Location is good and convenient go everywhere in Gold Coast.from room balcony still able to see seaside.

Good location. Nearby surfer paradise .but no provide the toothpaste to us so we need to buy ourselves

I'm very satisfied with the hotel. I like ocean view and balcony. Before I checked out, the attendant told me my 200AUD deposit will refund to my bank account in 10 business days. Now I'm waiting that money. 我很喜欢酒店的环境，订的是海景房，确实能看到海景，晚上还能听到海浪。登记入住很快，需要200澳币非现金押金，将会在离开酒店后十个工作日返还回账户。房间内设备齐全，提供各种餐具可以自己做饭，提供冰箱。不过如果需要洗衣烘衣需要支付一定的费用。Wifi一般般，网有点卡，但是我的侧重点在看海景，所以无伤大雅。 目前仍然在等待押金的退回。具体海景可以参考我发的图，我住在18楼。

We booked the hotel deluxe studio for the three of us (girls) through this app, it's comes with a buffet breakfast as well. For the accommodation, location, and room it was great! The room is tidy and clean though it has few amenities (no water bottles, toothbrush and toothpaste), lucky we were able to have them. Hotel buffet breakfast served a different variety of foods and drinks. For the location, it was very convenient, it was within walking distance of the beach and Cavil Avenue.

Great location close to lots of restaurants and the beach. Hotel has a nice pool and friendly staff. Room was cleaned daily and the house keeping staff were fantastic.

Overall the stay was great, but the room need some painting. The buffet breakfast was standard, could include more varieties like congee. The facilities were good. Thank you.

The hotel was not having basic amenities and they were not at all helpful. They charged extra money for everything but the location was good.

Stayed in the spa suite which had a huge balcony and a great overview of the whole Surfers Paradise. Unfortunately, the pool wasn’t heated so I wasn’t able to swim in it before checking out. Gym, sauna & steam room were great. The spa bathtub was the highlight of the room.

The hotel is at a great location, just a few minutes walk away from surfers paradise. It is also located right next to a tram stop which is super convenient. The hotel room and toilet was quite clean, the only issue is some stains on the curtains and carpets.

Very good service at front desk. Nothing was a problem snd staff were very keen to help. I have travelled for 4 months now and this was the best place. Location, cleanliness and service!

The hotel provides a good price for its excellent hotel location and room service. You can walk to many different restaurants and the downtown easily.
