Except the location and cleanliness, most of other services are either poor or terrible. With the check in and because the exchange rate, they charged my credit card $100 additional although I asked before handing out my card. Internet was very slow, couldn’t do even my emails. Water pressure at the shower was terrible. Had spoiled yogurt at the breakfast, when flagged to staff, his response was “ it happens !!” And he didn’t remove or change … this hotel is Not Recommended

“I had a great experience with the (Millennium Kurdistan Hotel &Spa); The staff was the nicest staff I have ever encountered at a hotel. They were always friendly and asked how my stay was going every time I walked in the door, incredibly helpful, and consistently making sure I was comfortable. The amenities were great. The hotel is well maintained. The room was wonderful, clean and 5 stars. The beds were very firm, too firm for my liking. The food was good. Already visited this hotel 4 times and I will definitely stay there when I come back!. Big thanks to Mr Anwar- Front office manager, Miss Amex, Mr Sharvan and the team. “KEEP UP THE GREAT WORK “ ”

Arrived today the 5th of Jan and had a spa package off the children. It was amazing the staff where so nice and helpful and the place is so chilled out 😊 Had a full massage finished off with a head massage off Ashley 🥰she was brilliant (magic hands )👌 I would highly recommend the spa also the hydro pool the sauna and the chill room and I can’t wait to go back 😊 And on the plus we went up stairs to the bar and had drinks and snacks and the view and the surroundings were amazing and again the staff were so attentive next stop for me is I have to book a room there 😊👍🏻
