un-pleasant smell from bathroom and tired for running over to front desk for complain and checked out any alternative for change room . Due to full occupancy and no way to change made us un- happy stay and exhausted.

Gorgeous hotel in a great location. The rooms are spacious and full of the expected Indigo special touches. The addition of the garden courtyard really sets this one ahead of some of the other IHG hotels we’ve stayed in.

很喜歡斯特拉福德小鎮，房間非常有特色，停車場如果沒有位置的話停在旁邊的NPC，11磅一天。早餐是點餐制的，minibar還算豐富，衞生間裝修很好，熱水很足！

位置非常好，走去哪裡都很方便。房間舒適乾淨。

Absolutely perfect place to stay...we had a Tudor room..stairs were a little rough but the room was so worth it..across the street from Shakespeare's place and the church...bathroom had in floor heating which was divine...great breakfast..has a bar..outside courtyard..just a beautiful place!

Opted for one of the new rooms, but it was small and noisy. Got no sleep in two nights, thanks to terrible pillows and noises from the corridors.

Room was very clean and well furnished. Nice and quiet. Excellent location walking distance to everywhere.

I often stay at this hotel and it always exceeds my expectations, fantastic staff on reception and the bar staff were great last night, accommodating and entertaining. We didnt use the restaurant as we checkedin early and the wife woke up late!!!You will never regret booking this hotel, its brilliant 👏

Booked this fairly last minute as a stop over travelling north… great find! Perfect central location, great choice of room from Tudor right through to modern. Incredibly sympathetic renovation with lovely original characteristics retained. Food great and staff very helpful with nothing too much trouble.

Best hotel I have stayed in for a long time. Couldn’t have asked for a better service. The food was one of the best I have ever tasted

Great location, very friendly staff and spotless rooms. Nice to have a choice of room style, we went for Georgian and it was beautiful, looks very well looked after too. And our room looked over to the Shakespeare spot opposite! Would definitely recommend. Parking was great too, good value for the time we were there.

Wonderful old building - Shakespeare would have known it! Friendly service who worked hard. An alcoholic bottle or two in the fridge would have been welcome. Very convenient for the shopping centre.

Very dirty uncleaned toilet in our room on check in. Moved us to another room. Duty manager very good. Housekeeping not good. Tight car park.
