We had an excellent stay. I decided to treat my parents to a hotel for their visit to Suzhou and this one did not disappoint. We had a wonderful stay. We slept amazing in our beds from our long day of site seeing because the hotel is located really well to a lot of must see places in Suzhou. Breakfast was splendid and a wonderful variety of foods to eat, all of which is very tasty. Hotel staff is so friendly and helpful. We only speak English and they tried their very best to communicate in English and answer our questions we had to make sure we were visiting the right places in the city. I will definitely be coming again to this hotel and my parents will be here again next time they visit.

We had good experience staying here. The staff are efficient and courteous. Checking in and out are smooth. Location is really excellent, about 5 minutes walk to the Central Park, about 20 to 25 minutes leisure walk to the Gate of the Orient, surrounded by many retail shops, eateries and cafes. Buffet breakfast selection is good, with wide variety of western and Chinese dishes. View from our room is excellent. Final note, thank you very much for the welcome gifts of snacks, which is really nice and thoughtful. Overall it was a wonderful weekend stay. Highly recommended!

Very nice hotel, clean and well maintained and reasonably priced. The location is very good as well with central access to many sights and restaurants. The breakfast is very good as well!

Hotel is in a well accessible location. There were a small issue after check-in but was resolved promptly and professionally. This hotel also provides DIY laundry service option.

Hotel 100% recommended, Around the hotel is very convenient, the center mall, garden, restaurants, shopping, coffee shops, no need for a taxi just walk and enjoy. The hotel has a small Gym room and room self service washing machine. I'm booking 4 nights. The staff in the reception don't speak English but with the patient is so friendly and helpful at anything. For sure I can come back next time.

Thank you very much for the help of the hotel manager Alex. I couldn't get a taxi at the train station, so I called the hotel. Manager Alex answered the call and his English was very good. He helped me call a taxi. Later, his friend who received me noticed that the time of my order was different from his friend's, and reminded me that I did indeed miss one day. He helped me book another day, and I am very grateful to Manager Alex.

Perfect location, walking distance from Suzhou center. Plenty restaurants and coffee shops around.

Great location, friendly staff, clean rooms. Toilet door didn’t close completely (2-3cm gap), otherwise everything worked very well.

Very good hotel with nice staff especially Jagger in charge of breakfast.
