Hotel Terbaik dengan Gimnasium di Sunnyvale

We booked a 2 night stay. First night was good. We went to our sporting event and parked the car. We were assaulted with extremely LOUD mariachi music when we exited the car. A small room off the check in counter had a 5 piece band blasting. Some sort of party. A trombone, tuba, trumpet, drums, and singer with a PA system. The whole courtyard was enveloped with loud music. We got to our room and the closed balcony door (off courtyard) was letting the music enter badly. Went on from 6pm to 10 pm and wrecked my Sunday night football on TV. We asked for a 1/2 night refund and was denied due to ”no cancellations or refunds” clause. We were just asking for justice of $44 for the defective night/stay. You should RUN AWAY from this place. Not a big facility for renting a room out. A different large HOTEL would have a banquet room for bands, but this place cannot handle this type of party rental. Take your chances???????????????????????? WAS NOT DISCLOSEDTO TO US THAT THERE WOULD BE LOUD MUSIC OR PARTY AT ANY TIME. PS we have complete proof on a cell phone video.

We are frequent Marriott hotel customers. This little place was sadly subpar. We checked in on Oct 21 and interrupted a young man playing iPhone games at the front desk. He didn’t want to be bothered. He couldn’t even tell us where to park. (There is a large free underground lot we discovered on our own.) Bed mattress caved toward middle, pillows are not Marriott grade, window was missing a screen, and breakfast at 8:00am was already out of eggs and yoghurt. Oatmeal anyone? The staff just shrugged. Did I mention the thin motel towels? Then the shampoo dispenser fell off the wall in the shower. This review will likely generate a generic “so sorry” from their computer. We did meet the senior manager however. He was great and really nice. I wish I’d shared this with him but who wants to be that weird customer? Marriott has to be careful when they put paint on a tired hotel. Hurts their brand. There is a nice Courtyard just down the street. And a newer Hilton Garden Inn which costs the same as this. Look around as always.

Large rooms. Easy front desk check in. They couldn't accommodate my request to switch from 2 queens to a king. Which was a bit disappointing since I'm a big man. But the staff was friendly. The room was clean and quiet! I was able to utilize my fire stick on the TV. As the access was adequate. The breakfast was really good. The Omelette was done perfectly. Though you do have to ask the staff for an omelette. I've stayed here several times. Also their sister hotel The Cupertino Hotel many many times. I almost always enjoy my stay!

This is a great place to stay if you are fussy on cleanliness! The staff, are friendly, helpful, kind and caring. Shey and Jesi are 2 staff members l got to know, all, are more than accommodating!! A very enjoyable experience, clean, safe and quiet. I have already booked this hotel for friends that will be coming to visit. The pool and jacuzzi are a great place for some down time! Thanks to all the staff for creating/maintaining this wonderful place!!

Good location but poor amenities and service. It’s a pity because the location is so good and with better service at the reception and a few improvements in the facilities would make this hotel a true 4 star hotel.

This hotel is spotless and welcoming and has a great daily breakfast. The people who work here are friendly and professional and always make you feel welcome. They have very comfy beds too! I highly recommend this gem for your next stay in Sunnyvale / San Jose / Silicon Valley. Great team! Great location.

This hotel was recommended to me as I was going to a birthday party at a neighboring restaurant & bar. I learned it was a Marriott brand so I blindly booked it. I had no idea most of the rooms were very small. I had a queen bed and the room had 2-feet on each side of the bed. There was a small space of 8x6 at the end of the bed adjacent to the small desk and small closet. The bathroom was decent size. Everything was VERY clean. The bed was very comfy. There is a small outdoor patio with chairs & small tables. The lobby bar was not open on Saturday. The only issue was the fact that every time someone used the stairwell (I was at the end of the hall) it created a vacuum suction and my door would bang against the door jam. Even the deadbolt and safety latch did not help. FWIW- i did go into a King Suite unit of a friends. It had a small couch and tv sitting area along with the king bed. She said it was just a few dollars more and well worth the cost.

Hotel yang bagus untuk percutian hujung minggu yang tenang walaupun berada di tengah-tengah wabak! Sunnyvale Corporate Inn sangat bersih serta selesa dan selesa. Hanya tempat untuk melarikan diri dari semua ketika anda memerlukan rehat kecil! Tunang saya dan saya menyambut ulang tahun kami di sana dan pasti menikmati balkoni peribadi serta semua kemudahan bilik yang disediakan! Pasti mengesyorkan tempat ini sama ada untuk bekerja, bermain atau hanya untuk pergi!

It is true that u hv read all those good reviews. The room is clean, bed is comfy and with Dove bath toiletries. The bf is good and just nice. Awesome part if u wish to go they provide boxes. Check in and out is easy and fast. The Staffs r all very friendly. Am very happy to stay there for 2 nights
