Ulasan B2 Surat Thani Boutique & Budget Hotel

Lovely modern rooms, really comfy beds and nice clean bathrooms. Our favourite hotel so far of our backpacking trip and really good value for money.

Positive: Good location near the city center. Very easy to access to main attractions, pier and foods. Nice and more to modern hotel compare to another local hotels in the town. As Thai, B2 is the list that I always choose but for this branch there are many things to improve. Negative: cleanliness of the room is the worst B2 that I ever stay. Bedsheets dirty, mold in the shower seems like they never deep clean. Hair even in the minibar. Feedback pass to staffs to improve significantly. Staffs service could be nicer but compare to the tier as budget hotel. I can rank them to 4/5. However, my only 1 night here. I asked for more pillows and they said we are out of stock and then done.

Very central, easy check in and out, helpful front desk staff and friendly happy room staff, will stay again, I like!

Clean hotel and nice location for good price!

Just stopped for one night during a road trip down south, very good value, I had read reviews were people had complained about the lifts, we had.no problems, perhaps they've resolved any issues, this is a budget hotel and as such don't expect 4star quality, room bedding shower all clean, fridge and kettle 👍 Only problem I had was they didn't accept cash at the snack/drinks counter, i find that particularly annoying for any business, but hey my girlfriend paid with her phone, win for me I suppose 🤣 good location and plenty of paring spaces

The location nearby landmark. The walkway area is damaged maybe on their plan to change like inside the room got renovated.

Rooms a spacious, great value for money. But the lift is actually terrible. It will go to different floors and have you waiting a long time. I waiting 15 mins for the lift. But the hotel itself is decent

Boutique motel propably similar to simplicity. Room is okay, but the bed squeaks. Big minus is dirty carpet in walkway that smells moldy. I guess they have never seen a vacuum cleaner. And to avoid disappointment then dont include “breakfast”. Not worth the wait. Not sure who rats wraps for breakfast. Would rather go hungry. Money wasted. Easier to shop in 7eleven or go Amazon. And parking is jammed. Not returning sorry

The size of the room is much smaller than 25ms, more like 20-21ms, the internet connection in my room was low and often disconnected, they also did not change the bed sheets when cleaning the room even if I deliberatly asked for it
