2nd stay here! Was really contemplating if I should stay here because when I first stayed last year, the room was really old. I think they refurbished it. It looks better now! I love the room this time. Was surprised to find a fridge, microwave and sink inside. Pan pacific suzhou is an attraction by itself. With unlimited access to pan men, this is really a perfect stay if you are planning on taking a leisure trip. A little further from the main tourist sites but still doable. I'm really happy the rooms are now renovated!! Service was also great!! Everyone was eager to help. Will be back a third time. Breakfast was so so though. Not really worth in my opinion. Just go eat Rui Noodle Restaurant that can also be found within the hotel.

Ketika saya melawat Suzhou kali ini, saya secara kebetulan melihat hotel yang baru dibuka ini pada mulanya saya tidak mempunyai jangkaan yang tinggi dan biliknya juga sangat bagus. Ia sangat bersih, terutamanya wanita di meja penyambut tetamu yang baik dan baik. Dia juga menaik taraf jenis bilik. Saya memutuskan untuk tinggal di sini pada hari berikutnya. I have a great stay here. The only down side is the roadwork in front of hotel. But it’s not the hotel’s long term issue. Otherwise everything is great. It is minimalist but aesthetically designed, it is clean and comfortable, quiet in my room despite of the roadworks. It is close to station, enough eating place around. The reception is also a cafe-bakery which is unique in itself. Nice bake goods which is baked in house. Highly recommended!

A recent and very well located hotel, a stone's throw from the metro station. The neighbourhood is very lively with many bars and restaurants. The breakfast is delicious and very rich. Washing machines are available to customers free of charge (free laundry service) , with the possibility of also drying our laundry, which is very convenient because it avoids bringing too many clothes in the suitcase. In the room, I particularly appreciated the space, the very modern bathroom, the atmosphere of the room, ideal for working. The team is very smiling and always ready to help you. I also frequented the gym a lot mainly for running. The hotel manager could be advised to buy alters and other equipment to do physical exercises, but I am generally very satisfied with this hotel. So I warmly recommend it.

Looks very grand and smells nice once entering lobby. Room is very spacious and pretty, but to take note that they used centralised air conditioning system instead of individualised room air conditioner. On the first night I stayed, the room was so stuffy even with aircond on with temp of 25 degree Celsius + our room did not have windows to ventilate. Even the alley and lobby is cooler than our room. Called the front desk and they offered a fan but it was still stuffy throughout the night. Second day they took note of our issue and claimed had repaired the air conditioning in our room, hence it was cooler on the second night but still got a little stuffy in the middle of the night. However, they acknowledged the issue and offered us small gifts as compensation, which was very kind of them. But I still do hope they will improve their air conditioning system in future, as some people could not tolerate heat. Design of toilet and shower is not to my liking as they were in separated cubicles and no bidet. Generally, cleanliness is acceptable and comfortable. Good front desk service whom offered me her number to order food delivery. Location is decent, 8-10 mins walk away from nearest subway station. Pingjiang lu is just opposite. Generally, good for short stay, but to take note air conditioning is not individualised.

This is our first time in Nanjing. It was very worth it booking this hotel. The staff are all approachable and accomodating from check in until check out, housekeeping and staff in the buffet. I would like to commend Odette Pan and Connor Chen. What marks our stay as well are their brand of toiletries, I love this brand.

My third stay at this hotel, but I think it will be my last because on my second and third stays I've experienced progressively worsening bad service from what had been a good experience on my first stay. This time, as with the second stay, staff were unfriendly and unwelcoming (except only for the bellhop, who was very professional). This time, the focus of the check-in staff person was to make a point of highlighting the room rate even though I had already paid, and then when I arrived at my room, the door was open and another staff person was locking the refrigerator even though the room description had included refrigerator and I had wanted to use it. It turned out that this was because the fridge contained minibar items and I would need to pay an exorbitant 500 RMB deposit if I wanted access. This means that the hotel does not trust its guests, behaviour that I might expect in a 2-star hotel, but not one that promotes itself as being 5-star. There had also been no mention of the deposit requirement in the hotel listing information when there should have been because international travellers won’t normally be carrying that amount of RMB cash. So I told them to remove all of the minibar items and take them out of the room so I could use the refrigerator. People weary from long-haul flights just want a friendly, welcoming, and hassle-free hotel experience that allows them to rest and relax, but this no longer happens at this hotel. So, I no longer recommend this hotel, and when I next pass through Nanjing Lukou airport, I'll be trying one of the other airport hotels.

