"Overall, we had a good stay at the hotel. The highlight was definitely the staff—they are incredibly nice, helpful, and showed wonderful hospitality throughout our visit. . However, there were a few downsides to our stay. First, we had requested a room with twin beds, but upon arrival, we were given a room with one big bed instead, the staff Yasir was kind enough to try compensatingus with other little better setup room. Second, the ground floor rooms do not have air conditioning (A/C). Since the daytime temperature in Stuttgart during our stay was quite hot (reaching over 30°C), the room got uncomfortable. Lastly, the parking lot costs €20 per night, which felt quite expensive. Despite these issues, if you are looking for a well-located budget option with great service, it is still a solid choice. Just be sure to double-check your bed configuration and the weather if you book a ground-floor room!"

"its walkable distance from the hbf and the tram is just outside the hotel. breakfast is the same for both days we stayed. spread was okay, not alot. not much things around if you arrive on sunday because most places are closed, but there is a mall just beside the hotel. toilet is clean but no toilet amenities like toothbrush and toothpaste provided, only shampoo conditioner and shower gel. no bedroom slippers either. but you may purchase them from front desk. space is not too big, but still can open two luggages in each corner. bed is comfy, ac and heated shower was good."

"They do not have air conditioning and the cleaning is terrible, the breakfast is painted in a way in the advertising and has nothing to do with the place once you arrive, the place really disappoints, it smells a lot of cigarettes all the time in the lobby and breakfast area , the coffee maker dirty, beds dirty underneath, the only good thing we can say is that it is close to the Milaneo shopping plaza. If you use metro transport, consider that you have to climb stairs because it is about 10 minutes from the nearest metro station, you can find places Much better for the same price nearby. Spiders in the room, cobwebs due to lack of good cleaning. Honestly it wouldn't be an option to return."
