Persekitaran dan lokasi hotel cukup baik, tempat tidurnya sangat selesa, perkhidmatan di meja depan sangat bersemangat dan sangat berpuas hati

Layanan adik lelaki saya sangat baik, dan makcik pembersih juga hebat! Lokasinya sangat senang. Terdapat perhentian bas di tingkat bawah dan stesen kereta api bawah tanah berjarak 5 minit. Ia berhampiran Jalan Guanqian. Anda mesti tinggal di lain kali 👍

Comfortable bed and soft bed. Spacious room. Very helpful staff offer to help carry the luggage to and from the main road as there was no lift and check in is at second floor. Overall good stay. There’s a lot of flies and mosquitoes but spray and electric mosquito repellent is provided. We slept long hours and didn’t have any mosquito bite on us.

The bathtub room is small and dark, and the water flow to the bathtub is dismal. Reception is always not around. Far from the attractions but can take bus there easily. But seriously, Humble Administrator Garden is overrated and so are the other ancient streets here. I probably got rubbed the wrong way when a driver wanted to drop us in a lane we were unfamiliar with, saying he cannot get to the hotel due to it being one way street. But I would say skip Suzhou all together.

Great hotel with an amazing room layout. The room has an amazing noise isolation so you can be loud with out people hearing it.

Good hotel, very convenient. Walk to Guan qian Jie very near, it take about 15 minutes. Room is very clean, nearby also have some food stall. Just upstairs of a wedding shop. Take time to find it.

They were always ready to assist with a smile, acting swiftly and being incredibly helpful. The spacious room was well-equipped, including reliable Japanese commodes. It’s a nice, modern hotel not far from the metro station. Staff at front desk is friendly and the room is clean, with nice lighting.The TV has cable channels. Toilet seat is warm, with automatic flush.

The hotel front was very friendly, enthusiastic and helpful, the location is a bit hard to find (GPS points to the wrong side of the road, and there are no big, easily recognizable signs). The lobby decoration was artistic. Room was spacious and nice, amenities were good. The toilet has automatic washlet, and was very clean

A very cute hotel. The family suite includes a garden which is very nice. The receptionist is also very welcoming. It is close to the shopping street but still quite a distance from the major tourist attraction.
