The rooms are spacious, city view, smooth hot water, cold AC, cold mini fridge, amenities, iron, complete TV channels.

One of the best hotel in midtown & tunjungan area. I get a room facing Tunjungan Plaza. The service was fast & responsive. Highlight was the breakfast, one of the best in surabaya.

Breakfast excellent, staff very kind and polite, shuttle bus available to Tunjungan Plaza which helps cos streets are really busy there and hard to cross the road if you want to walk to Tunjungan Plaza. In the shower, the knob is difficult to turn when hands are slippery so design can be improved. The door to the toilet and the shower also open towards each other so not ideal. Otherwise, at current price, it is value for money.

Staying at this hotel chain is always good except yesterday the bedroom down pipe clogged and the ceiling leakage. To improve, please consider different breakfast menu every day as I’m thinking of limiting my future stay to 2 days only so that I can experience other menu at another hotel. Please also ensure at least a car is available to transit us to Tunjungan as I was told all cars in the workshop.
Room 1100. This is very bad and worst experience with double tree. Someone came to fix it and housekeeping supposed to come and clean the water mess but nothing fixed until we checked out today.

First comment about the Cleanliness, the room was not Clean up properly, some Chips and maybe fragments of a broken Glass was found at the bedroom side. They give good Gesture for changing the Room, but its Too late, we brings our kids there and many stuff already unpacked, they sent a housekeeping to clean it up. Still, its not standard for hilton hotel, feel a bit disappointed but already happening.
