nice location and lovely environment, friendly service too. only thing that could be improved is regarding the sharing of locations of amenities such as the gym, etc. and the complimentary gifts included with my booking as we were not told of anything regarding where these were or how we could book/redeem such gifts. however, it was overall a really nice hotel and would book again!

Saya menempah hotel untuk bangun awal untuk pergi ke taman seni. Gadis kecil yang baik hati di meja depan melihat bahawa saya sedang dalam perjalanan seorang diri dan memberi saya sarapan pagi, yang sesuai untuk memasuki taman pada pukul 7:30. Saya juga menyediakan cenderahati apabila saya pergi. Percubaan percuma Hanfu hotel berlangsung selama tiga jam, jadi saya tidak dapat menahan diri daripada memakai solek dan mengambil gambar. The hotel room was comfortable and bigger than expected. It was combine bakery shop with homestay, which is very convenient for travellers. Nearby hotel is the Ping Jiang Road, walking distance is only 15 minutes from hotel. Nice! 👍🏻

Warm service, good location, quality toiletries and amenities, bright and comfortable room. I would give it a 6 star. Things to highlight: •Dyson hair dryer •Nespresso machine •Soft drinks and biscuits that were replenished everyday • Quality bathrobe, bedroom slippers • bedsheets feels like a 900TC quality • AI butler in the room • Vanity dresser with mirror • Massage shower head with good water pressure • Warm bidet toilet that was much appreciated during our stay in winter • Complimentary fruits, dessert and porridge at the lobby every night • 5 mins walk to Nanjing South Station, both train and metro station are located at the same station. • Lots of food options surround the hotel. I highly recommend UrCove by Hyatt.

I would highly recommend this hotel. Very friendly and welcoming hotel staff. The hotel rooms are very clean and new with modern interior. Welcome tea is offered once arriving at the hotel. The staff is very helpful and their service is better than many 5 stars hotel. Subway is just a few steps away. Will definitely come back to this hotel.

Looks very grand and smells nice once entering lobby. Room is very spacious and pretty, but to take note that they used centralised air conditioning system instead of individualised room air conditioner. On the first night I stayed, the room was so stuffy even with aircond on with temp of 25 degree Celsius + our room did not have windows to ventilate. Even the alley and lobby is cooler than our room. Called the front desk and they offered a fan but it was still stuffy throughout the night. Second day they took note of our issue and claimed had repaired the air conditioning in our room, hence it was cooler on the second night but still got a little stuffy in the middle of the night. However, they acknowledged the issue and offered us small gifts as compensation, which was very kind of them. But I still do hope they will improve their air conditioning system in future, as some people could not tolerate heat. Design of toilet and shower is not to my liking as they were in separated cubicles and no bidet. Generally, cleanliness is acceptable and comfortable. Good front desk service whom offered me her number to order food delivery. Location is decent, 8-10 mins walk away from nearest subway station. Pingjiang lu is just opposite. Generally, good for short stay, but to take note air conditioning is not individualised.

This is the perfect hotel for a weekend getaway in Jinling Hotel Nanjing 新街口. The downtown area on Main Street is a best kept secret and the Jinling Hotel offers everything you need if you don’t feel like venturing out. We were given an upgrade to the executive room and breakfast was served on the 56th floor and we had an amazing time. The atmosphere and service were great. Definitely a must do if you are looking for a good time. The staff at this property are all great! They all go above and beyond to make your stay comfortable especially to Mr. 邢阳, thank you for making our stay a pleasant one.

I have to mention that the service department especially Ms Tina is very helpful to accommodate my request at her best. Very professional and understand the guest’s point of view. Room is huge, location is also near to the mall for food and shopping.

