酒店位置絕佳，門前是河，旁邊是嚴家花園、明月寺，周邊吃飯買東西都很方便。酒店是在舊民居改建來的，很有特色，兩層樓一共十幾個房間，房間比較大，設施很齊全，住着很舒服。服務也很棒，早餐是蘇式麪，味道挺好的。晚上在酒店吃的蟹粉小籠和河鮮餛飩，味道真的很鮮美。院子裏養了三隻貓咪，孩子很喜歡。住在這裏，適合慢悠悠的生活，真的很不錯

Superb Location, the Suite I booked for my wife and me as well as the normal room booked for a friend of ours had Lakeview and the big windows were perfect to see the sunrise and/or get woken up by the sun kissing your face. The pool was small but nice, it was just too hot to stay outside all day long. I'll book that one again for a weekend escape.

國慶假期來藍菱花入住了兩晚，第一晚船屋。第二晚訂了園景雙床房，前台直接幫忙升級了湖景房，房間比船屋要亮堂，而且有浴缸，提供一次性浴缸套，小朋友可以舒舒服服泡個澡很好。酒店就位於蘇州園博園內，所以入住就可以免費遊玩，人不多，景色也很美，而且還有非物質文化遺產博物館可以參觀，很適合帶老人和小朋友來遊玩。酒店自帶森林探險樂園，孩子玩的不亦樂乎，室內的小童樂園很小，衹適合低幼的小朋友玩。咖啡廳的櫻花酥很好吃，臨走又買了一盒帶着。酒店的史努比電瓶車一定要租一次，衹90元/1小時，開起來很拉風，全家都很開心，而且把園子兜一圈還可以熟悉下路線。

Hotel is relatively new and absolutely love the room. Downside to it was the staff gave me a room which was on the other wing. Had to climb up and down a flight of steps to get to the main elevator. The steps were not luggage friendly at all. Had to make two trips up and down the steps to carry my heavy luggages. 15mins walk to guanqian street for shopping and food. There’s also lots of restaurants around the hotel. Train station is also just beside the hotel. Down side: there’s no proper drop off/pick up area. Also, the hotel lost one of my delivery packages. I hope they will have a better process on receiving/delivering delivery packages moving forward. Since it’s nearby the famous attractions, be prepared to wait in the jam as the roads are only two way streets. Taking the train is your best alternative.

RRuthWe were happy with our stay here. The room was nicer than it looked online, and the hotel was really clean. There are playrooms for young children that are free (3 rooms with some different toys in each room). The rooms are a bit old and tired, but my 2 year old enjoyed playing there and requested UK hi back lots of times. For parents it is just great to have somewhere for your kid to play and have fun, especially as the weather was very cold when we went! Outside there is a play area and sand digging pit. Location is walking distance from Tongli old town. Restaurant does evening buffet, and buffet breakfast. The food is fine, more Chinese than western, my husband really liked it and my favourite part was the Beijing roast duck at dinner. The pool is warm, with floats and rubber rings to borrow. There is a little land train, it takes a 10 minute trip around the hotel grounds and the cost is 20RMB for one adult and child. For me it was very boring but my son loved it 😂 The staff are very warm and friendly, everyone is very professional. Each guest is connected to a butler on wechat before they arrive so you can easily send a message and get some help. Our butler is Yu Ting and she helped us very professionally. For me, the things the hotel can improve are (1) the animal petting zoo - by western standard the facilities for the animals are not very good, just concrete enclosure with hut. For foreigners, we do not really like this. (2) We had a problem with the other guests smoking in the hotel, eg in the coffee bar. When I complained to the staff they tried to stop the guests, but even though they repeatedly reminded them to stop, the other guests continued. In the end they arranged for me to move to a private room near the bar where I could avoid the smoking. I was very grateful that they found a solution for me and my baby, but I am speechless there are such guests who flagrantly break the rules and the hotel cannot stop them. We smelled smoke in some different public areas, so maybe this is a problem with several guests 🙁 Overall we are happy with our stay and it is a good place to spend a few days with kids.

