Th room view towards the riverside. There is a hotel owned bar downstairs but the balcony glass are soundproof so we couldn’t hear anything. We had a great stay. Thanks

That’s a super bad experience, towel is not clean even after room cleaning, there’s still have lipstick on it, the environment of the room feels so weird. The laundry room is old style and the machine too, there’s no any provided detergent, counter didn’t inform as well. For the dryer will only work for 45-47mins, clothes still wet, I’m so disappointed.

1. Arrived at 2:30pm but room not ready until 3pm. Thought it might be late checkout service but I was asked to check out before 11am at the latest. 2. No rubber mat in bathroom but with a safety notice to use rubber mat in case of slippery. And shower either too hot or not hot at all. 3. Cleaner entered the room to clean at 9:30am even if I haven't checked out yet and didn't ask for it. And he was obviously not aware of how long I would stay, and I assume he should get the info before entering the room for cleaning. (He might have knocked the door before entering cuz I was at the balcony and couldn't hear anything, but that's not the point as I was not expecting the cleaning)

This hotel offers good value and is conveniently located near Cavill Avenue, the heart of Surfers Paradise. While the room felt a bit dated, it was still clean and comfortable. The staff were friendly, and the balcony with a lovely river view was a nice bonus.

Good value hotel near cavil avenue which is the centre of Surfers Paradise. The room is a bit dated but still clean. Nice hinterland view from the balcony.

This hotel is a pleasant short walk from the supermarket and restaurants. Lovely view, modern and safe, loved our stay

Awesome stay! Location is wonderful, right beside the main shopping area and train station. Place was very clean and had great view! Very satisfied for price paid
