Surfers Paradise Hotels with Airport pickup service

I had a pleasant stay in Gold Coast. The hotel is close to beach. I can see ocean from the balcony. Room is clean. The downsides are there is stingy smell of renovation in the room, but gladly I can open the balcony door to let the air in. Also, there is huge sound from two exhaust fans on the ground floor, which disturb me much, and is making sound all day. Plus the too upbeat music from swimming pool. Wish the music can be more chill and gentle. Besides from these, the staff are overall very friendly.

Nothing to complain about the accommodation itself. Everything is fine: location, cleanliness. But it was one of my worst travel experiences so far. I stayed in a 10 bed female dorm. There were only 3 occupied beds that night. One girl brought a man to the room and had sex on the upper bed at 5 am in the morning. I was really shocked. It was the guest problem so I am not blaming the hostel. I'm just writing what happened that night.

The place is cheap in a decent location with the nearest tram stop a 5 - 10 minute walk away. The spa didn't work and the manager didn't help us with our 6 bags but the pool was nice enough. There were ***** in the bedding, so we had to go to reception for new bedding and carry them ourselves back to the room, but the the reception staff were polite about it.

The staff was friendly and the pool facilities were well equipped. The view from inside Seukso was also good. However, if you don't draw curtains, you can see the bed or bathroom from other accommodations, so I think you need to be careful.

Facilties and amenities are amazing for kids. Check in and out can be done online to speed things up. Layout of tha facility provides easy access around the resort

Hotel-style apartment, the balcony can see the Pacific Ocean, facilities have kitchen, kitchenware, tableware, surf bathtub, washing machine and dryer, health conditions are OK, suitable for family vacation.

The room was very big, and the receptionist was very nice. She allowed check-in at 9 o'clock in the morning, which saved me from having to travel all night! ! ! Very cost-effective, 10-15 minutes walk from Surfers Paradise.

The apartment is fully equipped with laundry facilities, cooking utensils and tableware, and even plastic wrap and baking paper. Free parking is provided and you can directly reach the beach, which is very suitable for personal travel. It takes 15 minutes to walk to the core scenic area, and less than 5 minutes to the train station, which is very convenient.

location is very nice and convenient (with free parking!), close to the beach not very clean, with tons of sand stuck between the sofa cushions; bunch of construction materials stored in the closets (eg. plastic boxes, unbuilt shelves, a pair of dirty socks.... and more) its more or less a self-served apartment so there is not much to say about services, guests need to clean everything up (including washing everything, taking out ALL the trash to basement floor prior checking out), which i think is acceptable considering it being self-served; i did clear away and clean everything up before checking out but my only concern is, dont force guest to clean their stuff away when the apartment itself is not clean (with sand and construction materials, socks) NOR INSPECTED before checking other guest in, or at least should let the guest know... facilities were nice, with pool, jacuzzi, bbq area...
