Hotel Dengan Bar di Jilin, China

The room in this hotel is the biggest room we have stayed in the trip in Northeast of China. The hotel is elegant. . The large room is equipped with modern lighting and electric curtain and also includes nice tea set. Breakfast is vast with many varieties of choices in the nice Japanese style restaurant. There is a concierge lady who helped guests arranging trip too. She is very friendly and supportive . What we like most is the ample space in the room that make us feel very comfortable. You can sip nice tea and be relaxed during the stay. We felt a bit sorry that we had only one day staying here because we really like this hotel. Even we stayed in Jilin only one day, we felt this hotel is very good hotel, and valued for money. We would definitely stay here again and highly recommend this hotel to all travellers who come to Jilin.

The hotel is very clean but when I was there with my family, there are a lot of constructions ongoing near the hotel and it was raining every single day when we are at Changchun. The hotel staff is very nice and efficient esp when we had only 30 mins to board our train to head to Changbaishan. The hotel staff, Fu Yang, is able to cater for us and understand that we are rushing for time. We managed to board our train successfully thanks to Ms Fu Yang. The breakfast options were rather limited. There was a signage saying that we could have how we wanted our eggs. We requested for the chef to cook it; the chef booked for us unwillingly and gave us an attitude. From the previous guest reviews, there are many positive reviews with regards to the buffet hence we decided to pay for the breakfast buffet. Overall, we will still stay in the same hotel if we visit Changchun once again. :) Side note, the train station was rather far away from the hotel. However, DiDi works fine too.

Very pleased with my stay here! Room was modern, spacious and clean. Service staff was welcoming too. Will highly recommend this place!

This was my second stay at Hyatt Regency Changchun, which I rebooked in a heartbeat. The room, staff, cleanliness, location were all excellent. Both times I stayed, my room was quiet and had a very nice view of the city. The butler Hero was helpful and proactive without being intrusive. He offered handy info about the hotel and tips on food and places to go within specified distances from the hotel. The fitness center was great too. The hotel is next to a metro station, opposite an upscale mall, walkable to Guilin Rd with tons of food and generally near enough to places while still tranquil.

The service was spectacular. The check-in ladies room, service, housekeeping, and the breakfast staff all were excellent. As well as the health club staff. The health club was nice to use because there were not many people, but the facilities are clearly older, but they were clean. I only gave four stars for cleanliness because there was a hair in the bathtub which could easily happen to anyone. Loved the mini bar and special Changchun welcome gift touch. Would be nice if bath salts or a bath bomb was provided. I ordered on *******.

Hotel package including ski/snowboarding entrance , hot spring and water park entrance. Didn’t manage to try water park activity due to time constraint. Hot spring is nice !!! For ski/ snowboarding- need to give 2000rmb deposit to get the snow card for the entrance / ski equipment . At the end of the stay, you’ll get your deposit after you return the snow card. For those not going for ski, if you would like to take cable car to mountain top , you will need to give 20rmb deposit for the snow card. Will definitely return again!

Room was clean and new, Breakfast is good Location is a bit far from town center, but you can travel to anywhere in the town by DiDi. Recommend for traveller who planned to visit Changbaishan North side. Additionally, There is a black cat who stay in front of hotel. Please kindly give her some cat food and clean water. She is very cute. (Cat food can be bought near the hotel). Thank you for your kindness.

I booked the hotel as an alternative to other 5-star hotels in the city. The check-in went smoothly. The staff was friendly but the service was a bit pushy for me. The hotel is in prime location with a wonderful view of the river that could be enjoyed through the floor-to-ceiling windows. Sadly, I could not appreciate it as the windows were quite dirty (I could barely see anything). I ended up taking a walk along the river which I did not regret. The bathtub was a bit outdated (mildly put). My second day, I ordered breakfast yet the room service was VERY slow. I anticipated something more client-oriented, modernized, clean, and swift from a 5-star hotel. I enjoyed my stay nevertheless but next time would consider other options.

In my recent trip to Changchun, I chose the Changbaishan Hotel for my stay based on the location, amenities, and reviews. I was very glad for my choice. The hotel was newly renovated and all the hardware is excellent to the highest standards and so thoughtful to every detail. Their service is even more impressive. My first encounter was Mr. Liang Wei at the front desk. He was very friendly and helpful. He sent me the greetings and offered useful information several times during my stay. When I requested an extended stay after the work hours, he processed it in a timely manner and gave me a deal. I am very grateful to him and the hotel. I will return to this place in my future trips to Changchun. I highly recommend this hotel!

Our family of 4 had a wonderful 2 nights stay in mid December. The great service started even prior to our stay as we had 2 personal concierge 小张 & 莹莹 assigned to us. We had requested for connecting rooms via Trip and 小张 & 莹莹 contacted us directly via WeChat. They not only helped us get connecting rooms, they also gave advice and helped to arrange for our luggages to be sent to the hotel while a private driver (additional cost) picked us from the train station to start our tour of Changbaishan immediately so that we do not have to waste time traveling. All the staff at the hotel were wonderful as well. Our room package included 3hr ski tickets and access to the natural hot spring. It was our family’s first time trying to ski and we asked our personal concierge to arrange for private coach (additional cost). Immediately upon arriving at the ski lodge the coach was waiting and led us through the entire chaotic process of collecting and wearing the gears. The hotel has direct unlimited access to the hot spring and it was also a great experience not to be missed (Don’t forget to pack your swim wear!) It even has a fish pool where we dip our whole body. There’s also a Cute Pet Paradise with different animals you can feed. Overall there’s plenty of activities for everyone and we will definitely highly recommend the hotel to everyone coming to Changbaishan.
