Lovley hotel in a. Nice area but not for English people as a solo traveller I was the only English person the other guests where rude and no one spoke to me all week except two bar men … would not recommend this hotel for English as the foreign guests obviously don’t like English people as I was told by the bar man

Hotel is very nice for the decor , food is always hit and miss and is cold majority of the time , staff do not speak much English and talk to you in Bulgarian like you’d understand I wouldn’t recommend staying here at all very disappointed with the stay at this hotel pool isn’t heated either

The food is horrible, the staff that cleans the rooms is speaking and yelling on the hallway all the time that you can’t sleep at noon. The rooms seems messy and the door have a gap of 2 fingers to the hallway and you ll never have silence. DO NOT STAY HERE!

Horrible food. The employes are vreun rude. The room i stayed in wasnt clean for 7 days. I have to go to the market to nu-i toilet paper because the cleaning ladies didint came to my room for 7 days. I dont recomand to aynone this hotel. 1 star hotel

This hotel has lovely décor and that's where the positives end. The food is inedible and always covered in flies and the staff are all very unfriendly and some are even rude. There's nothing here for children to do. Bulgaria is lovely and we will definitely return but would never return to Avenue Deluxe. The location is pretty rubbish too.

Service is awful. The cleaners come into the building of the hotel in the morning and shout something in their language so loud that there is no chance to continue sleeping. Cleaning of the rooms is terrible: I was living there during 3 weeks, nobody has ever washed the shower, toilet, mirror during this time; for 3 days they didn’t put toilet paper to my room; when washing the floor they left their hair and puddles of water. Personnel is very unfriendly and we’re always ignoring the requests. For example, I was asking them to give me a kettle during 2 days. Everything around the hotel is neglected.

Well, I can start by saying that the receptionist was not attentive to my needs (where to park the car?). First I had to park outside the Hotel in some loose ****s alongside the trash from the hotel. The furniture in one of my rooms where the TV stand is, was about to fall, i told the receptionist it will fall, and they did not came to fix it at all. the towels were old and had holes in it, at the entrance were always water from the pool, and they did not fix it. The restaurant manager was so rude to us, while having a glass of wine and discussing via camera with my sister and wishing here Happy Birthday, came and interrupt us to show her the bracelet, it was very rude, she could wait until we finished the conversation, at least. Not happy with the soda, from the soda machine, always ran out of soda and you had to drink mineral water. Plus we needed to make the Covid Test upon our return, i guess it was the only hotel that did not care, i had to go to another part to have the PCR test, they could have brought some lab doctor there and all would be fine. Really disappointed, i would not recommend this hotel.

Dovolenka This hotel is terrifying, does not meet the standards at all and I would compare it to two or a maximum of three stars. The food is not varied at all, they have one warm counter with a size of about 5 meters, we rather went to eat outside of the hotel. We go to Bulgaria often, we had all inclusive in other 4 star hotels, for example in MPM Blue Pearl and it is absolutely impossible to compare. The worst thing is that the staff of the hotel is extremely rude, arrogant and unfriendly and they do not speak english! Since we do not speak Bulgarian, we only caught the name of our country while staff was pointing a finger at us and laughed, absolutely unprofessional. On the very first day of arrival, we had to call a repairman to the room because the handle did not work from the front door to the room. They came to wash our room every 4 to 5 days, also because we told the reception that we have daily cleaning included. Also to one of us dissapered € 230 from his pocket in his room, only someone from the hotel staff probably stole the money. The last day was the worst, when two Bulgarians from the hotel staff turned off the water in the kitchen down under the sink (they thought we did not saw it), fortunately one from us was in the toilet and saw it, in about 5 minutes lady from the reception came and told us to pay 100 € or 200 lev because we “damaged” the battery (that was not true), we turned on the water again, and then another 4 Bulgarians came with the receptionist and yelled at one of us in Bulgarian. One of them wanted to hurt our friend and nudged him because they wanted money and our documents, we didn't give them anything and immediately called the police and the embassy, ​​the police, even though they said they accepted and come in, finally didn't arrive. Lady from our embassy negotieted a price for 50 € or 100 levs, we had to pay for it, people from our embassy told us that we'd better pay for it and be sure to go away immediately, so we did. It was a pure disaster, I do not recommend this hotel to anyone and of course we will also contact the Booking company to remove them from the list of accommodation providers for non-compliance with the terms and conditions. From everything we have photos of the whole room as well and photo of the invoices they gave us to pay. If you don't want to have problems, don't go here. If this review will be answered by someone from the hotel staff who was there and who is referred to this review, it will definitely be a “very intelligent answer" based on lies.

Stayed there for 10 days - almost every day we got the same food and it wasn't even tasty. Food was terrible! Staff is not very friendly either.Rooms were fine-ish. The location is not very good - far from the beach, far from the CEnter as well. Do not go there if you have other options.
