Our recent experience at Centro Park Hotel in Ostfildern has left us utterly disappointed, prompting us to share our ordeal on TripAdvisor as a warning to potential guests. We had booked a three-night stay from September 5 to 8, and right from the start, issues arose. The automated check-in machine, intended to replace human reception, was out of order. Our late arrival stranded us outside, unable to check in. After a frustrating 15-minute call, we were promised assistance in 20 minutes (though we ended up waiting an additional 30 minutes outside). To compound matters, one of our team members' rooms wasn't registered, and they had to settle for another guest's room. Later that night, another team member arrived around 11 pm, and the individual who eventually opened the door made her wait outside for approximately twenty minutes before allowing her in. The mismanagement persisted with no available drinks in the lobby and a lack of bottled water in the rooms—unacceptable for any hotel, especially one associated with a reputable chain. We stayed at Centro Park Hotel for professional reasons, and the experience as guests was absolutely inexcusable, all in the presence of our client. We want to highlight that we had to apologize to our client for the dysfunctional and disrespectful behavior of Centro Hotel's staff and management, which is not only embarrassing for the hotel in Ostfildern but highly inappropriate. What we experienced in this hotel was absolutely disrespectful. Their proposed solution for reimbursement? A paltry voucher for 200 euros... Never again will we choose this establishment. Praktisch und gut (genug) für eine Übernachtung am Flughafen. Positiv: Das B&B Konzept und die freundliche Dame am Empfang sowie die gute Lage am Stuttgarter Flughafen, fünf Minuten mit dem Auto. Zimmer dennoch ruhig. Negativ: wir hatten als Familie mit Kindern zwei Zimmer gebucht, diese lagen dann aber trotz entsprechender Bitte auf unterschiedlichen Etagen. Schade. Lange Wartezeit beim Einchecken. Fußboden im Bad war unter dem WC nicht komplett sauber. Deshalb nur drei Punkte, sonst eher vier oder fünf.

Das Hotel ist definitiv sauber und das Personal ist durchaus bemüht. Leider ist das Hotel ziemlich in die Jahre gekommen, was sich auch im Eingangsbereich und dem gesamten Ambiente zeigt. Die Zimmer sind teilweise sehr klein und abgenutzt. Das Restaurant bietet sehr gutes Essen als carte mit einem okayen Service. Das ist alles nicht wirklich dramatisch schlecht, aber das Hotel hat eigentlich einiges an Potential

L’hôtel est à proximité de l’aéroport de Stuttgart et à 3 minutes à pied d’une ligne de tramway. On peut rejoindre le centre-ville en moins de 30 minutes. Vous pouvez également faire des courses au Lidl à environ 8 minutes à pieds. L’hôtel est moderne et agréable. La chambre est spacieuse. Je recommande cet hôtel.

Great rooms. Comfy beds. Helpful staff. Near airport. Excellent showers. Large tvs. No complaints good prices too. Easy access to buses and trains into Stuttgart. Not very busy, shame your not busier you deserve to be. Would use again no problem.

A quiet, clean, efficient, comfortable and generally well run hotel. Has everything you might need for a quick layover and a great breakfast too. Late arrivals and parking are no issue, and it is not far from the airport either. All together good value for money.

Excellent hotel, clean, well organised and very friendly staff always willing to help. They have some toys for kids in the entrance. Conveniently located not far from the highway, and inside a new office complex with only pedestrian access so it is very quiet and cars cannot be heard. There room had enough space for 2 adults and 3 kids, very comfortable with a small kitchen and utensils. Will definitely book again if around.

If you have an early morning flight to the airport, this hotel is the best choice. it is located directly across from Terminal 1. Room size is nice and is very clean. I have small critic points though. The sauna is closed due to covid. please list this on website. if you are arriving there via public transportation, you have to walk long set of stairs to get in. This is despite there is being side entrance which gives access to the registration. it is locked with only access from inside. I had to access the hotel via the main entrance and let my wife and daughter in. Very inconvenient if you alone. No one to stay with the luggage.
