出火車站右手就看見酒店了。到市中心和老城都是步行距離。訂的房型雖小但各方面都很舒適。早餐非常豐富，味道也很好，服務員熱情周到，還替小朋友煮了好吃的温泉白煮蛋，還會關心我們白天的活動並推薦好吃好玩的地方。很開心的入住體驗。

작지만 느낌있고 테라스가 있어서 좋아요.
잠시 머물다가기 좋은곳이에요.

Didn't try the breakfast at the hotel but restaurant looks good, quite a number of food and drinks options around the hotel as well. Decently sized room, within 5 mins walking distance to the tram station. Would recommend!

Ttravel nezThe hotel is located right opposite the main station, which is convenient. Though its relatively far from most of the places of interest. We chose it due to our large luggages, it'll be great if they had ramp at their entrance for us to drag our luggage in. 😅
The room is very clean, and we got a free upgrade. Room is consider pretty small even though its upgraded. So be very careful when booking the small room. We were very lucky to be given an upgrade with 2 huge luggages. Breakfast is decent. They had free flows of drinks any time of the day, which is a plus for a chilling weather to have a cup of tea/coffee.
Overall is a pretty decent stay.

Other than that, all is very satisfaying, the receptionists are super professional. The location is convenient to all nearby attractions.
I had the court yard view room, it is so quiet and I love it!

PPengguna TetamuDisappointing stay. I had paid for an executive room with river view but only got a room facing the other side with a huge building in front of me instead. The hotel said that they had not received the information and the hotel was fully booked. It was not a big deal but I paid extra for the view and ended up with a standard room with some free sodas and amenities. I felt cheated.
No Wi-fi for 1.5 days for my 2-night stay. Unacceptable
Plus points: Staff was nice, both at the reception and housekeeping. The room was spacious and clean
I had better experience with other Novotel hotels before but will not return to this one.

DDavidAmazing location, nicely refurbished building and area. Private room is a decent size, essentially like a no-frills hotel for around 50€ a night (not sure how sustainable this price will be).
Was able to park bikes reasonably securely to stands in courtyard, and excellent cycle lanes nearby. Staff very helpful. Free WiFi. USB charging in room. Soap and towels in private rooms.
No accessible WC in public area, seemed to be blocked off by the restaurant in the morning.
Can't vouch for dormitories or restaurant as we didn't try either.

PPengguna TetamuPetit Hôtel bien situé très proche du centre, notre chambre pour 3 adultes est calme et bien équipée. Avec des lits confortables, et salle de bain avec douche est assez spacieux. Le parking se situe dans un autre bâtiment derrière l'hôtel. Pensez à réserver votre place si vous voulez une place de parking. Il vous coûtera 14€/j.
Notez que la photo de l'hôtel affiché dans les sites de réservation ne correspond pas du tout à l'hôtel.
