The owner was very hospitable, and there were always drivers available at the entrance who were ready to answer any questions or help with travel plans. The aunties at the hot springs were also very warm and helped with towels. The indoor bath was cleaned daily, and overall, everything was quite good. The only issue was that the toilet wasn't clean upon check-in, but the front desk attendant came quickly to address it. Overall, it was a good experience, and I recommend it.

I'd rate the Swissôtel as the best value among the Huameishengdi Resort hotels. It's more convenient than the MGallery, has a better environment than the Holey, and offers better value for money than Club Med. The suite was very spacious, with a pull-out sofa bed, two bathrooms, and two balconies – perfect for a family of three. Both breakfast and dinner were decent. There was a queue for breakfast, but it didn't take long. Dinner was reasonably priced with many set menus to choose from. When my friends and their family visited, we ordered one set menu, plus the stir-fry BBQ and snack sets that came with our room, and it was more than enough. The location is convenient; step out of the restaurant and you're on the commercial street. Evening activities on the street start right outside the restaurant window, and across the way are the hot springs and UTVs. The butler service was prompt and responsive to all our requests. The complimentary activities were also great; we especially loved the rafting and UTVs.

I stayed here years ago, and my return visit was just as great. Although the hotel is older, it's clear the facilities are regularly maintained and upgraded. The service is still excellent, with staff being friendly and proactive in greeting guests. A special thanks to the front desk for upgrading my room!

Staying at Crowne Plaza Changbaishan Hot Spring Hotel offers a one-stop solution for dining, entertainment, and relaxation! This was my first time in Changbaishan, and choosing a hot spring hotel was an incredibly smart decision 😁 The hotel is right by the North Gate (Old Gate), just a 3-minute walk away, which is super convenient. This gate is exclusively for hotel guests, so there are very few people. You need to book your tickets 7 days in advance via WeChat Mini Program. The hotel front desk will issue a paper voucher, and you can enter at your reserved time. The shuttle bus takes you directly to the transfer center. For the return journey, you'll go to the new North Gate, and the hotel provides a shuttle service there too. All in all, it's extremely convenient! The hotel lobby has direct access to the hot springs, and you can enter as many times as you like during your stay. Soaking in the hot springs after a hike is just incredibly comfortable 😜 The Garden Restaurant on the first floor offers a rich buffet breakfast. For dinner, they have hot pot sets that are great value for money. Coming back from hiking to a warm hot pot is simply delightful! The hotel's back garden has pets for viewing. The alpacas are plump, and the sika deer are very friendly and super cute! Our stay included two activity options: off-road vehicle and cable car sightseeing (at Heping Ski Resort) and adventure溪溯 (at Julong Volcanic Pumice Forest Cold Spring). Both were excellent! You need to book one day in advance, and the hotel provides a paper voucher and arranges transportation. The scenery was stunning, we had a fantastic time, and took many amazing photos 🤗 The hotel assigned us a dedicated butler who was responsible for our entire stay. They communicated with us in advance to arrange high-speed rail pick-up and drop-off, and reminded us of various important details. This made our stay effortless and worry-free, and the overall experience was superb!

We chose the E-Hua Hotel for our trip to Changbai Mountain with the kids. Our butler, David, provided excellent service, and the hotel's cleanliness was good. However, the facilities are a bit old; the air conditioning was very loud when on, and the toilet showed its age. The laundry room was convenient to use, and breakfast offered a wide variety. We arrived on the 15th and luckily caught the fireworks festival, then successfully hiked to the West Slope to see the Heavenly Lake on the 16th – it all felt so worth it! Taxis are readily available right outside the hotel, making it super easy to get around. We also highly recommend Qiaopopo Restaurant, which the hotel suggested; the food was delicious, prices were reasonable, and they even offer a shuttle service! Definitely a great find!

