Clean and Comfortable, Service of Hotel Warm dan Helpfull. Special thanks to reception Mrs. Fitri, She always help me with friend. The breakfast was Nice and Delicious food. Mostly Indonesian Menu. The swimming pool was large dan have nice view... Thanks Hotel Tunjungan

The room has a moldy smell likely from the old carpet and the furniture a little run down. However, the breakfast spread was more than we expected for the price we paid for the room. Convenient location close to shopping malls and really value for money.

The location very convenient near to jalan tunjungan and tunjungan plaza. Old hotel with old lift old bed and everything however they still manage to make it work and clean.

this hotel is good, the staff is friendly too, can help me well, lots of room for meetings, but the facilities are not good, food prices are very expensive, I'm also confused why it's so expensive okay I give 3 stars to this hotel oh, the parking lot is also close to the entrance

We didn’t receive what we booked and when asked for the rooms we had booked and paid (and were guaranteed), we got no explanation or the room we had booked. Service only wanted us to sign the form and did not inform us about breakfast or anything for that matter. We also mistakingly had wrong breakfast vouchers. So we came back to arrange it accordingly so we could get breakfast the next day. The communal areas (outside of the lobby) are not well maintained, we had a clogged bathroom upon arrival and our window looked out upon a stained brick wall. Let’s leave out other details. Turn down service was good considering providing towels. The location is good depending on your itinerary, the hotel is located between entrance 1 and 6 of Tunjungan plaza. This can be convenient if you wish to have rather a lazy or luxurious stay. Food is good, but come early. Thank you for the stay. Little tip, we could understand behasa and understood what your staff were saying over tourists during our stay….

This hotel needs a huge makeover and refurbishments. Service is extremely bad. Door locks malfunctioned few times. No word of apology for the inconveniences caused. We chose this hotel only for its location.

Location very good, near Tunjungan Plaza. Walk 500m to Pasar Genteng. But room need to renovate.
