Hotel berhampiran serba serbi di Surabaya

Bilik yang bagus tetapi tempat yang tersembunyi, sangat bagus untuk tinggal di sini, tetapi banyak habuk

Saya sentiasa suka Maxone Hotels! Mereka menyeronokkan, berwarna-warni, ceria dan sangat berseni! Katilnya cukup selesa. Daftar masuk mungkin mengambil masa yang agak lama pada hujung minggu atau musim keramaian. Mereka menyediakan bar atas bumbung dan juga kafe. Semua kemudahan di dalam bilik berfungsi dengan baik. Walau bagaimanapun, mereka hanya mempunyai kurang saluran TV. Ia akan menjadi ruang yang lebih baik jika anda menambah lebih banyak saluran TV antarabangsa. Secara keseluruhan, saya berasa puas untuk menginap di hotel ini.

We had stayed at this hotel in a previous visit to Surabaya and for the low cost, found it extremely well presented, clean, comfortable and more than adequate for our requirements. This time we stopped at the hotel twice within the space of 3 weeks. Initially for 2 nights, then later for 8 nights. At this point I will not be staying there again. We made the mistake of prepaying for the entire 10 nights upfront, and when we spoke to the staff to express our issues and seek a refund to stay elsewhere , we were refused and only offered a credit. We did pay direct to the hotel and not a third party So on our initial 2 night stay, the room was very dirty. The floor had obviously not been properly cleaned in a long time. Hair, dust, trash and such, all over the floor. The bed linen was stained in many places, and was infact quite grey to look at. The towels in the bathroom were the same. Grey and threadbare. On the bathroom towels, we had registered as 3 guests, but were simply refused point blank when we asked for a third towel. Apparently their rule is two towels only per room regardless. So since we paid in advance, we were left to return for our next 8 night stay. Despite our hopes, nothing had improved this time around. Unfortunately they had gotten worse. The room was dirty, the linen terrible and grey and the bathroom was a disgrace. A mountain of mould, and a smell of stale urine that lingered from our first foot in the door, until we left. It was so bad, we had them do two extra cleans and even purchased our own air freshener. It was quite bad. The fan in the bathroom when turned on in unison with the light, made a noise something akin to a passenger jet taking off. Honestly, I can't see this hotel getting any better, and as I mentioned, I would never go back despite plans for any up coming visits to the city.

Only one receptionist serving many guest, takes time to check in or check out.

Semua sikap perkhidmatan pelanggan adalah hebat! Sarapan pagi juga sangat kaya! Cuma hotel kurang pengurusan dari segi kebersihan. Bilik yang saya tinggali tidak mempunyai tuala mandi atau tuala kertas! Terdapat lopak air besar berhampiran peti sejuk! Tiada botol air untuk menggosok gigi! Terdapat sedikit rambut di sofa, kesan air di bilik mandi, dan lain-lain! Pengurusan waktu kerja meja depan (tiada siapa yang akan mendaftar masuk pada tengah malam)! Lokasi hotel sangat baik, kemudahan dan perkakasan juga baik, semua orang sangat bagus, tetapi terdapat masalah dengan sistem dan pengurusan!

The room we had was spacious and clean for the most part (tiny cleaning issue that was sorted immediately). The pool area is beautiful, could do with more umbrellas. Breakfast was a little on the disappointing end with the exception of the amazing Deny. I had my first taste of Kunyit asam because Deny insisted😋😋😋😋😋refreshing!!!!!!! Service from the general staff is excellent.

Deket tmpt makan. Mau alfa indomaret agk susah klo yg d pom tutup. Msti naek motor tp msh oke lah. Kamar mandi luas. Ac kmrn ada yg dingin ada yg dpt g dingin tp gpp. Resepsionis jelas. Baik. Model kek kos2 an tp gpp. Msh oke dgn hrg segitu. Ada sekuriti nya. Ada kulkas. Tv ny kabel. Mayan

Hotel ini berada 7.2 km dari Plaza Tunjungan dan 2.2 km dari Universiti Airlangga.Tempat letak kenderaan sendiri percuma terdapat di tapak hartanah.Selesakan diri anda di salah satu daripada 20 bilik berhawa dingin yang menampilkan televisyen skrin rata. Akses Internet wayarles percuma membolehkan anda sentiasa berhubung, manakala program satelit disediakan untuk hiburan anda. Bilik mandi dilengkapkan dengan pancuran mandi dan kelengkapan dandanan diri percuma. Kemudahan yang disediakan merangkumi meja dan pembancuh kopi/teh.

Stayed there for a couple of days with other relatives for a small family reunion. Hotel was nice, staff were very friendly and accommodating. Some little things that could have been improved is parking. Would be nice if staff informed incoming guests about the valet parking ahead of time, so we didn’t have to look for parking spot upon arrival. It’s time for your carpets to be steam-cleaned. Breakfast had many choices, coffee was very decent I had to get my second cup. Best part of the stay - friendly and accommodating staff, kudos to you all!!!
