Fascinatingly designed boutique hotel with literally international 4-Star standard amenities. Could see how much details was put into the design of each room and each guest hall.
In the room, The smart toilet was a must have for me. The shampoo was what you will get in 4-star hotels. The bedsheets were crisply ironed and clean. The mattress were the supportive type. The pillows were superb too. They even have humidifier in the room.
The reception contacted us a week before the trip, that’s really assuring to me as a foreigner without a local phone number. So I managed to get a lot of info established before hand. Really great! Because I like to be informed in advance. Response via WeChat was super prompt and organized throughout our stay. The reception team works closely with the drivers and attractions to personalize your experience for you. I felt that the touring arrangements were really seamless.
In their guest hall, guests can access the smart washing machine, microwave, hot water, drinking water, tea etc.
WiFi was not stable.
The breakfast was delicious and healthy with more variety than expected. The hotel was humbly saying that they only offer “millet porridge and salted duck egg” but no no no, they actually offered a mini buffet of 10 different dishes with freshly made soy milk.
Overall the stay was way beyond expectation for me.
Highly recommended for international tourists.

非常滿意，酒店內佈置很講究精緻，各方面設計很用心，走廊上自取的各種酒店用品刮鬍刀毛巾等一應俱全。景區內免費接送，跨年還舉辦了免費的篝火煙花晚會，還送了早餐。小狗小貓咪都很温順可愛，酒店裡都是帥哥小夥子們，沒有推銷沒有套路，下車主動拎箱上樓，離開主動拎箱送上車，真正的用心服務客户。備註窗户小的苟不教我覺得一點也不小，窗外雪景也超讚～

The main reason I chose this hotel was for the hot springs and my own convenience. However, I discovered that the hot spring and resort are managed separately, which meant I had to return to the counter to return the key and complete other formalities before I could go back to my room after using the hot spring.
The front desk staff were less friendly, and honestly, the worst I’ve encountered among all the hotels I stayed at during my trip. Their hospitality needs significant improvement.
Additionally, Yabuli is very remote, and transportation is quite inconvenient. The hotel staff didn’t assist us in contacting any drivers. As locals, they could have at least had some contacts or suggestions for transportation, but instead, they dismissed us outright, stating that no transfers were provided.

隔音情況：非常安靜，我平時睡覺很輕，但是在這裏完全聽不到樓道和隔壁的聲音，非常贊。
地理位置：在青雲小鎮裏面，自然景觀很美。
乾淨衞生：住宿整個過程都很滿意，這家酒店非常乾淨！隔音！
樓道沒有清潔衞生，送門卡、送備品的服務員的噪聲，我少有這麼滿意的酒店，能夠評價五分的。真是推薦。

這是我住過的所有民宿裏，老闆最最最好的一家。早飯很家常，自己蒸的饅頭超級好吃，小涼菜也很下飯。我們從哈爾濱站坐動車到亞布力，老闆提前就去接我們，到了以後就和回家了一樣，民宿還有老闆的幾個朋友，都很熱情，第二天送我們去滑雪場幫我們買票，幫我們租漂亮的雪服，超級出片。滑完雪又來接我們回去，帶我們去泡温泉，最感動的是做了晚飯一屋子人等我們泡完温泉回來一起吃飯，就像回到自己家一樣，老闆把他朋友送的當地特產也拿出來和我們分享，把酒言歡。有人問我黑龍江冷不冷，我覺得一點兒都不冷，外面天寒地凍，但是人內心陽光明媚。暖極了。民宿有滑雪服，免費穿的也很好看。第三天老闆又幫我們租的理想汽車去雪鄉玩，一路上你就衹管玩，司機都給安排的明明白白。最後送我們到動車站。真的太感動了這一路，太開心啦。我的語言表達能力不好，無法表達出我內心的感動和感謝。民宿是新裝修的，設施設備都很好，比其他家乾淨很多。一定要來。

The hotel offers easy access to Yabuli South Railway Station, just 4km away. The nearby area boasts an abundance of attractions including Yabuli Ski Resort, Yabuli Sun Mountain and Yabuli Xintiwei Ski Center. When guests have some time on their hands they can make use of the onsite facilities. Our guests consider this hotel to have excellent service.

