The hotel was nice for staying but when i was not feeling well i requested for one item dish but they didn't agree and they told me they will provide me only buffet at night. Keep request they didn't agree. Please request food preferences based on customer requests not force customers to have your dish forcibly.

The location of this hotel is good, it is easily accessible by bus or auto. It takes 25 mins to reach there from both surat railway station and airport. It is especially convenient for those who have to attend any exam at tics ion digital zone unn since it is just across the road from the hotel. It has a restaurant right below serving decent food. The walls of the hotel room were a bit damaged due to seepage. Except for this, the room was cleaned and well maintained. Basically amenities like towel, soap, shampoo, blanket were provided. Room service is available but there was no phone in my room for ordering.

This hotel is very beautifully maintained and the vibes of the hotel is also great I came here with my family and we all enjoyed a lot. The service's off the hotel is really great and appreciated. Housekeeping services is very fast and smooth they all are very helpful I don't know the person name he helped me in my stay. Also the front office team members are very smiley and helpful people gave us smooth checkin and checkout experience every one is very courteous about the hospitality I stayed in many hotels but never seen this kind of great hospitality and service also that lady Ms. Radhika GRE she is very helpful she helped us for the Surat City also about there hotel and every thank you for the best service. Mr. Giriraj, Ms. Devangi, Ms. Anju, and Mr. Vishal thanks to you as well.......❤️🥰❤️🥰❤️🥰❤️🥰
