Good hotel, but the toilet facilities not enough clean, under bed have a lot of dust. The cleaning service need do more clean. Thank you.

Great location near the train station. Friendly staff, English spoken. Large room with huge comfortable bed, very clean, excellent hot shower. We arrived from Bromo lacking sleep and slept peacefully here for 10 hours, very quiet, good soundproofing. There was a damp patch on the wall (see photo) but the room itself was not damp so not a problem, and we did kill a couple of small roaches but again not a problem. Nice views of the city. Excellent breakfast of fresh fruit and asian choices, enjoyed the sauteed greens, veg curry, tofu and tempe. We enjoyed our stay very much, refreshed and ready for our onward journey to Yogyakarta. Highly recommend, would stay again. To improve, the hotel could provide filtered water dispensers to remove the need for plastic bottled water in rooms.

Bedsheet is very dirty and yellowish, breakfast choice not much

Shoutout to the trainee for all the assistance. Really need to improve on the cleanliness as towel and bed sheets have stains. Also no iron board provided. Have requested twice at reception desk but didn’t received it at all. Called again, same didn’t received it. Follow up call was made again and staff informed we have to use iron without iron board as hotel doesn’t provide it. When I ask how Im supposed to do ironing without the iron board, she says just iron on the bed as all guests dis the same. During check out I did mentioned this is the shortcomings that I experienced and the lady at the reception says we have to request which I did request few times. So disappointed 🤦🏻♀️

clean and big room, one of my favorite hotel

The hotel is good with excellent brrakfast buffet and good service. The amenities are new. The only flaw was the bathroom wasnt clean enough.

No communication and hand over on front desk team when I already advise earlier that I’m going to extend the stay another night. Still got reminder for check out from the staff.
