Banyan Tree Suzhou Shishan is a small but exquisitely beautiful luxury hotel, quiet in a bustling city and conveniently located. I have always admired the style and culture of Banyan Tree: luxury is full of elegance, low-key and private: excellent sleeping experience, comfortable private bath, incense helps meditation, essential oil diffuses tranquility, delicious food to feed the stomach, and considerate service. Special thanks to the hotel staff who provided us with high-quality and warm service during my stay with my family: Andrey, the room director, Eason, the duty manager, Mila, the front desk, Felix, Huang Mei, Karin, the manager of Baiyun Restaurant, Serena, VIP specialist Wenwen, intern Lucas, etc. Banyan Tree Suzhou Shishan is worth coming again!

The hotel opened in March 2024, with good hardware facilities. Although there are some minor problems, I have reported them to the hotel. I hope it can be improved in the future. The hotel is more suitable for family travel, especially parent-child travel. There is a fixed time every afternoon to take the baby to participate in activities. I think the hotel staff is very good, from the receptionist to the hotel front desk to the manager who took the event. The service attitude is particularly good. Because I gave suggestions to the hotel, the hotel staff Alice Xiaoxiao also called to understand the situation, hoping to improve the service. The attitude is commendable. If there is a chance in the future, I am willing to stay. ps The next door Yuechun Hotel is benchmarked against ordinary city hotels, with high cost performance.

I chose Banyan Tree Anji for a trip on the last weekend before the New Year. The experience exceeded my expectations. It was also a newly opened hotel at the time, and it was obviously a world of difference! Back to this Banyan Tree, the scenery outside the balcony is pleasant. Whether it is the decoration style during the day or the bright lights at night, it adds a lot of fun to stay. 💁♀️ Service: The service is impeccable! The front desk guy Dylan is the most outstanding one I have met in the past two years, and he definitely deserves five-star praise! Not only was he gentle and thoughtful, he carefully introduced the hotel's facilities to me, but he also recommended the surrounding browsing routes. I felt rich knowledge reserves, and he took the initiative to help carry the luggage. Surprise + thanks! The hospitality master in the early stage and the glasses guy at the front desk on the second day also praised it. 👍 Hearing that I was going to Su Bo, he took the initiative to apply for a card and led me. They were all good. The beautiful girl at the front desk of the restaurant was friendly when ordering, which made people feel particularly happy during the meal, but the other girl in blue clothes at breakfast felt quite irritable. I heard her complaining to other colleagues. Although it was indeed obvious that she was busy at work, it was understandable because it was a semi-self-service form and it was weekend. After all, the front desk guy also kindly reminded me to stagger the morning rush hour, but it could be done privately or quietly. It was too abrupt. This was the first time I encountered it... The service awareness of actively cleaning up the plates hopes to be more timely, which needs to be improved. The last point is that the parking lot should be an intern. He is young and needs to be trained more. He doesn't understand whether there are vacant parking spaces at the door. This basic operation is not available, and he is more aware than the customer. The bath oil in the room may have been used by the previous customer, and the room service did not replace it in time. 🍱 Dining: The hotel's breakfast also left a deep impression on me. The breakfast is rich in variety, the menu is very novel, the style is unique, and there are all kinds of Chinese and Western dishes. Each one is exquisite and delicious. The smoked salmon is fatter than the meat of Shanghai Peace Hotel. The pasta is accompanied by various Suzhou side dishes, which is pleasing to the eye. The goat milk is fresh and thick. I like it. 🫶 🏊 Facilities: B1 is SPA, which is exclusive to hot spring spa. Dining is in the ground parking lot, and check-in is in the underground parking lot, which is very convenient, and you can walk to Suzhou Expo. In short, I am very satisfied with this stay experience. Whether it is the environment, service, catering or facilities, this hotel has reached a high standard.