My third stay at this hotel, but I think it will be my last because on my second and third stays I've experienced progressively worsening bad service from what had been a good experience on my first stay. This time, as with the second stay, staff were unfriendly and unwelcoming (except only for the bellhop, who was very professional). This time, the focus of the check-in staff person was to make a point of highlighting the room rate even though I had already paid, and then when I arrived at my room, the door was open and another staff person was locking the refrigerator even though the room description had included refrigerator and I had wanted to use it. It turned out that this was because the fridge contained minibar items and I would need to pay an exorbitant 500 RMB deposit if I wanted access. This means that the hotel does not trust its guests, behaviour that I might expect in a 2-star hotel, but not one that promotes itself as being 5-star. There had also been no mention of the deposit requirement in the hotel listing information when there should have been because international travellers won’t normally be carrying that amount of RMB cash. So I told them to remove all of the minibar items and take them out of the room so I could use the refrigerator. People weary from long-haul flights just want a friendly, welcoming, and hassle-free hotel experience that allows them to rest and relax, but this no longer happens at this hotel. So, I no longer recommend this hotel, and when I next pass through Nanjing Lukou airport, I'll be trying one of the other airport hotels.

We saw this hotel from trip.com, never heard about it before but was attracted by its 5 star status and is very close proximity to metro station, 2 min walk, right opposite the station when you get out from exit no. 3 of 南园北路地铁站. The room is spacious! With nice design from a well know designer although im not familiar with him. We had a one nite stay only, my kids kept on asking for extension of stay. D bed is so comfy, aircon is working well, you no nid to leave one card in the room just keeping d room cold temperature at all times! I booked a very late train back to shanghai the following day as I thought I would spend my long days in suzhou. But we were too tiring, and sat at the hotel lobby for hours.i would like to express my gratitude to the front desk staff, 小陈, who is so helpful and friendly. She had approached us if we needed anything. A compliment to her warm smile and help... When we asked for direction, she had shared with us traffic conditions....others warm acts such as offering mineral waters to us and small gifts to our kids !! The kids love it so much. I would strongly recommend this hotel to others, not only good location, comfy n clean hotel, plus the politeness and professionalism of the hotel staff. Ms 小陈had made my stay even enjoyful!!

An upscale Apartment style hotel that has a separate bedroom, bathroom, and living room. It also has a full kitchen with a dishwasher and a full-size refrigerator and freezer. There is also a washer in the kitchen area. It's sparkling clean throughout the unit. Staff are very nice and helpful; from the moment we arrived, and the time we checked out, there were always staff nearby helping with our luggage. The checkin was quick and smooth. A very young man in the front office who helped us take our luggage and showed us our room. He also the one who helped carry our luggage to the taxi when we checked out. The hotel has a big garden with fish pond, rock, bridges and waterfall. On the way to the restaurant for breakfast, it was a pleasant surprised to find artworks exhibit hall. The breakfast section was simple with decent selections. The hotel location is great; it's on a major street that is near a mall and many major shops. It is also near the pedestrian streets; it took us a 10-minute walk to get to the pedestrian street and less than 10 minutes walk to the mall. We definitely would love to stay at this hotel again and would recommend it to our friends and family members.

First and foremost, this one of the most beautiful hotels I have ever visited. Every corner is decorated exquisitely, every detail taken with the utmost care. The location is acceptable, with a shopping mall with some restaurants at a 12 minute walk, where you can also take the metro, which is the recommended way of transport given the traffic in the city. However, if you want to DIDI into places, it is a bit far from major shopping centers and tourist attractions (30-45 minutes depending on traffic). But if you don't mind the brief walk to the metro then this is the perfect choice of beauty, comfort, and service. The rooms are spotlessly clean, great views from the balcony, good breakfast, and excellent service form staff.

Very good Hotel and excellent location and great service staff. Special mention to Cici and Chloe who are very very helpful. Room does need an upgrade as some of the things are too old. Hotel is close to 20 years old and will undergo renovation but does not affect the staying experience. Will return to stay at hotel next time in October

This hotel most certainly did not disappoint, the stay was extremely pleasant and the views were spectacular. The hotel staff were fantastic and their efforts did not go unnoticed. Kyle, for example was professional during the check in process and patiently answered questions. I initially booked the ‘King Premium Jinji Lake View’ room, however, he kindly upgraded my room for free so that I could have a better view of both Jinji lake and the city, which was stunning. The housekeeper was attentive and did an excellent job in maintaining the cleanliness of the room. The room service team were also accommodating of special requests to meet my dietary needs. Although there was some minor dissatisfaction with temperature of food being served, what stood out to me was their receptiveness of feedback and how they provided instant solutions. Overall, the staff working here demonstrated utmost professionalism and are an asset to the hotel.

