The hotel has a comfortable environment, and the traditional Chinese medicine foot bath was very relaxing. The hotel's dining was also excellent, and the staff were patient and had a great attitude. The hotel facilities are also well-maintained, and all the supplies and amenities were clean.

Overall, it's a great hotel with excellent value for money. My two-day booking had different room types, but I had too much stuff and didn't want to switch rooms last minute. The lovely front desk staff went above and beyond to help me sort it out. They also offer health porridge and foot bath tubs daily, which they'll help you book and deliver to your room. The service is fantastic, and the rooms are very spacious.

The hotel environment is great, very close to Tongli Ancient Town, and the night view is beautiful. The front desk staff are exceptionally friendly, enthusiastic, and all very pretty. The hotel restaurant offers good dishes that suit my taste, and they've introduced many new ones. Especially noteworthy is the hotel's wellness building, which provides numerous therapeutic programs tailored to individual health conditions. After a session, I felt incredibly refreshed, and the moxibustion for dampness removal was particularly effective. It truly embodies the characteristics of a wellness-focused hotel.

I personally feel that the facilities aren't as complete as Atour's. Besides coffee at breakfast, there's no coffee available at other times. Also, it's too noisy outside. I was woken up by strange animal noises around 5 AM, and then by sounds of things being moved upstairs.

The hotel is located by Tongli Lake, surrounded by the lake on three sides. Being under the Hengli Group, the service, hygiene, and dining are all excellent. It's a shame that the development of Tongli Lake and Tongli Ancient Town is a bit disappointing. The environmental management of Tongli Lake is poor, with many dead fish floating on the surface. Many shops in Tongli Ancient Town are closed, and the lake is full of leaves and dust. Yet, the ancient town still charges an 80 RMB entrance fee during the day, which feels a bit steep. These factors must surely affect the hotel's business. Consequently, many of the hotel's older facilities haven't been updated in a timely manner, especially the faucets and showers; all the fittings are peeling, and the main showerhead in the shower room isn't working. However, these drawbacks haven't diminished my personal liking for Hengli Group hotels. I hope that through overall improvements in the surrounding area, the hotel can continue to upgrade and enhance the customer experience. Also, the breakfast was good, though there could have been a few more varieties of stir-fried green leafy vegetables.

The family room we stayed in was spacious, clean, and quiet. The breakfast was very nice, with a lot of variety and the food was delicious.

A quiet respite away from the beautiful lively colorful Tongli old town. The serene lake view from the room was fabulous! Wished I had more time to walk around the lake and use the pool and gym. The spa packs and offers were a great touch! Definitely, worthy of a return!

The resort is located in a lovely spot on Lake Tongli and is very cosy and relaxing. It is surrounded by greenery and is ideal for family trips/wellness breaks. The rooms are bright and very well maintained. We were also offered a free upgrade. We checked in late in the evening and the restaurant very kindly served us a light dinner. I don't know if the hotel receives many European guests, they speak little English at the reception.

The hotel is excellent. The rooms are large and new, and all the staff are warm and attentive, which is especially rare. The hotel staff are very helpful in responding to any needs, and this level of management is truly commendable. A perfect score!

It was a holiday, so it was quite crowded. We stayed at a hotel by Tongli Lake. The breakfast was plentiful, with a wide variety of porridge options. The restaurant on the second floor also served local specialties. The rooms weren't large, but they were comfortable. There was also a health and wellness building where they introduced us to a moxibustion device. The staff were very attentive and helpful. Most importantly, the hotel had friendly cats and parrots. If the weather is nice and you want to explore the surrounding area, you can visit the ancient town and wetland park. Overall, the hotel is quite nice and worth staying at.

Our butler, Xiao Wei, was very attentive and helpful. He even asked about our bedtime porridge and foot bath, and brought them to our room. The hotel is a wellness and relaxation hotel with nice scenery; it's a great place.

Choosing the right hotel when traveling with kids can really save you a lot of trouble! We were pleasantly surprised upon entering the room; there was a small tent and cartoon toys for the kids, instantly putting them in a state of excitement and freeing my hands. The bathroom had a children's toiletries set, and the attention to detail was impeccable. The butler, Qiongqiong, helped with our luggage upon check-in and even cleaned up a spilled drink – she was incredibly helpful. We also had a fun health check at the wellness hotel. Parking is free if you drive here, making it excellent value for money. We'll definitely choose this hotel again for our next family trip.

The room was spacious, and the bedding was exceptionally comfortable for our family of three. The hotel service was incredibly attentive; our butler, Qiongqiong, prepared toiletries for our child and patiently recommended nearby attractions. The hotel also offers wellness programs. Definitely a five-star review! We'll definitely be staying here for our next vacation!
