Water leaking from the ceiling right above the toilet... you wonder what kind of liquid is it? Hotel can't solve the problem because there was no other same size room available and no update to another room

It is hard to find this place as the GPS location is not working well and it is located at Maybank road. It is my first time to visit this place, 1) the bed is not clean very well as I can spot a few hair. 2) the floor is not clean as I can feel the sticky floor after I shower. 3) they only give 2 small bottles of water. 4) the towel is not white but definitely you can spot some older mass effect. 5) in the room 305, the glass door do not have rubber stand to stop it as when I open it will bang the shower glass behind. Safety is important. No free parking. The hotel has a lovely art portrait, new fancy lift, and old smell. I hope the manager can improve the facility more, as the location of this Hotel is in the right place. There are many bank near by so you can easily travel there by foot only. Many restaurants nearby.

Room cleanliness is ok. But no TV channel even at 11pm. Morning time 9am, staff was sleeping at lounge couch. Not so professional as a hotel. For me I will go back to stay there again.

房間很細小。電視機又壞。睡幾個小時還可以。冷氣又不動。但價錢真的很便宜。周邊食肆也很多。可惜交通也不大方便。一定要有車出入。

Saya tidak akan mengesyorkan Hotel ini kepada orang ramai. Tidak pernah dalam hidup saya. Cadar itu kotor. Mungkin ada kesan darah kering pada cadar. Saya ada gambar untuk dibuktikan. Saya menempah hotel dengan pemandangan bandar tetapi sebaliknya saya mendapat bilik dengan pemandangan tandas. Nombor bilik saya ialah 102. Jangan ambil bilik ini! Jangan tempah hotel ini!

Moved to this hotel after our first hotel failed us on cleanliness. Hotel was basic, which was ok for us, but upon closer inspection the hotel was dirtier then pictures. Sheets had stains and so did the towels. Not sure if they were laundered. We asked the inn keeper for new towels and he gave us a weird look - towel was placed on the chair at the front desk (is this clean??). Walls are thin and you can hear everything in the hotel. staff sound like they were moving big load of things in the middle of the night up and down the hall way. Only good thing about the place is front door security and location with plenty of food options.