Conveniently located in the city downtown area, it offers almost everything you need as a tourist, sight seeing, shopping and city walk although it is not so near to the gardens which Suzhou is renowned for. The staff are friendly and available to help whenever we needed something. The hotel meets the expectations of Shangri-La in almost all spectrums even though some of the amenities look a bit tired and aged, but the lobby still stands quite grand. Overall, the hotel is value for money.

We have had a great time stayed at the Nikko hotel. The staff is friendly and courteous and the level of service is great. Particularly the lady at the front desk,( I completely forgot to obtain her name) who is so kind at explaining our needs to the cab driver and even asking the driver to contact the hotel should we face any difficulties in making payment through WeChat. What a kind and thoughtful gesture by her. Thank you.

One of the most impressive hotels I stayed in recent years. - Good value: hotel at same caliber would cost 2X ~3X more in first tier cities easily. - Friendly staff: aside from being offered an upgrade to one of the ground floor courtyard suites (thanks David!), everyone is genuinely friendly. - Top notch room/interior design: modern and high-end furniture/fixtures/appliances/accessories (huge TV). - TV accepts screen casting; also a Bluetooth speaker is on one of the bedside tablets. These are small things but makes the stay much easier to be personalized and enjoyable. - Of course the curtains are motorized. - Only complaint, that's is, if you come here to work, there isn't a proper desk for your laptop etc other than a small round coffee table. But I suppose that's intentional, maybe? ;-P

Check-in was efficient. Our room was clean, the bed was comfortable, and the shower was excellent. Moreover, we had a good selection of English language television channels to watch. Access to public transport is easy, as the subway station is very close, and there are share bicycles in the vicinity. My only complaint about the hotel was the duvet. Despite the air conditioning, it felt too hot with the duvet on. Staff should have put on summer duvets. Over all, however, we had a very good experience and recommend the Hilton.

The location was excellent, and the open facilities were very good. I understand it's a ”China thing” that prevents outdoor swimming pools from being open to the public other than July - August - but it's ridiculous and one that a 5-star hotel should change. You advertise having an indoor and outdoor pool; however, 85% of the entire year, it is closed.... so how can you say you have an outdoor pool? It's false advertising. It was 32 degrees this weekend and perfect weather for the outdoor pool, but you didn't have it open - thus, I took away two stars on facilities. The service in the restaurant was EXCELLENT on the 45th floor, extremely good and well worth the 5stars; the front desk people also on the 1st floor incredible; however, the service in the (the indoor!!!) swimming pool was extremely average - feeling like being served from student intern vs. any 5star customer service at all. The service in the bar on the 78th floor was highly average. also, for 5star, with us having to ask for drinks and not a single smile when serving the drinks, while the 78th-floor views are breathtaking, the service was let down. Last but not least, our parents-in-law traveled with us and rang the front desk for help with the TV. They rang twice, and they were waiting for someone to help them. I have stayed at Intercontinental Hotels in other locations, and the service is always very good. While some departments at this location were good, they needed to be more balanced by the inconsistency of the other departments.

A nice looking hotel with all amenities you need including a pool and gym. The location was perfect right next to Xuanwu lake with the metro line 1 30 metres walk. You can walk to the city wall, the lake, Jiming Temple easily and there are plenty of restaurants to eat at. There are shopping centres close by if you like to shop. Would definitely go there again

The hotel is walking distance to everything downtown-malls, the confucious temple, etc. got two rooms for my family and both were nice and provided with toiletries.We will come again!

Our stay at The Central Hotel was absolutely fantastic! From the moment we arrived, the staff made us feel so welcome and took care of every detail. The room was spacious, with two generously sized single beds that were perfect for a restful night’s sleep. The location couldn’t have been better—just steps from the famous DeJi Plaza and a subway entrance, making it super convenient to explore the city. We especially appreciated the thoughtful extras like complimentary water, robes, slippers, and the delightful surprise of glutinous rice balls (a special treat from Jiang Wei) for my daughter, who has quite the sweet tooth! The breakfast buffet was incredible, offering an overwhelming selection of delicious dishes, far more than we could try in one sitting. The on-site restaurants were exceptional, even better than some of the more expensive dining options we’ve tried in Nanjing. We can’t wait to return and would highly recommend this hotel to anyone visiting Nanjing!

