位置跟着導航可以找到，斜對面是個幼兒園，但是隔音效果還不錯，門縫也做了隔音處理，有電梯也比較方便，還給了兩個房卡很方便，寵物友好也很感謝。臨時取消了一天也很爽快的同意了，還送了歡迎水果。應該是這個房型價格最低的原因，面積很小，窗外就是隔壁房子的牆，看評論説老闆很熱情，會推薦些當地好吃好玩的，晚上在外邊十點多打電話想問個推薦的魚生，可能是時間有點晚了沒有注意到，打擾了店家，一句話的事在電話裏也並沒有告知，衹讓加微信，但都第二天退房了也一直沒人通過。枕頭很高，頸椎不好的建議換個房型，一晚沒睡好脖子疼了兩天，設施和衞生與價格相匹配，服務就和其他評論裏説的沒什麼關係了

Location is very good, out of the crowded area but within walking distance to the historical city center. West Lake is just 5 minutes walk from the hotel. The street in which the hotel is located has many shops, restaurants and eateries. The hotel is new and well maintained. Sound-proofing is good, there is no noise from the street. Reception staff is efficient and kind, both check-in and check-out have been smooth. Considering the price, facilities are very good. Wi-Fi is working very well, stable and fast. No any negative aspect, just a suggestion for improvement: there is a small but quite well equipped gym room, however some equipment is out of order. A little effort on maintenance would be a chance to earn full marks... :)
