Having paid £109 for the room and an additional £5 for parking I was expecting something a bit better than what we got. The staff on reception were lovely and very friendly, but the room was a bit tired and cold. We stayed in room 401, which was an end room on the 4th floor, which on first inspection seemed very nice. However, it soon became apparent that the air conditioning unit didn’t work, the windows were both broken so they couldn’t be opened and were leaking, the one radiator in the room was rusty and ineffective and there was signs of damp on the ceiling. I think for the price of the room these issues should have been fixed before we arrived. Had the price been lower I wouldn’t have minded but if you’re charging more than other places I think the standard should be higher.

The room was fantastic and big enough for my needs. The bed was super comfy and I certainly slept better than I do at home. The food is very tasty and and a good choice is to be had. The biggest thing is the staff led by the brilliant manager Nicola, who are super friendly and always go the extra mile if you need anything. Big shout out to James Martin, Ben, Bethan, Jason, Kelly, Sian, Howard and Rad, you were all awesome and I miss you all already. I can't wait to come and see you all again. The hotel is super clean thanks to Anya and her team.

We wanted somewhere local and cheap to have a night to ourselves, this hotel ticked both boxes, wasn’t expecting the world, aled at reception was great on arrival, very friendly. Room was clean, very warm, but there was a fan to help, we had a drink at happy hour which was good value, and then relaxed in room, it was nice to just stay in bed till 12 with no kids,

We’ve stayed in this hotel lots of times but it now needs some refurbishing.
The areas all look tired including the bedroom and bathroom.
We had a superior room overlooking the lake but one window was completely steamed up blocking some of the view.
The toilet wouldn’t flush properly and the corridors are all scruffy.
Staff are very friendly and the breakfast is excellent. Lots of choice.
Parking is easy
So lots of good points. Just needs some TLC

This B & B is a total gem and a real find. Excellent accommodation with superking beds and settees dotted around. The breakfast may say 'continental' but it is full of variety and, for us, included freshly baked croissants, good coffee, numerous cereals, breads and spreads plus extras such as pancakes, maple syrup, cold meats and cheese. The breakfast room is also a comfortable sitting room with plenty of space. The hosts are not intrusive but very helpful and the locality offers lots to see and do including beautiful Margam Park (on the doorstep), Porthcawl with all its great seaside facilities and sea views, and quick access to the M4 allowing one to reach most of South Wales with great ease.

PPengguna TetamuLage: Direkt an der Promenade in Mumbles, trotzdem ruhig, kaum Strassenlärm ab ca. 23.00h. Gute Busverbindungen nach Swansea. Zimmer: Gross, hell, modern, gemütlich, sauber, bequemes Bett, grosses Bad. Kein Minisafe, wenig Platz, um Kleider aufzuhängen. Frische Blumen, Nespressomaschine und Wasserkocher, Trinkwasser im Kühlschrank. Personal: Sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit Verpflegung: Keine fixen Frühstückszeiten, man kann also ausschlafen. Schöne Frühstückskarte (Smashed Avocado ist zu empfehlen). Die Rooftoppar ist ein Besuch wert. Das Essen hat uns sehr gut geschmeckt, besonders der Sonntagsbraten mit Yorkshirepudding. Wir waren 5 Nächte im Oyster House und haben uns rundum wohlgefühlt. Wir können das Hotel vorbehaltlos weiterempfehlen

PPengguna TetamuWe were spending 4 days in Wales, Pembrokeshire and this was our first stop over, 4 of us and a small dog. We never stayed in a Travelodge with our dog, as never knew it was dog friendly until recently. Good experience and we had a warm welcome. Dogs were also allowed into the the building at the service station, which was a first, so you can always pop in with you dog to grab a coffee before heading off. The entrance to the Travelodge was inside the main building but was great. We were given a room at the end of the corridor, but unfortunately downstairs, so going out for toilet breaks were a bit of a pain... anyways it was a great stay. Recommend to anyone who has a pet.

PPengguna TetamuMorgans Hotel is a wonderful place to stay. The staff are amazing, & nothing is too.much trouble for them. Our room was large, well - appointed & had a very comfortable super king - sized bed. Breakfasts are freshly cooked to order, & the range of food available for evening meals is of excellent quality. Parking is directly opposite the hotel, is secure, & has 2 EV charge points. As a base for exploring Swansea & the Gower Peninsula, Morgans Hotel is a delight & well worth a visit.
