles from downtown. Its location is beautiful, and just one mile down a tree-lined street to the marina and a jogging path along the water. There is a beautiful enclosed courtyard where one can have coffee or just enjoy the outdoors. The front desk staff is friendly and really aims to please. Housekeeping was everyday (so nice) even though the website says every other day. I wanted to give this place a 5-star review, but the breakfast person after the first two days was not warm and and helpful. The first two days, we had a wonderful, cheery lady that came over from the Courtyard next door. She made you feel welcomed, and I wanted to come to breakfast. She went out of her way to make sure we had everything we wanted or needed. She took pride in her work and presentation (oranges and ice in the water carafe), lots of fresh fruit salad - all the way to the end of breakfast. And, the breakfast area was spotless and inviting. Saturday, this lady had left and the ”normal” person did breakfast. She was grumpy and unsmiling. We asked for fruit salad for two days, and she said there was none - even though we could see melons sitting on the counter. She brought out a big plastic bowl full of scrambled eggs and just scooped them to refill the nice silver dish. I mean, sure, we know the eggs aren't fried fresh, but how difficult would it be to bring a silver serving dish out already filled up and replace it with the empty one. The water carafe was just that - no ice and no sliced fruit. I asked her how she was doing, being friendly, and she said ”I'll be better in an hour when I'm off.” And, management came to talk to her and she raised her voice and started griping. Management nicely reminded her that guests were around, and she lowered her voice.” No matter, this person needs an attitude adjus**ent. The best person to train her would be the wonderful lady from the Courtyard restaurant, who was an absolute joy.

We were on a 900 plus mile trip and decided to stay in Stockton for the night. Due to having to charge the car and stopping to see friends and family along the way, we spent 17 hours in the car. When we arrived at 1:30 am, the front desk clerk was cheery, smiling, and treated us as if it was 1:30 in the afternoon. The room was comfortable, spacious, and quiet. The hallway was well lit unlike a lot of other hotels. The bathroom has large bottles of shampoo, conditioner, and body wash made by Dove. This shows that the hotel obviously cares about the environment. The breakfast was hot, plentiful, and the the two ladies that worked in the kitchen (we stayed 2 different times on the same trip) were AMAZING! Liz and Danielle were both very helpful, struck up a conversation with everyone, and we even saw them helping some other guests figure out how to make some food to go since they had to leave quickly. This hotel is easy on and off the highway. The front desk has a list of recommended restaurants within a 15 minute drive. The only one negative about this hotel is the bathroom door. The doors have an automatic closing hinge on them and no matter how far you open the door, it closes itself. Our little dog was almost squished a couple times when she followed us into the bathroom. The weight of the door with the hinge could cause some difficulty for someone that has some dexterity or mobility concerns. Other than the door, our stay was great both nights and we will be staying again.

The bed was good, really hard. Pool was green really green. Did not have disability room like I reserved. Got 3rd floor but with elevator. It did come with breakfast but I didn't get up in time. Not sure if I would stay again. For $112, I don't know.
