"From a basic hardware perspective, the hotel's amenities are well-suited for travel needs. The bedding is soft and comfortable, and the air conditioning and hot water are consistently available. Basic furniture like desks and chairs, the TV, and Wi-Fi all work perfectly. The room layout is compact but not cramped, making it ideal for short business trips or as a travel base. Compared to a few years ago, the overall standard has significantly improved. In terms of cleanliness, it's also quite good. The bedding is changed promptly, and the tables and floors are cleaned thoroughly. The bathroom areas are also cleaned, with no noticeable hygiene blind spots, which makes for a reassuring stay. Most of the staff I interacted with were polite. The check-in and check-out processes were very smooth, and any small issues I brought to the front desk were handled promptly."

"Super hotel, excellent value for money. The location is right near the main train station (max 10 minutes on foot) or close to the S-Bahn station Budapester Platz (max 5 minutes on foot). It's also right by the Milaneo shopping center, which offers plenty of restaurants and other amenities. The hotel itself is modern and clean. The bar has a good menu, and you can also buy various snacks and drinks 24/7. The rooms are spacious, modern, and clean. The beds are very comfortable, and the shower is fantastic. We would definitely stay here again anytime."

"I've stayed in over 200-300 hotels in my life, and this is the worst, most filthy, dirty, rude, unfamiliar, and unprofessional hotel I've ever been to. They don't even know the basics, can't provide customer service, and have terrible personalities. The parking lot is terrible, the information desk staff is terrible, can't provide customer service, and the service is terrible. The hotel is covered in dust, and the sofa bed in the room is so dangerous that the metal frame is exposed. I'm writing this in the hopes that no one will pay 500,000 won to sleep in a room like this. Please read this, and I'll post it on various social media, social media, and the internet."

"Overall, we had a good stay at the hotel. The highlight was definitely the staff—they are incredibly nice, helpful, and showed wonderful hospitality throughout our visit. . However, there were a few downsides to our stay. First, we had requested a room with twin beds, but upon arrival, we were given a room with one big bed instead, the staff Yasir was kind enough to try compensatingus with other little better setup room. Second, the ground floor rooms do not have air conditioning (A/C). Since the daytime temperature in Stuttgart during our stay was quite hot (reaching over 30°C), the room got uncomfortable. Lastly, the parking lot costs €20 per night, which felt quite expensive. Despite these issues, if you are looking for a well-located budget option with great service, it is still a solid choice. Just be sure to double-check your bed configuration and the weather if you book a ground-floor room!"