The view was excellent. Service was perfect compared to Westin hotel in the same city! The only complaint is the aged hardwares and equipments in the room. Glad that the hotel offers a modern and Dyson-grade hair dryer which can dry up hair in an instant

A beautiful hotel, modern and stylish with lovely gardens and surroundings, worthy of IG photos. The hotel gave me a free upgrade, an executive suite with a private garden!! I was so surprised with the garden, such a delightful space with seating. Bed was very comfortable, free mini bar on the first day, and a stylish bathroom with bath tub. Breakfast was sufficient. The front desk staff spoke English and were very helpful in booking my boat trip, also thanks to Peter who was very courteous. Location is excellent, metro is a few metres away, and there is a new shopping village with some lovely western restaurants plus lots of stylish bars. The gardens are also nearby. Highly recommend this hotel.

Luxurious service apartment at very centralise location. We are pleasantly surprised with a complimentary upgrade to a bigger unit. When we entered into our unit, we greated with a personalized greating card and local snacks. Apartment is very clean and well equipped. What was well used was the clothes cleaning machine and the toiletries offered were of very good quality. The front desk staff were very friendly. Special thanks to Mr 安珂 for helping us to book our transport to next destination. Both Mr 安珂 and Mr 汪浩然 had been very helpful during our stay at the apartment. Last but not least the pleasant housekeeping lady for making our apartment daily. However, we would to suggest to have some basic culteries in the apartment

Very good Hotel and excellent location and great service staff. Special mention to Cici and Chloe who are very very helpful. Room does need an upgrade as some of the things are too old. Hotel is close to 20 years old and will undergo renovation but does not affect the staying experience. Will return to stay at hotel next time in October

I stayed here with my parents and the hotel was great! The staff were friendly and helpful. It was fairly close to the water towns which was the reason we visited Suzhou. We used a didi to get there and that was fine, but unsure about getting a bus to them. Sadly, the outdoor pool, bar and one of the restaurants were closed during our stay, but the indoor pool and fitness room were good. The area around the hotel is a little dead, but it’s near the ancient canal which is nice to walk down. If I were to stay in Suzhou again, I would be happy to stay here.

We had an excellent stay at the hotel. The welcome was friendly from the moment we arrived to the time that we left. The room was clean and modern with a nice balcony view which brings in welcomed natural light. You could choose option of a power shower or a ultra cool bath. I liked the there were lovely Christmas themed decorations which brightened up the evenings. The aesthetics was very pleasing to the eye. The breakfast was fantastic- good options and also great service. The hotel is within a modern complex so you also had restaurant options on your doorstep. Also there is a subway station a few steps away- perfectly placed location. We would definitely come back to stay here. It’s a great option for couples, families or singles.

This hotel most certainly did not disappoint, the stay was extremely pleasant and the views were spectacular. The hotel staff were fantastic and their efforts did not go unnoticed. Kyle, for example was professional during the check in process and patiently answered questions. I initially booked the ‘King Premium Jinji Lake View’ room, however, he kindly upgraded my room for free so that I could have a better view of both Jinji lake and the city, which was stunning. The housekeeper was attentive and did an excellent job in maintaining the cleanliness of the room. The room service team were also accommodating of special requests to meet my dietary needs. Although there was some minor dissatisfaction with temperature of food being served, what stood out to me was their receptiveness of feedback and how they provided instant solutions. Overall, the staff working here demonstrated utmost professionalism and are an asset to the hotel.

Check-in was efficient. Our room was clean, the bed was comfortable, and the shower was excellent. Moreover, we had a good selection of English language television channels to watch. Access to public transport is easy, as the subway station is very close, and there are share bicycles in the vicinity. My only complaint about the hotel was the duvet. Despite the air conditioning, it felt too hot with the duvet on. Staff should have put on summer duvets. Over all, however, we had a very good experience and recommend the Hilton.