Service: Huge thanks to Butler Youzi for their excellent service. They patiently answered all our questions during our stay and responded very promptly. Hygiene: The room hygiene was exceptional. Staff cleaned it daily, and it was so comforting to return to a tidy room after enjoying the resort's activities. Used toiletries were replenished promptly the next day. Environment: The overall environment of the resort and the hotel is very comfortable. Coming in September, the weather wasn't too hot, making it very pleasant. The skies over the entire resort were clear blue, with clouds like beautiful cotton candy. It's truly a perfect place for a vacation. Facilities: The hotel's facilities are very comprehensive. Our booking also included many complimentary activity passes, and every single one was so much fun! The staff at each activity explained everything meticulously. Plus, coming in September meant fewer people, so there were no queues. The sledding and slides were a blast – highly recommend them! Dining: We had breakfast at the hotel, and the variety was extensive, with delicious food. The waffles were particularly good, soft and sweet. There's also a commercial street right next door with many restaurants, offering plenty of choices. Transportation: It was very convenient to get around the resort. There are shuttle buses to the West Slope and the high-speed rail station, and neither is far. Transportation is very accessible. Overall, choosing to stay at the Wanda Jin Resort during these few days was truly a worthwhile trip. If I get the chance, I definitely want to come back in the snowy season to play again, and I'll certainly choose Wanda Jin Resort Changbaishan again.

This hotel have spacious service apartments, rooms are big, clean, hotel staff is always helpful. 10 min car ride from chang bai shan railway station. Issues I faced : there is a huge taxi shortage in the city during the peak tourist season, one days even i had to walk 3.3 kilometres in - 15 degrees temperatures to reach to downtown , DIDI and T3 service works here but taxi waiting is normally 40 min to 1 hour long. As a forigner the Hotel location was little odd for me and lots of precious time wasted in taxi waiting, breakfast location is 300 metres far from room, which was not convenient as me and family didn't want to walk in - 20 degree temperature to eat breakfast, I stayed 5 days, but only 2 days I dare to go for breakfast. For stay this place is so good, so clean, warm. The hotel's location is excellent, within walking distance to department stores, the West Market, Baiyu BBQ skewers, and Zhenhai Bay. You can also take the BRT to the famous 'Influencer Wall' nearby. Dining out and ordering takeout are both very convenient. Upon arrival, we were offered welcome coffee because our room wasn't ready yet. The entire hotel has a very tasteful style, with a 'morning coffee, evening alcohol' bar on the first floor. The room was new and very clean, and despite facing the road, it was quiet. The front desk staff were friendly and enthusiastic, offering us travel tips. If I, or my family, visit Yanji again, I would definitely choose James Joyce Coffetel.

The room decor was luxurious, and the view from the window was excellent, with sunlight filling the room during the day, making for a very comfortable stay. A big thank you to Lauren for her consistent attentiveness and warmth. **Facilities**: The facilities were brand new and odorless. The indoor temperature was just right, and the windows were sparkling clean. There was an air purifier, dehumidifier, coffee machine, and capsule coffee maker. Both the smart toilet and curtains worked perfectly, and the floor-to-ceiling window let in plenty of light. The multi-level lighting adjustment in the room was very comfortable! **Cleanliness**: The cleanliness was exceptional; everywhere was spotless! **Environment**: The hotel's soundproofing and the surrounding environment were very pleasant. Parking was super convenient; they even registered my license plate before check-in, making entry and exit a breeze. **Service**: I want to particularly highlight the service. I've been traveling around several cities in Jilin Province recently and have stayed in a few five-star hotels, but the InterContinental Gaoxin was by far the most satisfying! Whether it was the service, facilities, or environment, it was simply the best! Before check-in, Lauren contacted me to prepare all the items I needed, and when I got to the room, everything was already there. When they learned my child had a fever, they gave us several bottles of water. Additionally, we ordered chicken soup to help him sweat, and my child said it was delicious. Throughout our stay, whenever we had a request, the response was incredibly quick. Moreover, the overall hotel service was excellent; any requests were handled extremely fast and promptly, surprisingly so – it was the quickest service I've experienced in all the hotels I've stayed in over the years. The front desk, restaurant, housekeeping, and customer service staff all had excellent attitudes. The breakfast had a huge variety. The juices were freshly squeezed, the bread was freshly baked, and the beef noodle soup truly lived up to its reputation, with lots of beef. The dinner buffet was à la carte and made fresh, not the typical cold self-service type. While the variety wasn't huge, it was still excellent for a hotel buffet (much better than the Wanda buffet)! The hotel is conveniently located, with a subway station right downstairs. It's less than a 20-minute drive to the Manchukuo Palace and the train station by taxi. It really lives up to its top ranking. The doorman in the lobby was very welcoming and proactively helped with luggage. The breakfast was plentiful, and they communicated with me in advance about my room type and floor preferences before check-in.
