Ulasan Mercure Hotel Berlin City

Pengangkutan sangat mudah dan sarapan pagi juga sangat baik. Kelemahannya ialah masa daftar masuk terpaksa terhenti pada pukul 2 petang.

Harga agak mahal, perkhidmatan ok, lokasi baik, berhampiran stesen kereta api, sarapan pagi agak memuaskan, ia bagus untuk perjalanan perniagaan, Jerman agak selamat

Hotel ini agak lama, tetapi perkhidmatannya cukup baik. Kakak yang tolong uruskan rumah tak boleh cuci petang, jadi cuci pagi sahaja. Biliknya agak kecil, tetapi pengangkutannya mudah.

Bilik itu tidak besar, tetapi ia mempunyai semua yang diperlukan. Ia agak padat, bersih, dan senyap Namun, beg pakaian besar tidak boleh diletakkan di atas rak dan hanya boleh diletakkan di atas lantai.

Great place

The location is great cause it's super close to the tube and tram stations. However, the Wi-Fi connection is unstable in the room, and the room is kind of hot at night. Overall, it was a pleasant stay, and the staff were friendly!

Nice location there is frequently transfer to airport which is also good to catch the train and buses to anywhere in to town Rash

Hotel with basic facilities for the night. stayed 3 night but checked in with a toilet that is not clean and also soap lasted only for first night. No room cleaning despite calling housekeeping and putting a sign up - staff just passed us what we requested for. Service needs huge improvement especially guy on duty on 9 Aug, 2200. We struggled with accessing our room every single time. Room key only work for one entry and we had to go down to get it validated each time we enter. Dont get me started about the inconvenience - staff’s attitude made things much worse. He didnt bother with basic greeting, making eye contact or bother explaining why such an inconvenience was caused. Instead, in a harsh manner and bad tone, said we can call if there are issues. how can we call if we are stuck outside the room? Pros: luggage storage facilities, welcome drinks.

Located 2 tram stops away from berlin central station. Toothbrush and paste not provided (but I think can be requested from the hotel). Room is clean. Small but comfy.

I booked this hotel as a four star hotel but it is like a two star hotel. House keeping not really available. If you need something like slippers or anything else as standard equipment you have to step out to the front desk and pick it up by yourself. I will not book Mercure hotel any more.

We had great time, staff was very helpful & friendly room was neat and clean, bed sheets, pillows and duvet covers are spot less clean, overall I am pleased with service, can’t ask for more. I’ll choose same hotel next time