Good location with a nice and modern shopping mall just a traffic light away. Checkin staff did not seem to be very well trained, however polite. Added breakfast for one day but only registered 1 guest despite 2 guests stayed in the room. When we asked advise at concierge if there was any shops selling photography items, reply was “ sorry I’m not local”… Would like to express our gratitude to concierge staff Peter Zhang and room attendant Li Lingyu. Peter always has a genuine smile on his face and helped with our parcel delivery reached destination smoothly. Ms Li is kind and considerate, noted we like to drink coffee, made effort to place a Nespresso coffee machine in the room. Lastly, we’d like to appreciate hotel management for making my husband’s birthday even more special by presenting a cake and a card in the room. Would consider to stay again if we go back to Suzhou.

Did not meet expectations. Building has issues. -Rooms had temperature issues that the AC could not handle, Hotel tries to handle this with curtains and a paper notice (see picture. With the curtains closed Room was 35°C at check-in in winter because the room was on the sunny side). -Lack of hot water for the shower/bath in the evening, hotel said it has trouble handling peak hours (and they weren't even fully booked). -Shoehorn dropped in the middle of the night, waking us. Hanger is a double sided tape variety. -Other obvious maintenance issues like the electrical socket being misaligned, and the toilet seat having bad gearing in the smart toilet. -No decaf coffee available in the room, the staff said there is none (did not even know what it was). Normally with this brand of coffee the decaf is in blue packets. -Breakfast was mediocre at best. Pretty standard mainland fare. Line to the noodle stall was excessive, and for everything else the quality was lacking. On the positive side, the pool and the sauna were satisfactory. Good parking too. Firm bed for those who like it. Staff was fairly responsive despite, although Chinese is helpful. And for one of the 3 rooms booked we got an upgrade (although all of the negatives above still apply)

According to local - best hotel in Nanjing. Excellent check in smiling service - maybe am lucky, check out procedure - not friendly at all. Front office needs more training. Room, breakfast - all good. Room TV - very very very old, needs a super urgent upgrade, TV made in China - today terms is not expensive $$$. Take off old TV & bad check out service, a recommended hotel to stay

Perkhidmatan: Sangat bagus 👍 Tiba awal, pengurus RAX menyediakan perkhidmatan butler yang penuh perhatian dan membantu menaik taraf Suite Manyue, yang dua kali ganda saiz bilik yang ditempah, makanan ringan lewat malam, buah-buahan dan penggunaan bar mini secara percuma juga diberikan. Kemudahan: Bukan ***a hiasan yang baru, tetapi praktikal. Bilik itu tenang, lengkap dengan aksesori, susun atur yang munasabah, air panas yang besar untuk mandi, dan lebih baik jika bilik mandi mempunyai kaunter untuk produk mandian peribadi. Katering: Sarapan pagi yang lazat, memenuhi kebanyakan citarasa, dan terdapat juga makanan ringan tempatan. Ruang makan adalah besar, dan meja makan serta kerusi boleh digunakan semasa waktu puncak.

This hotel’s location is really good. It is located right next to a major shopping mall with lots of good restaurants and stores. It’s located within walking distance from Xuanwu Gate 玄武门 and Xuanwu Lake 玄武湖. It’s right next to a subway that provides easy access to other parts of Nanjing like the Nanjing Museum 南京博物院 or the Confucian Temple area 夫子庙. The rooms were clean and everything in it felt high quality. The view of Nanjing from my room was beautiful. Although the hotel staff are very friendly, I marked the service and amenities as 4/5 for a few reasons. First, laundry is relatively expensive whereas at Atour 亚朵 it’s free. If i remember correctly, they wanted me to pay 35 or so rmb per article of clothing. Secondly, the hotel allows delivery of takeout but they do not send it to your room like they do at Atour 亚朵. You have to go to the lobby and pick it up yourself. These are the only two things that stop me from giving all 5/5s. Other than that, I loved this hotel especially for its location and comfortable rooms. If you dont care about doing laundry or having takeout ordered directly to your room, then those two criticisms are relatively minor things. I really enjoyed my stay at this hotel regardless.

Decent for the price. Location is nice. However the rooms are boiling hot and you can’t change the AC. It was very uncomfortable the whole night and had to leave early because it was not comfortable.