YYTZ23We stayed at this hotel for 3 nights with our 10 month old during Golden Week. Pros: - Hotel is self-contained and there is no need to leave the hotel. There are large and well-maintained grounds for our daily walks with baby, including museums and traditional pagodas dotted throughout the property. There is a chinese, western (steak, pizza) and japanese (teppanyaki) restaurant within the hotel. There is also a kids play room and swimming pool, along with some other kid friendly activities like rabbit feeding and games on the lawn. - The hotel is right next to the lake and is quite beautiful. It's very relaxing to stroll along the lake. - There is an ancient town about 15 minutes walk from the hotel's main lobby. There is a free hotel shuttle to and from the ancient town too. - Staff are generally friendly and helpful - Large, family-friendly rooms are available. We stayed in a lake view suite, which was just right for us and our baby. - Hotel is affordable by international standards - Hotel is less than 2 hours drive from Shanghai, where we live - We particularly enjoyed the teppenyaki restaurant where you can get a private room and a private chef to cook your meals - Despite it being Golden Week, we didn't feel that the hotel was too crowded. Perhaps because the hotel has large grounds. Cons - The baby cot given to us had an extremely thin and uncomfortable mattress. To compensate, we were given a comforter to pad the mattress. However, this is unsafe for younger babies, who should sleep on a firm surface. - The property and facilities are a bit dated - There were very loud weddings on the lawn facing the lake each day that we were at the hotel. The loud music and emceeing disturbed the peaceful ambience of the place, and also disrupted baby's morning and afternoon naps. For families with children who still need to nap in the day, it may be better to stay in a quieter garden view room instead of a room facing the lake.

Selepas mendaftar masuk, ”Yuxin” akan membawa saya ke lobi hotel, dan kemudian dia membantu saya membawa bagasi saya kerana bagasi saya agak berat, saya malu seorang gadis, jadi saya segera mengambil beg pakaian itu ke belakang😅 dan memberi saya dua minuman selamat datang. RRobsterNot knowing Suzhou at all, I thought I had chosen a hotel to suit my needs for exploring the history whilst still being near the modern. This hotel is ideal for both. With a metro station (line 3) Shajinqiao, within a 10 minute walk, literally, just round the corner, and a taxi ride to either end of where I wanted to be costing me under 30RMB, this was an absolute gem of a find. On arrival, the staff were very good and extremely helpful. I was checked in without any fuss, with the usual pandemic checks, travel codes, health codes and I showed both 48hr and 24hr covid tests. The room was cosy, with excellent air-conditioning, a very comfortable bed and very clean. The toilet was intelligent, electronic and quite a novelty. It even warmed my posterior whilst sitting on it! The hotel provides a kettle and 2 free bottles of water daily though there may at one time have been a mini fridge, it was not there on this visit. Breakfast is served at reasonable times with the last orders being done 10:30am. (11 am at weekends). It is a decent spread, predominantly Chinese food, rice, vegetables, meats with cooked-to-order eggs, porridge (Chinese rice style) and a cold buffet. There are delicious pastries, toast and fruit. Tea and coffee are available along with a varied selection of fruit juices. The restaurant is airy, bright and clean. Plenty of seating is available. Room lighting was bright and cheerful but could be set to 'mood' which dimmed and made for a more intimate atmosphere. On Didi App, the hotel does not come under Atour Hotel. You will need to search for Yi He Cha Can Yin Guan Li You Xian Gong Si. At the time of writing, Suzhou was low risk. However, the recommendation was for Suzhou citizens not to travel and if they had to, to show a 48hr covid test. I had a bit of trouble with getting the app to work and thanks very much, eternal gratitude, to the wonderfully patient and supportive reception staff who all contributed, made phone calls and tried their best to get the app to work. Eventually, we succeeded. That is service and that was fantastic. Highly recommend this hotel.
