Hotel di Taman Perindustrian, Kawasan Komercial Teluk Jinji, Suzhou

The gated hotel is a co-op made up of restored and new buildings, a restaurant, and a spa, but nothing over 3 stories. There are numerous restaurants once you leave the grounds -- go west. Get the breakfast buffet, it is worth it! The tourist center is a block west and next to the Grand Canal. Go there, and ask the nice young lady how to get around. The hotel will give you change for the bus. The police and information will help you in the metro. Be sure to walk up and down the canal, enjoy people watching, especially the young ladies dressed and made up in beautiful period piece costumes. You can rent one yourself if you wish to participate. Most of the tourist sights are within walking distance, including the Humble Administer's Garden and the sanpan ride on the canal. The hotel also has a nightly cruise sign up. If you want to see a panda, you'll have to go to the Taihu Wetland Park -- it's about 30 km from the hotel. You can get there by cab or public transportation.

Very convenient, with lots restaurant available nearby, and the supermarket just next to it. As per all hotels rooms located at industrial area. All room with smokes smell even though the hotel management named it Non-smoking room but you can find an ashtray place in the room

Good location with a metro station next door and many shopping centres and restaurants nearby. The rooms are of very good size. Booking a Club room with a small extra cost allows you to have a room on the higher floor and access to the executive lounge. Checkout time is 12pm but the hotel was happy to give me another extra 2 hours. There are a very limited number if rooms with (partial) a lake view.

過生日選擇了金雞湖英迪格。前一天前調電話問候，管家Scott加了微信，發送了很詳細的攻略。 金雞湖景套房真的令人眼前一亮，90平方米，三塊很清晰的區域，客廳、卧室和洗浴，每間房都朝向金雞湖，摩天輪和東方之門同框。客廳窗上有手繪圖案和倷好。提前安排了生日佈置，卡片是手寫的，真的很用心。送來的蛋糕真的超級大，非常感謝。業主很大方，配置很高，吹風機戴森，洗浴備品是蒂普提克，礦泉水5100。巨大的圓形浴缸，泡澡時尚金雞湖景美滋滋。 早餐在一樓餐廳，餐廳很有設計感，取餐區和座位區域交替穿插，温馨私密。種類雖不算很多，但質量很不錯。 泳池和健身房在地下一層。恆温泳池，乾淨夠大，早九點到晚九點開放。健身房不大，24小時開放。 酒店住客可以在前台登記，免費借用很復古設計的自行車騎行金雞湖畔，不過天有點冷，我們就沒去。 感謝遇見的每位工作人員，這個生日過得超級開心。

The hotel is in a great location overlooking one of the two big lakes and within a kilometer of a subway station. The lobby is on the 25th floor. The rooms are big and ours was overlooking the lake. The breakfast is amazing and you can use the gym, pool and sauna. When coming to Suzhou, be sure to check this place!

We had a beautiful experience in our short stay in Suzhou. We stayed in Hampton coz it’s near to many attractions in the city.The breakfast was also satisfying. The room is clean and the staffs are attentive. It would have been better if there was a bidet in the bathroom.

I loved this hotel. There is parking nearby but they’re very strict about not allowing cars to pull up to the entrance - even for pick up and drop off. This meant that we got soaked in the rain. But the room was lovely. I took a basic room but still got a good view. I visited my friends family room as well and can say the same for it.

I've booked two nights of family size apartment (which is really spacious and impressive with its views). Unfortunately, I had a fly in the ointment after the first night there. Receptionist called me at 2 o'clock and informed me, that it's time to check out. I was slightly puzzled and went downstairs to the lobby right after the call. They told me again about checking out, so I showed them my booking information, they also seemed confused and concerned. Fortunately, they solved this issue, but I'd say it's my first time to face such ridiculous issue, although they claim themselves as a 5 star hotel. I hope they'll improve their service and booking system.

服務非常熱情周到，從入住到退房，整個體驗感覺團隊很專業很用心的在做運營，床品很舒適毛巾類也很柔軟，甚至比其他中高端巾類更厚實，床品類相比同類型中高端更柔軟舒適，房間的茶包配了杯子一整套使用，這點非常棒！花灑夠大水壓適中 ，吹風機配的也是高速款的，👍，公區有可自取的礦泉水非常方便，問前台要女性衞生用品，送來兩種類型兩大包，服務非常人性化，希望繼續保持！美中不足的是酒店是衞生有很大提升空間！希望看到這個新品牌越來越好～

The hotel is in a very good location, very close to the big Suzhou central shopping mall and close to the lake. Very convenient to get to by taxi. The room was super clean, all amenities provided and the bed was super comfortable!