Such a beautiful hotel. Close to the metro stop and bus stops so transportation is always available. Checkin was quick and having a staff at the front desk speak English was an added bonus. The breakfast options were abundant and delicious. I will definitely stay here again.

Great view from the room (28th F). Very satisfied with the stay. The staff was friendly and welcoming. An only complaint would be the dinner menu a la carte which was disappointing.

I expect a bit more from hotel Nikko. I have stayed in different Nikko hotels pre-covid but the experience this time is disapponting. .I stayed in a number of hotel for my3-week HSR touring, ranging from the top end (shangri la) to small local hotel. I ranked Nikko at the bottom. Well the small local hotels improved a lot but Nikko sliding back.

Great place. Clean, and everything is great. One thing, free transfer can be ordered only by the phone. Please add email or other option, our flight was abroad so we can’t arrange transport before and walk to the hotel from airport. But it was hear.

The location was ideal, you are very high up and away from the noise but in the center of the city right above the malls and shopping. Was easy to navigate, super clean and the staff were helpful. The staff spoke English for all my international travelers. I recommend getting the breakfast it was buffet style and sooo good.

Old oriental style hotel witha rich history. Look majestic and grand on the outside. (Interior of hotel in many nooks n corners are poorly maintained) Room service is superb. Super comfortable n firm bed. Located right within 太湖 (taihu lake) so you can jog/walk around the beautiful lake and giant ferris wheel in the morning and take in the fresh air. With outdoor pool n gym. Hotel food is mainly big fancy chinese restaurants n buffet. No casual dining . No western selection except the high tea cafe which serves some sandwiches and pasta. Hotel can organise ferry trip to turtlehead island

This is the 4th time we stay in this hotel, will choose to stay there again when we need to visit Wuxi again. Needless to say to say, it’s located just right at the high speed rail and metro, and many food options in the station. The new and big shopping mall right beside should be ready by now, but we did not go to the mall, so we are not exactly sure. Our colleague said that there’s also a f&b street with drinking pubs just 5 minutes walk away. But do ask for directions if you are interested. This time, the hotel was really nice to upgrade us to the suite rooms, despite us only booking the standard rooms. The room has very big and nice bathroom, wardrobe, with separate bedroom and living room space. Definitely highly recommended.

I had a great stay here. Very nice hotel. Easy to find. Great breakfast. Great service. Excellent room. I Loved the room and the bathtub especially. The tv had a great mix of foreign and Chinese shows. The shower was amazing as well. Tons of good places nearby to order from as well. Stellar for the money.

My family and I recently spent one night at the Hualuxe Wuxi Taihu Hotel and had a wonderful experience all round. The reception upon check in was so warm and welcoming and two of the staff spoke perfect English, making the process of checking in seamless. Even if language had been a barrier, the professionalism shown by the reception staff would have made it painless! We enjoyed leisurely drinks in the lobby after check-in where we were, once again, received with warmth and efficiency. At breakfast, which had a good selection of both local and foreign options, every single staff member greeted us with smiles and willingness to serve. We were certainly impressed by the professionalism demonstrated by all staff we encountered and were happy we had chosen the Hualuxe Wuxi Taihu Hotel as our destination. We will definitely be staying at this hotel again!

The services were excellent. I had my Taobao delivery all delivered to the hotel. Even before I put in the order and email the hotel for the address in Chinese and check on how can I deliver the items over, the staff responded to the email very fast. When I checked in the hotel, they offered to deliver the packages up to my room. Really like their experience.

I don't know why, but the room was upgraded as it's different from what i was shown. It's spacious, cosy and the bird eye view was spectacular. The room has a huge TV soft and comfy queen bed, jacuzzi, separate toilet and bathroom. What was even cooler was the robot that delivered our water when we requested for extra bottles. Breakfast was continental and yummy! I really would love to relive the experience in the nearest future.

We have stayed before in other Intercontinental in China but the one in Wuxi was amazing I travel for business in China and staying at a good hotel is important to have a good rest after a hard working day. Our house keeper Alli Dai.did and awsome job and made pur days pleasant.
