We were there on a trip with friends, and initially, we were a bit skeptical about the hotel due to many reviews, especially regarding cleanliness issues, etc. Some people mentioned that towels were not replaced, but when we hung the sign on the door indicating we wanted service, we got it. So we were pleasantly surprised. The check-in was quick and handled by a friendly young woman. The rooms were quite okay, though the carpets on the floor were a bit of a downside in terms of allergies. The hotel is a few years old, but it seems to have been well-maintained. The beds were comfortable, and you could leave the window open as it was very quiet in the area. The only thing I found a bit annoying was that not enough water came out of the eco-shower. The hotel is about 400-500 meters from the Milaneo shopping center and around 1.3 km from the train station if you take the shortest route through the shopping center. If we travel back to Stuttgart, we will probably use this hotel again.

Simply forget the promises. Not all rooms have balcony, not all rooms are conditioned, not all restrooms have air, not all rooms will be cleaned every day. Neither you'll get fresh towels, if you don't ask for them. Check the price of the offer with the real one, when you are there. Owner will never show himself, even when you ask for him in order to have some explainations. The Hotel must have been a really good one, in the past. Peace will be ok, cemetery is right on the other side of the road. Breakfast ?mmm. 2 Points for the extreme kindness of bellmen and bellwomen, and for the good position near Milaneo, where are good restaurants, the public library, the Metro stop.

Zimmer abgewohnt und nur ein Heizkörper von zwei heizt. Dusche schimmelig und Duschkopf teilweise verstopft. Heiz und Stromleitungen liegen teilweise auf Putz hinter schäbigen Vorhängen versteckt. Kaffeemaschine im Zimmer so wie Badheizkörper verdreckt. Habe mit Fleecdecke allen Heizkörpern auf 5 und Badtür offen geschlafen um nicht zu erfrieren….. nie wieder!!!!

Hinweis: Da ich mich nicht extra bei Tripadvisor anmelden möchte, benutze ich den account meines Freundes. Positiv: Nettes Personal. Angemessene Zimmergröße und -einrichtung. Frühstück in Ordnung. Sehr negativ: Mangelhafte Sauberkeit. Toilettenbecken war ungereingt. Abgeranzter Toilettensitz, der daran zweifeln lässt, dass er überhaupt gründlich gereinigt werden kann. Sämtliche Seifenspender waren leer. Ungeleerter Aschenbecher auf dem Balkon.

Schmutzig und völlig heruntergekommen. Frühstück gab es bis um 10:00 Uhr . Wir waren heute um 9:00 Uhr zum Frühstück.Tische verschmutzt, nicht abgeräumt und das Buffet war leer. Wirklich leer! Personal war nicht zu sehen . Unser Zimmer konnte nicht verdunkelt werden da die Jalousie defekt war. TV nicht nutzbar da die Antennendose neben der Wand hing.Das Zimmer war verschmutzt und in einem katastrophalen Zustand .Nach der Reklamation wurden wir umquartiert . Auch dieses Zimmer war stark verschmutzt und einige Sachen reparaturbedürftigt. Wie darf so etwas vermietet werden ???
