I wanted to give this hotel five stars because I like the room, the hardwood floor, the cleaning service, but every evening after I came back to the hotel, I often had troubles getting on the Internet. I called a couple of times and the staff was not surprised to hear about the problem, but offered nothing to help. I feel trapped in the room with no access to the outside world. Another problem is in the morning when I need to go downstairs to my meeting, I had to wait a long time because the announcement kept saying that the elevator was occupied. If this hotel aims to be high class, then it needs to have newer equipment, faster elevator service, etc.

NNipI recently stayed at the DoubleTree by Hilton Brussels City and had a fantastic experience. The rooms are incredibly spacious, providing ample space to relax and unwind. The location is unbeatable, situated near Place Rogier and overlooking the Botanical Gardens, making it extremely convenient for both sightseeing and attending events. The hotel’s blend of modern comfort and historic charm adds a unique touch to the stay. The staff were friendly and attentive, ensuring that all my needs were met promptly. The cleanliness of the rooms and common areas was impeccable, which I greatly appreciated. However, I did find the pricing to be on the higher side. While the amenities and services are top-notch, the value for money could be improved. Despite this, the overall experience was positive, and I would recommend this hotel to anyone visiting Brussels.

PPengguna TetamuJust come home from a short two night stay at the hotel and everything was positive. Reception was down a few steps but there's a lift down for anyone who struggles with step. Check in was smooth and took less than 2 minutes . The room was very nice two single beds spaced quite close but if you are staying with friends or family this isn't an issue. Bathroom was clean and large with a bath and shower shower gel and shampoo was supplied attached to the wall in the shower. Free water daily stocked into the room fridge and also free coffee for the coffee machine. The later check out of 12 was a bonus and the hotel are happy to store luggage should you be on an evening flight. The hotel has a nice bar and all staff are friendly . The only issue would be because its such a large hotel the lifts are always busy we had to walk down the stairs from the 10th floor a few times which is a lot of steps so anyone on a higher floor just be warned if you aren't too good at walking. The area around the hotel is pretty nice a bit like a business district but venture a few streets behind and it gets a bit grim and becomes a bit more shady just a warning to have your wits about you if going that way .

It’s perfect for anyone looking to explore the city without the hassle of long commutes. However, despite the overall positive experience, I encountered an issue with cleanliness that needs addressing. I found hair and stains on the bed linen, which was quite disappointing. It was clearly not up to the usual standards you would expect from a reputable hotel. Overall, while the hospitality and convenience were commendable, I believe there needs to be more attention to housekeeping to enhance the overall guest experience. I hope these issues can be addressed for future stays.
