This is a really nice place to stay in. The food and staff are excellent. The rooms are big and spacious. There is plenty to do here with local shops and free sun lounges on the beach.

Lage top , Hotel ein wenig veraltet aber trotzdem noch gut... Am besten die Zimmer in der ersten Etagen buchen, es gibt nur 2-3 Fahrstühle, man wartet echt lange auf den Fahrstuhl .

Went on a wrestling trip here, one of the best places to shop, swim, and explore the beach alone, all inclusive giving us beach, indoor and outdoor pools, spa access, and much more. Great spot on the beach where it is located, had lots of fun here wrestling and meeting people - very cheap items here as well to purchase. Very fun beach activities and sports to play during the day.

This is the nicest hotel I've ever been in. Very clean and luxurious without going over the top. The venue is beautiful as well. The staff also deserves more pay because they are amazingly nice people. Perfect place for family vacation with lots of stuff to do in walking distance

Ok I will be totally honest I should of read and listen to all the reviews from last year and I really wished I did :( I didn’t expect it to be this bad I will do pros and cons Pros Outside of the hotel is beautiful You walk into the front of the lobby beautiful It stops there !!! The location for the beach and sunny beach is perfect the restaurants shops bars are all on your doorsteps ( but so are all the other hotels you don’t need to stay at this hotel just for the location ) The rooms were ok not good not bad just ok except the corridor lights don’t work and our kids were so scared in evening going up to the room as it was pitched black Lifts don’t work at all and the stairs smell of sewage Cons Are to many 1, no swimming pools were open it’s out of season till 1st June and that’s not advertised anywhere ( even know all the other hotels had swimming pools open and the sun was lovely and hot ) 2, staff are the rudest staff you will ever meet !!!! No one smiles says hello good morning nothing they are so rude and not helpful 3, food is disgusting I can’t even describe how disgusting the food is except the chips were ok please avoid the wine at dinner time it smelt so bad 4, it’s all inclusive but there is 2 hours for breakfast 2 hours for lunch 2 hours for dinner and it stops there that’s it no snacks nothing 5, only one bar opened at all times no music nothing just a room serving drinks in tiny plastic cups 6, the hotel has no life no music ,no entertainment , nothing at all 7, indoor pool is tiny and full of adult men all day and night it’s the only people who go in there I’m just being totally honest yes outside is beautiful but it does stop there the location and the beach is the same for like 40 other hotels as well but they have music and fun and all look happy ha ha

Coming up with more surprises at imperial palace hotel in sunny beach Keep losing stars Day 2 Early morning, opening balcony door for fresh air but surprise, incredible noice like an plane Airport, it was the ventilating System, impossible to keep sleeping so necessary balcony door closed. Weaking up and I asked cleaning lady to fix the bathroom roof problem and, by bulgarian language signs, put me to climb the toilete and fix it, now i am also working for the hotel maintenence. Next, Starting with breakfast, crowded hall, noice like an Airport hall, slow filling up the food, you can t relax, just eat something and exit fast At Pool bar wanted to start some drinks, 11.30, surprise, no gin, no rum, the barman is busy to explain Lunch and dinner, continued with mostly chicken, same blocked menu After 22.00, no ice, no drinks, Day hotel conclusion Outside is shining gold Inside is Grey and half empty

Hello Let me tell some impressions about this hotel, so called 5 stars, so called all inclusive, 20-23.06.2024, still coming Day 1 Let s park at the hotel, 40 euros 3 nights, some money, bad infatuat behavior of a fat acces guard, Didn t allowed parking in free spots in hotel parking, but surprinsing he send us to a near friend with a private parking, probably business partners. Going to private parking, no credit card payming, atm money taking plus bank comision plus exchange comision, 50 euros 3 nights. Talking to the reception girls about parking party, it.s not their job, laughing Next episod Lunch The restaurant is actually a food taking hall, insuficient space and employes for the size of the hotel, bad ventilation, insuficient tables, mostly chicken, no bread for 10-15 minutes, bad comunication for the staff, non and poor soup, Next episod pool and beach area The beach bar is closed, just keep walking from the beach to the pool for each smal drink. Pool bar is of course full of clients, beach and pool, long time waiting Ask some details about beach bar opening this summer, Get answer from barman that in december, says badluck, incredibil answer. Room bathroom has a piece of up floor detached, moved for staff acces probably and left open, it s enough space for entering insects rats etc Dinner Same mostly chicken menu, long waiting in lines, bread suplying and no tables problems So a lot of fun, Although i ask to the reception to talk with some manager, i also sended mails and message to the hotel No answer, silence Day conclusion As the staff said Badluck hotel Keep coming more surprises but I leave them for Day 2

This hotel is very nice. Very clean. The hotel staff are amazing and super nice people. The view is amazing along with the pools. It’s just a very relaxing place and I highly recommend anyone coming here for vacation or any other fun activities.

The hotel is very nice . Staff are very pleasant. some small improvement 's have helped . Pool table is still not level. Room is cleaned daily . My room had 2 hairs from the last guests ,not a big problem. Tables in open air still wobble in the out door food area . New sun loungers are better than last year. The other pool needs a bit of work cleaning and missing tiles. Some steps are still too high up not easy to step down after a broken ankle. Staff are very keen to clear plates very fast in the restaurant , when coming back with more food then table has been taken over ,for the next guests. Have to leave a hat or something to keep the table. Bar in the food court needs another worker . One person on is not enough when very busy

Here with the George camp group. Food, selection was good. Service was good. Maintenence on the building could be better. We enjoyed the sauna, spa services, pool both indoor and outdoor. The market inside was good. It would be nice if places were open earlier and stayed open later.

We stayed for a week, last week of May. I was a bit sceptical as a lot of bad reviews. My experience is overall positive. The room was nice, big and clean. Housekeeping every day. And the building must be the prettiest in Sunny Beach. Most of the staff was very friendly. One of the managers met all the guests in the restaurant most of the days, and asked how everything was. We had a small issue with the shower, and a couple of hours later it was fixed 😊 The variety for dinner could be better, but this was out of season, and got better every day. The wine in the restaurant was very good, especially the rose-wine. A little disappointing that the pool wasn't open until our last day, but with free sunbeds at the beach, and 22 degrees in the sea, it was no problem. The pool opened our last day, so we went for a swim there as well. The indoor pool was also nice. So overall a solid 4 from me, I would have no problem coming back and stay at this hotel 😊