My husband and I had an amazing stay at Nanjing Central Hotel (Room 576, from 30 July to 1 August). Upon our arrival, we were warmly greeted by the Executive Vice General Manager, Mr. Charles Hao. We didn't know he was the GM until he introduced himself after personally leading us to our room. He was humble, friendly, and lovely to chat with. He even gave us an upgrade and assigned us a newly renovated room at no extra charge. We are so grateful for such warm hospitality. The room was perfect. It was extremely clean, spacious, and well-equipped. The air conditioning was cool, the shower pressure was good, the bed was comfortable, and the smart TV was even bigger than the one we had at home! Best of all, we met sweet Pan Na, the housekeeping manager in charge of our room, who presented us with two cute animal towels. On our departure day, the hotel porter not only helped us with our heavy luggage but also protected my head with his hand as I entered the taxi. Such a gentleman! All in all, the service here is really top-notch, and we highly recommend this hotel to everyone. We will definitely return the next time we visit Nanjing.

Awesome location and extraordinary services!! Especially when we need to change the room from our first booking to second booking (with different family members so we have 3 different bookings), REN JUN DANIEL provided extraordinary services!! This hotel is the first Hilton (changed to Grand Metro now) in Nanjing, 10 minute from Zhong Shan Landmarks, close to every where. Although not brand new, but the services and location make up every thing. Buffet breakfast has all kinds of different style gourmet, and changing every day. Beautiful view from the window!

The staff is very accomodating and the room is clean and big. I had an Awesome experience 👍👍👍

I expect a bit more from hotel Nikko. I have stayed in different Nikko hotels pre-covid but the experience this time is disapponting. .I stayed in a number of hotel for my3-week HSR touring, ranging from the top end (shangri la) to small local hotel. I ranked Nikko at the bottom. Well the small local hotels improved a lot but Nikko sliding back.

Modern, stunning hotel very close to the airport. Rooms were very clean and tidy with plenty of usb/usbc charging ports. Breakfast was fresh and with a lot of choice. Airport is 5 mins drive away and the hotel offers free drop off service every 30 minutes. Would definitely stay here again.

The location was ideal, you are very high up and away from the noise but in the center of the city right above the malls and shopping. Was easy to navigate, super clean and the staff were helpful. The staff spoke English for all my international travelers. I recommend getting the breakfast it was buffet style and sooo good.

Old oriental style hotel witha rich history. Look majestic and grand on the outside. (Interior of hotel in many nooks n corners are poorly maintained) Room service is superb. Super comfortable n firm bed. Located right within 太湖 (taihu lake) so you can jog/walk around the beautiful lake and giant ferris wheel in the morning and take in the fresh air. With outdoor pool n gym. Hotel food is mainly big fancy chinese restaurants n buffet. No casual dining . No western selection except the high tea cafe which serves some sandwiches and pasta. Hotel can organise ferry trip to turtlehead island

This is the 4th time we stay in this hotel, will choose to stay there again when we need to visit Wuxi again. Needless to say to say, it’s located just right at the high speed rail and metro, and many food options in the station. The new and big shopping mall right beside should be ready by now, but we did not go to the mall, so we are not exactly sure. Our colleague said that there’s also a f&b street with drinking pubs just 5 minutes walk away. But do ask for directions if you are interested. This time, the hotel was really nice to upgrade us to the suite rooms, despite us only booking the standard rooms. The room has very big and nice bathroom, wardrobe, with separate bedroom and living room space. Definitely highly recommended.

I had a great stay here. Very nice hotel. Easy to find. Great breakfast. Great service. Excellent room. I Loved the room and the bathtub especially. The tv had a great mix of foreign and Chinese shows. The shower was amazing as well. Tons of good places nearby to order from as well. Stellar for the money.

Great hotel and service, clean rooms and especially in rainy weather the more reasons to enjoy the stay to the fullest. Extra wishes were made possible prompt and quickly. Highly recommend!

I had a very good experience during my stay . Excellent location, right next to Sanyang metro station, spotless room and spectacular views right from the room. The room is a full service apartment with all facilities. The washing machine is very useful. Staff are very professional and friendly. Special thanks to Karen, Amber,Mr Zhu and Grace for their excellent service. Will definitely stay again

I would recommend the hotel for other foreign travellers. I appreciated very much, that even some people of the breakfast staff spoke English. Makes it much easier for guests, which cannot speak Mandarin. Everything else also on a very good standard.

We received a complimentary upgrade, as we had not yet received our purchased tickets to Nianhua Wan due to not having the China identity (as informed by trip agent & hotel). The breakfast provided was satisfying, offering a good start to our day. Despite the hotel's older appearance, it is well-maintained, ensuring a comfortable and enjoyable stay. Overall, we were pleased with our experience and appreciated the hotel's efforts to accommodate us.
