Second time in this hotel, to celebrate my wife's birthday. Everything's perfect, from room to service and amenities. Highly Recommended

We received an excellent experience from the hotel. Especially their staff, Cherry from the reception and 美芹 from the restaurant. Both provided us high level of services. They are very nice and patient to our requests. Our room is comfortable and well equiped. Also, the view is great and beautiful. Definitely, i will stay here again if i come next.

The hotel is located on very convenient area, clean and modern. Friendly reception and secure in and out. Recommended if you looking for a quality stay in this area.

The hotel overall is good, the location is far from the center but there are some malls around. Breakfast is good. Hard to find somebody who can speak to order room service. The room is great but the AC / heating is not working well, it’s extremely hot during the day (32) and very cold at night (17). So unfortunately this is what we remember..

First, I hesitate in booking this hotel but I was so impressed by the service and the friendliness of the staff. Hence, I booked a second night with a free complimentary drinks. Upon arriving the hotel, I was greeted with a friendly receptionist named Yolanda, being a non chinese speaker, I feel very relaxed talking to her. She also helped me for an early check-in since we arrived a bit early. We got in early to our room but an upgrade as well. I was so thrilled with the room, the amenities and the coziness of the vibe. The breakfast was amazing as well...If you will come to this hotel, look for Yolanda. She will definitely assist you in all your needs even give you suggestions to places to go and whether it is hot or raining that day. It was an amazing experience. Thank you again to staffs who accommodate us. Until next time...

This is our second time in this hotel. Clean and good location. There are shops and restaurants nearby. MixC shopping mall is just beside the hotel.

It got a broad and clear view above the city. The service was excellent. My family felt comfortable and welcomed.

The hotel is quite new and is well located next to a major shopping center in Suzhou's "new"er district. Check in was quite smooth and staff at front desk is very helpful. The room was well appointed but slightly disappointed at the slightly small-ish living space due to the large bathroom, a smaller than expected walk-in closet with little room for suitcase and lack of larger/second sofa in the room which made lounging a bit more difficult in the room. The room was otherwise comfortable with curtain wall glazing allowing good light penetration, the bedding is good with most IHG products, and the bathroom is comfortable with a large egg-shell type bathtub with excellent view outside. I am slightly disappointed with the breakfast, which although had most of what is on offer at most 5 star hotel, is a very self service affair even with coffee. I found the breakfast selection slightly below average and the western offering is slightly below par (The hotel is mainly forcused for domestic visitors and without international TV offerings) but I have a higher expectation for a five star hotel. The breakfast feels more like a canteen than a five star hotel breakfast, and although quite relaxing it is a bit under serviced iimho. Overall it is a good hotel and well connected with conveinent access to metro. Staff are friendly and helpful and the hotel is well appointed. I didn't have a chance to use the amenities of the hotel but from what I gather they are quite well appointed as well. I would say the F&B at the hotel is a bit of a let-down and the room can benefit with larger living space.

This is by far one of the best hotels I have stayed at. It’s beautiful, modern, clean and in a great location. The hotel is across from Paradise Walk Mall, which has a variety of restaurants. The area itself is very central and surrounded by different entrances to a metro station. The staff are pleasant, respectful, extremely professional and helpful. The receptionist Yolanda was so accommodating and helped with the process of checking out. I received a gift and a flower from the hotel as a parting gift. The room was clean, spacious, and the view is to die for. The refrigerator was stocked with drinks that I did not have to pay for. I also enjoyed the breakfast option. They had a variety of Chinese and western style meals. I would definitely stay at this hotel again. I loved everything about it.
