Hotel Dengan Breakfast di Jiangsu, China

We had a perfect stay at Pan Pacific Suzhou! The suite was incredibly spacious and comfortable, consisting of two connected rooms. One room featured a king-size bed, a large living room, and a luxurious bathroom with a huge bathtub. The second room had two single beds, which was perfect for our two adult children. The layout was very thoughtful, with two separate bathrooms and toilets, plus an additional guest toilet in the living room. With four of us staying together, we never had to wait for the bathroom — a huge convenience! The hotel grounds are absolutely stunning, featuring beautiful gardens, traditional architecture, and a pagoda, making it feel like a scenic attraction in itself. As a special bonus, the hotel provided a complimentary 60-minute Hanfu experience, allowing us to take wonderful photos around the property. Honestly, the hotel is so beautiful that you could easily spend a day exploring the grounds without leaving. Another thoughtful touch was that each room was provided with an entire carton of bottled mineral water, which was greatly appreciated. Overall, an exceptional stay with spacious accommodations, beautiful surroundings, and excellent hospitality. We would definitely stay here again when visiting Suzhou!

Lokasi hotel sangat strategik, berhampiran dengan Laluan 5 MRT, menjadikannya sangat mudah untuk ke mana-mana tarikan pelancong dengan kereta api bawah tanah. Hotel ini juga sangat tenang pada waktu malam, tanpa sebarang bunyi bising, membolehkan tidur yang lena. Bertentangan dengan hotel ada sebuah restoran bernama Zhu Hong Xing. Setiap malam, selepas bersiar-siar dengan keluarga, kami akan ke sana untuk menikmati mi dan hidangan lain. Rasanya memang terbaik! Keluar dari pintu hotel dan berjalan beberapa ratus meter ke arah selatan, anda akan menemui sebatang sungai bernama Wai Cheng He. Setiap malam selepas makan malam, kami sekeluarga akan berjalan-jalan di sana, menikmati angin malam yang sejuk. Sangat selesa dan menenangkan. Amat disyorkan untuk menginap di sini!

If you visit Yangzhou, this is the only hotel I recommend anyone to stay at. It has the gorgeous Chinese garden that spreads out for miles. I stayed in building 3 (the only building offered on the internet when I booked). The hotel is connected (walk over the bridge) to the Slender Lake. Staff were very courteous and helpful. My room was tidied up everyday. Breakfast was not include in the room rate but there is a Starbuck nearby where I had my morning coffee and pastry. The room has a balcony, overlooking some trees and other building. Most of the restaurants/eateries were closed (probably due to low season). However, there are a lot of local restaurants in the old town area and Guan Dong Street; it costs about 10 Yuans to take a taxi to get there.

A very good stay so far and it was made exceptional by two outstanding staff members. 刘玉 at Reception provided a wonderfully warm and offering excellent local tips. Her helpful attitude continued throughout my stay. 夏幸福 (Breakfast & Room Service) was incredibly attentive and cheerful. Her proactive and thoughtful service, whether in the dining room or delivering a meal, consistently enhanced my experience. They are truly the hotel's greatest asset. In fact, their excellent service is the reason I chose to extend my stay from an initial 3 nights to 10 nights, and perhaps even further.

Very good hotel. We would rate 98 out of 100. Great location (photo 1). Located on top of subway line 1 and line 2. Restaurants, upscale shopping malls and hundreds of local shop line the neighborhood streets. Soft but firm mattress, down pillows, down comfortable feels like sleeping on air in the clouds. Bathroom shower has strong water flow with unlimited hot water. The soaking tub was a real bonus. Safe, quiet & clean neighborhood. No sign of crime, gang tags, homelessness, drug ******* which is throughout Europe and the western hemisphere. Great price. Fast check in and out. Only problems, TV had only CNN for western news, (which is useless) and the sound was so low we could not hear it. Which is the only ways to watch CNN, but we could not hear HBO. The shower had tiles with soap scum (photo 2). We travel the world, and really enjoyed this hotel. We will stay here again in our future trips to Jiang Shu

The design of the hotel and room was classically Chinese and beautiful. The location was vibrant and excellent for families. The laundry service was provided by the hotel, not self serve, and complimentary. We all felt pampered by the service. There was plenty of snacks, fruits and drinks in the room which were all complimentary. The air conditioning and beds were also excellent. In addition, the front desk staff helped us find a local tour to see the main tourist sights in one day. This would not be possible without their help. I wish all hotels were this helpful! The service, quality of the room and amenities exceeded our expectations!

Bilik ini mempunyai kemudahan perkakasan yang lengkap, daripada peralatan mandian kepada peti sejuk yang besar, dan hotel secara keseluruhannya sangat baik dari segi hiasan, kebersihan, perkhidmatan dan persekitaran. Sarapan di restoran juga sangat kaya dan lazat, dan bayi saya yang berumur satu setengah tahun juga boleh memakannya dengan sangat baik. Kakitangan perkhidmatan hotel sangat baik, mengatur pemindahan bagasi dan membayar balik bayaran tempat letak kereta Sebahagian besar keselesaan kami semasa perjalanan kami datang dari Hotel Andu. Ya, patut disebut bahawa mereka memberi kami hadiah kecil sebelum pergi, yang sangat, sangat bertimbang rasa~

Excellent service from the front desk to the housekeeping team. The staff are well-trained, professional, and polite. The room is exceptionally spacious and spotless, and the breakfast is fresh and delicious. The hotel is perfectly located, with convenient access to MRT lines 1 and 6. The surrounding area offers a wide variety of attractions, and the local cuisine is of high quality. I never found a dull moment, as the city has so much to offer. I will definitely stay at Atour S Hotel again on my next visit.

Convenient location and beautiful room. However, the wifi in my room wasn't great. As soon as I made them aware, they were happy to change my room. I declined the offer because it was very late. The breakfast was good. Overall, I would go back in an instant.

The hotel reception staff were courteous and excellent in providing guidance. Strategically located, within walking distance to Pingjiang Road streets, Humble Administrator's Garden, Llion groves garden and Suzhou museum. The hotel restaurant food for breakfast and lunch were delicious. There were many eateries within the vicinity of the hotel. I would hesitate to book this hotel in next in my visit. Lastly.we wish to thanks the hotel management in upgraded my double bedroom to suite.
