The staff are friendly and very accomodating. Thrle food are delicious.

The place is quite far to the main center but breakfast buffet is good enough. Good for group of friends.

Away from city notice but close enough for a cheap Grab 70p ride or ride on jeepney thats only 16p to SM

Big spacious room, 20-30 walk to mines view and Good Shepherd, 15-20 walk to Wright Park and The Mansion. The facilities are quite old but still ok. Limited breakfast option but also not bad. Great and courteous staff. The only negative side, our quadruple room is in level 1 facing the main rood so when cars pass by especially at night, it’s quite noisy.

We had a wonderful 2 nights staycation at the Alpha Suites. It has all the amenities that we needed. It’s very convenient to get things done since it’s close to everything. The complimentary breakfast offers Filipino and Western cuisine. Overall, we enjoyed our stay.

We had a great stay. If you just want relaxation, this hotel is a good choice. Stayed for 2 nights. Food is great and room rates are affordable as it already includes a breakfast buffet for two. Grumpy Joe is just a minute's walk away. Room service though can still be improved as we requested for room cleaning and we came back to the room uncleaned. But overall we had a great stay

The hotel was cozy, good ambiance and very polite staff. The only problem is the toilet bowl the flush is not working after several flush. You need to request a bucket or timba to work properly.

Nice, quiet, relaxing atmosphere just the way I like it~ Breakfast spread is well thought out and the morning view topped with the weather makes one calm and at peace during the entire stay. If you’re looking for a place near the nature tourist spots (Wright Park, Botanical Garden, Mines View) and away from the Session Road crowd, then you’re in for a treat at Hotel Elizabeth. Not to mention, it’s near St. Joseph Parish and the infamous Sizzling Steak Al Fresco. Will definitely come back~

Nice hotel. It is also just walking distance to wright park.

Could be better if the receptionists are amiable.

Comfortable stay.

Staff were accommodating, took a while before we can check in and proceed to out rooms, Elevator was down 2 days for maintenance. Had issues with some of the items in the buffet but overall the breakfast buffet had great options.
