The hotel is one of the first five star places in Surat. So it’s got history. It’s showing in a few places but no more than expected with a property this age. Service was extremely good and attentive. Overall, a good place to stay in Surat.

Very good hotel,clean and everything good. It is found near railway station. Staff very helpful,always there with a smile.Good room service. Room is very spacious.Will surely recommend this hotel to family and friends.

Good location, nice hotel, the good quality is over standard Just one thing, when get into room, a used towel put on the bed, I assumed this used towel shall used hy previous guest but house keeping forget took away.

I couldn't get it from the pictures that the hotel was inside a business complex. I personally never liked such setup and this stay reconfirms my belief. Hotel didn't have luggage pickup service so we have to drag our luggage from road till lift lobby. Thankfully taxi driver helped us with stairs. Then we have to do some room shifting as we were placed in a smaller room. Bathroom in our room was in a really bad shape. Looks like someone directed all his anger on our room's bathroom. Meanwhile AC in our room started leaking randomly. Sheets were not properly washed. I can keep on going but it was more of a poor selection on my part. I am sure hotel has a lot to offer to its right set of audience but maybe I was not the right fit here. After being placed in a smaller room, we finally got the room that we've selected (apparantly it was somewhat premium room and they fail to mention it in booking app). Room was ok. Size was decent. Lacks cleaning though. View form the room was good. They have their own restaurant on the same floor so food was delivered promptly. With the kind of setup they have, food quality was also passable.

We were on a business trip and booked the lords plaza outside of Surat as it was nearest to the industrial area we were visiting. I was pleasantly surprised with the hotel, from cleanliness to friendliness of the personnel. Housekeeping staff on duty, ensured that our stay was comfortable and he even printed out my boarding pass to ensure that I can access the airport without issues. The breakfast options are exceptional and the dining selection pretty spectacular. I ate dinner at Charcoal, the outdoor restaurant next to the pool and it was one of the best meals I have had in my life! This hotel is a true oasis... Especially thanks Mr.Raval ji
