Nice and clean rooms for affordable price. Very tasty breakfast and nice seating by the pool. Staff was very friendly and helpful Good location close to city centre Definitely recommend to my friends. Yvonne

QQ5097JDpeterjExcellent hotel in the southern part of the city center. My room was huge, in a corner with excellent views. Amenities include refrigerator, aircon, tee/coffee etc. Free fruit and candy in the reception. Supermarkets, tram, and central train station are close by. In terms of customer service, this hotel is a gem. As a member of Radisson Rewards, I usually get a room upgrade if available. This time, i did not, but when I asked in the reception, the receptionist explained that it was not available. However, on closer look, she could move reservations around, and I got a huge suite with view of the city and a welcome bottle of champagne. That's what I call going an extra mile in customer service. Fantastic. Very highly recommended from my side

UUranHad a really nice stay it is located near the center of Linz old Town which you can easily visit by foot .For me the only downside was the parking fee .The Hotel does not have a parking area and there is an underground parking right next to the Hotel but the parking fees are about 25 Euros for 24 hours which was not bad considering for shorter periods of time you pay 3 Euros for an hour and if was like this almost everywhere which i find a bit annoying because if you take time to really enjoy your espresso that we are counting 20 Euros in total with the parking .Even in the streets it was 3 Euros for 90 minutes the reason i made this review is i myself appreciate it a lot when someone else writes an honest review and it helped me with my stays and i want to help the next one have a nice trip .

The room is spacious and clean, and it has essentials for travelers. However, the boom system really needs to be improved. We lived here for business reason. After check out, I was told that the name used for book is not consistent with the name of the bank account, so the transaction was sent back. It turned to be that the name for book is actually my colleague’s name. It was very strange, because I booked the room via my own email, and my college has never involved in the booking process. The same thing also happened to my other colleagues. It seems that the booking information was messed up, and staff were confused about which person lived in which room, although we definitely showed our photo ID during check-in. This kind of thing should not happen to a hotel with high rating.

PPengguna TetamuWhat a miserable hotel. Booked 5 nights and left after 3 nights. Location was great. Rooms okay. But the staff!! Really need training in customer service. Appalling service. On Check in not a word, but just a piece of paper shoved at us to complete. Young girl with black hair had serious attitude problem. Next morning went down to have breakfast. Just totally ignored. Older guy with pony tail made eye contact and turned his back on us. Seemed more interested chatting with receptionist. Do we wait to be seated or just sit somewhere? No idea. Like I said just ignored. We went elsewhere to get food. In the 3 days we stayed there not once were we spoken to. Stay elsewhere, where you may get a bit of service or something. We have spent 6 months in the last 18 months travelling around Europe. Never experienced anything like it. Shocking hotel.

PPengguna TetamuDas Hotel ist Nahe bei der Donau (super zum Spazieren), die Zimmer sind überdurchschnittlich groß (sehr angenehm), stilvoll eingerichtet. Das Personal ist kompetent und freundlich, Frühstück top. Ich war schon öfter hier & komme immer wieder gerne!

It Wars my second time in this hotel This time it was a 4 business days trip in this hotel with a good view on Danubio river Very good breakfast, bar ok and very very kind people everywhere. I attended a Technical Course and our class was perfect: a loro of space and near to the bar I’lL be back next year

MMarcus BerrybeanWe were on a trip and had a highway stop for one night with one of our child. The Marriott king size bed could be enough for 3 people but it was strange that not even an extra towel was added to the double room standard equipment.
Electric car charger started working in the garage but stopped later for any reason.
Breakfast was good but coffee is better in most of this level of business hotels even in Austria/Germany.

Two night in this traditional hotel near Danube. Hotel is big, quite, clean but had some small things which is not OK from four stars hotel. First of all, room is big with all necessary but toilet haven't any ventilation, room without a/c /they have roof ventilator!/. Hotel is near highway to Praha, not so far from pedestrian zone in center. Big hotel, but small restaurant, and ONE coffee machine /5 min to bring coffee /! Really for four star hotel is unacceptable .Staff is very kind and ready to answer on your questions and help.
