I would definitely recommend this hotel to anyone who is looking for a peaceful experience with wonderful surroundings and great service. Also if you have pets, you may want to bring your dog along to share in your experience the beautiful views as an added bonus. I was informed that they have pet food and additional compliments to cater for your dog! Wonderful! One my first day, I was warmly greeted by 小雨 who speaks English very well. She answered all my questions and made the trip super smooth and comfortable. She is a wonderful asset to the hotel! Special thanks for her and her professional and friendly service. Breakfast is a buffet with an extensive selection to cater for western and eastern tastes. The Hot springs were a much needed relaxing part of the trip and it was included in the price of the room where you can visit once per day. The rooms are very clean with the aroma of essential oils. The insulation was great so you never hear the sound of your neighbours once the doors are closed. My room had a balcony with seats which you could use the space to hang out, read & do yoga if you choose! Overall- no faults! Just perfect with a friendly team from the front desk, the gardeners, the chefs- everyone made it a memorable experience.

Hengli is truly a definition of a 5 star hotel. In every aspect, the service, facilities, location, housekeeping and extra services provided we are truly happy with the exceptional quality provided. Right from the time we arrived, during our stay and checking out, the experience was excellent. The sunset view and the laser show from our 38th floor room were also some of the highlights. Thank you for the fresh fruits and porridge during our stay, it was really thoughtful. We truly enjoyed our weekend stay here. This will one of those truly memorable place where we will reflect with fondness.

first time I went to this place, the breakfast was good, the service ok, and I particularly appreciate the view from my window, and the fitness room. So I definitely recommend this hotel if you search a nice place, very quiet to have a rest or to exercice your body.

因為在附近辦事，訂的比較臨時，看地圖離地鐵站步行大概15分鐘（七號線越溪站），四周圍路口有點城郊荒涼感，所以有點心裏打鼓怕遇到個“冒牌”的😭 一進大廳，瞬間踏實。 一如既往的歡朋調性：明亮簡潔通透 房間不大，細節滿滿，房間內和公共區域的各種提示貼對初次入住者來説會很安心。 健身房的設定雖是簡化版，但也滿足了基礎運動需求，關鍵還給安排的是一間向陽的大玻璃房，很貼心了。❤️自助洗衣房有分裝的小瓶洗護消毒液和針線包，洗烘機很給力。 這兩個區域都至少視覺上做到了一塵不染👍 住了四天，發現對商務出差或者自駕旅遊來説，性價比還是相當可以的。酒店樓下就是停車場，還有自助洗車區域，點外賣（餓了麼，叮咚）也很方便，機器人會按順序送到門口。 週末早餐時間，看到很多帶娃家庭，難怪大堂裏會有一台棉花糖機😄 我們去蘇州住在吳中區的機會不多，但以後要是還去那邊的話，依然會選擇石湖希爾頓歡朋的。

這次來是看歐陽娜娜演唱會的，這裏到蘇州灣大劇院非常方便，這家酒店真是讓人印象深刻！首先，它的地理位置非常優越，無論是商務出行還是休閑度假都非常方便。房間寬敞明亮，裝飾風格既現代又舒適，床品質量上乘，確保了客人的睡眠質量。服務人員態度熱情周到，無論是前台接待還是客房服務都能感受到他們的專業和細心。 此外，酒店的餐飲服務也是一大亮點。餐廳提供的菜品不僅外觀精緻，口感也非常好，能夠滿足不同客人的口味需求。健身房和游泳池等設施也非常齊全，為客人提供了豐富的休閑選擇。 總的來説，這家酒店無論是在硬件設施還是服務質量上都表現出色，是一次非常愉快的住宿體驗。

Fantastic environment, quiet and calm. If you want to spend some quality time without any chaos that is the place you should choose. The hotel staffs are also friendly and some of them can speak English which is good. The rent is also within budget (actually you will be amazed after seeing the amenities inside the room). From my perspective, I will rate 10/10.

作為攜程常年鉑金卡客户，華住會旗下花間堂系列酒店，是我旅行，商務出差的首選！這次入住 蘇州花間堂，前台的員工態度都非常好，特別是靜靜經理，是我入住花間堂系列酒店最優秀的前台 。她熱情大方，面面俱到，給顧客以最優的服務，有優秀的職業素養 。另外一位前台的帥哥也是一樣，有問必答，讓我們有賓至如歸的感覺。也許正是有了這樣一羣想顧客所想，儘可能的為顧客提供滿意服務的酒店員工， 才會讓花間堂這個品牌有了很多忠實的花粉。幾回夢中江海闊，今朝真到水雲邊。這裏，依山傍水，鬧中取靜，屏蔽了喧鬧城市的奔忙焦慮，邂逅了一場東太湖夢幻般的完美日落，我和朋友們度過了兩天温馨而浪漫的週末時光！希望能繼續保持高品質，推出更多性價比高的度假套餐，讓花間堂這個品牌成為花粉心中永遠的無可替代！

非常非常非常棒的一次體驗！入住前店家主動跟我們溝通了房型。房間很乾凈，每個房間都有獨立的衞浴，很方便。有麻將桌和遊戲機，純純時間殺手👏 院子裏的中餐超級好吃，點了幾個菜沒有一個踩雷。價格在農家樂裏算是非常合理了，菜量還非常大。 大堂和西餐廳門口有幾衹籠養的貓貓。房子後面有小農場，有羊有鴨子有鵝還有到處亂跑的兔兔。 有幾間房間很多的小別墅，感覺還挺適合團建的

房間乾淨寬暢，光線敞亮，衞生設施完好。前台服務人員接待態度和藹良好。優良的服務值得發揚光大，爭取更多住客！
