"The room was in a good location, we went to a club nearby and walked home afterwards. Easy Check In and Out. Room had everything one needed. But the bathroom could use some renovating and the shower was not closing properly since one of the doors was damaged. It almost fell off when I entered it. Otherwise we were content with the stay. Comfortable mattress and good coffee."

"The room was newly renovated, tastefully furnished, and very clean. The amenities were also very good, including tea, coffee, water, dish soap, shampoo, and conditioner. I had booked a room with a balcony for an extra charge, but unfortunately, I didn't receive it. The hotel has not responded to my inquiry to date. My question about the availability of an iron also went unanswered. Since there is neither a reception nor security staff to assist in case of problems, the lack of communication is a real drawback. The location is right in the city center. The first night was very quiet, but on the second night, guests smoked and talked loudly in the courtyard until 2:00 a.m., which could be heard up to the 7th floor."

The staff is super friendly and kindly gave me an upgrade, which I believe it was a very kind gesture and I highly appreciated it! Restaurant is also delicious and the room service is very fast. Well connected to the main station and 2 minute walk from Liederhalle. I'd strongly recommend this hotel!"

"I was woken up by a loud noise and went to check up. The entire bathroom was covered in dirt. There was water and construction dirt falling from the ceiling. The floor was also covered in water. This is unacceptable for any hotel. I could not use the bathroom in the morning! We packed and ran away as fast as we could before anything else falls from the ceiling. The staff at the reception was not surprised at all. I think it is not the first time things like that happen."

Our presence not even acknowledged or welcome extended and it went downhill from there. On one occasion I rang for room service to order a meal and the response was "oh no... we're not doing that at the moment, you'll have to come to restaurant". This is despite menu still being accessible in the room. Numerous occasions where social niceties and basic courtesy overlooked. Marked difference from other Pullman hotels in Australia and other hotels throughout Europe visited on this trip."
