It was a memorable stay amidst the beautiful coffee plantation. The staff was extremely hospitable and courteous. Thanks to Mr. Sangeet and his team for making our trip enjoyable with best of the hospitality and services. We would definitely love to visit again.

Around 20 couples/friends spent a weekend at Windflower Coorg. The positives- Good choice of food during all the meals. The choice of non veg and veg good. All made fresh and tasty. The service staff were excellent. The chefs at the live counter, the housekeeping, the service at the dining We had a gentleman take us for a nice nature walk explaining the different plants, trees, seasons etc. The Spa was fairly good too. Both Ayurvedic and Balanese were done well. The Negatives- Room and bathroom badly needs to be upgraded. The bed linen, taps in the bathroom and towels were poor quality. The pillows were hard too. Thank you- To Front officer supervisor Balaji who was there at work first thing in the morning nad stayed up till every one were back in the rooms. All the other service staff were good too

I had an amazing stay at wind flower The location was beautiful, the staff was friendly especially sachin,krithika,shathanu etc…and attentive, and the amenities were top-notch. From the stunning views to the great dining options and luxurious spa, it was the perfect getaway. Highly recommend!

Terribly rough approach road. Lots of room amenities require Upkeep. Buffet meals ....passable at best. Good location. Big spacious villa rooms. Helpful and gracious staff. Must have been once a very good resort but no more. Renovation of pool had started.

A friend recommended me to try Windflower Resorts when I asked for suggestion. I booked my Family and myself a Villa room for the long weekend vacation during Diwali. It was a mind-blowing experience right from the start. At the check in, Mr. Sachin & Mr.Kumar at the front office were very welcoming , helpful, and courteous. Mr. Sangeeth Sundar , the GM, was also present throughout. He was hands-on through our stay there, taking care of our stay, food & experience. Mr Sangeeth ensured that there was a personal touch to everything. The facilities were very good, but more than anything, I was overwhelmed by the service at the restaurant. Would like to mention Mr.Ali at the restaurant for his services and what delicious food we had, prepared by Mr Mancharan , the Chef. He was very quick in understanding our choice of food and served excellent food. I would like to congratulate Mr. Sangeeth for such excellent services and having such a wonderful team lined up to give us a very memorable experience. Keep it up!!!

We booked the windflower coorg for the long diwali weekend of 31st to 3rd Nov for 2 rooms for 6 adults plus children. We were upgraded from a suite to a jacuzzi villa with the jacuzzi being outdoor and unheated. From the first day it was a disaster. We arrived around 4.30pm and checked in. Were given villa 22 and 23. Trouble started soon after with the electricity going off for both villas. After waiting half an hour and no means of contacting the reception since intercom was dead (no power) we found some maintenance person who opened a power box and found that it had tripped. This repeated again after a while. The next day we had to repeatedly call the front desk on whatsapp (since the intercom conked off) for cleaning the outdoor area and the open jacuzzi (not even covered because the cover net was dirty) but to no avail. Housekeeping turned up after several hours to clean the rooms but didn’t give us fresh towels. We had to follow up and got them after 2 hours. To top it all electricity kept tripping every 15 mins and we started resetting it ourselves since there was no one around and with the pathetic service experience. Only after we escalated to the manager was the power box finally fixed after a long wait at 5pm. The manager promised us better service and from then on we could see better and timely service from the staff. We got some complimentary massages for our trouble. Food was the only saving grace with decent variety. No proper kids play areas except for bigger kids and nothing much to do except to sit in the room. The rooms are at a slope and they have just one omni van to take guests to and fro dining which is very poor planning. Hope windflower management take this feedback seriously and improve maintenance, service levels and facilities else people will avoid this place and windflower brand will take a hit. In short i don’t think i will ever want to visit here again. Ever. Tips: People with small kids and senior citizens pls avoid this property.

Horrible will be an understatement for this place. We had booked for 2 nights but vacated in one day. The wooden flooring in the room was gone in many places. There were mildew on the bed headrest, walls had water seepage, pillows were stained and it can go on. The additional bed was a folding mattress laid on the floor and it was smelling terribly bad. The state of dining space and entrance foyer needs another review. The water body at the very entrance was stinking from rotting leaves, dining space has seepage marks everywhere. The cutlery has stains because most are plastic. Food was lousy as well. Just the Onam lunch was kind of good. The place certainly doesn’t deserve the amount they charge. Better to avoid this place till it gets a complete overhaul.

We had the best hotel experience at the resort and loved the hospitality as we were also provided excellent service. All the dishes were unique and authentic. The staff was extremely humble and courteous, especially Mr. Sangeeth who is the manager of the resort made sure we had a comfortable stay. Overall it was an enjoyable experience and we would love to visit again.