本來以為會踩坑，結果確實出乎意料，在預訂房間後第一時間打電話確認，得到老闆的回覆是已經沒房間了，去哪網上的忘記下架了，説實話當時也比較擔心了，如果在臨時訂房間的話，地衣價格會很貴，第二可能沒有喜歡的房型，但是大姐跟我説你稍等，等我一會兒等了1小時左右，大姐給我騰出間家庭房比原有我預訂的房型要好很多，現在這個季節在這個景區能這樣的房間的話怎麼是1000以上。而且大姐在房間裏等了我好長一段時間，就怕我找不到房間找不到樓層，我是為一個東北人在東北居住了30幾年也是第一次感受到店家的這種熱心真的會覺得很感動，也很感謝即便我也是開酒店的老闆，但是面對像大姐這樣的做法，我真的做不到，而且在整個入住期間不斷地詢問我是否有什麼需求，有什麼需要幫助，如果下次來的話可以再找他再聯繫他，甚至退房以後也一直在給我發訊息，讓我注意安全，真的非常非常的暖心，特別感謝，我認為讓一個普通的旅客去做一個評價的話不夠全面真真正正應該讓一個本地人對本地人的認可才是真正的認可，時間雖短，但非常愉快，由衷的感謝大姐全程的幫助和支持，其實我很少寫評價和感慨的，但是這一次我一定要寫我也要把大姐的熱情和關心傳遞下去

The owner was so impressive since he would give you a call once you booked their hotel to confirm if you need any help with the transportation and the room. He also brought us to the reindeer park to enjoy the rest of the time here. We enjoyed our stay and would be back here again for sure. Highly recommend for anyone who has a plan to Yabuli. There's no place like home but this place you will feel like home ;)

PPengguna TetamuGood hosts, reasonably priced stay. Host very kind and helpful, gave us good advice on where to ski. Host is able to pick us up from the highspeed rail and drop us off. Also send us to the ski resorts. Host gave us discounted tickets for the Yabuli and the Sun Mountain ski resorts. The rooms are well maintained, the heating is always adequate even when in the depths of winter. The bed is Oden style which means a layer of comforter over a wooden bed but its heated. Grocery stores are nearby and many other eateries as well. The location is good, just 5 mins to the ski resorts and 30 mins from the train station. Staying here saved you lots compared to staying at the ski resorts.

ZZee SangsFrom the moment I stepped out of the car and into the villa, I felt like I was home. The hosts are an old couple who somehow reminded me of my parents. Their care and hospitality is admirable, you could tell that they have experience in hosting people into their home and it’s now part of their nature. They are very helpful.
Initially I booked one night online, but upon my arrival looking at the place how clean, beautiful, spacious and peaceful it was and coupled with the fact that my hosts were so welcoming. I then decided to book another night directly with the hotel.
They even asked if I needed my room cleaned the following day, which I appreciate.
The location is also very convenient for skiing it’s a 15 minutes drive to the Yabuli ski resort and the hotel arranged everything for me at a good discount. From the ski tickets, costumes and transportation, I did not have to stress about it. All I had to do was pay, show up and have fun in the snow!
I really appreciate their hospitality and great service. I’ll definitely come back next winter but with a group of friends this time around! It’s a pity I couldn’t stay longer and explore the area.
Skiing ticket including clothes and skiiing gear- 200 (online it costs 248rmb) but the hotel has an agreement with the ski resort.
Transportation return- 60 rmb
Total cost- 260rmb
The hotel also provided a tasty North eastern breakfast only for 10rmb. The restaurants nearby are scarce and a tad bit expensive so having one meal checked off really helped.

一樓還可以吃飯，鐵鍋燉雞肉肉質緊實，菇類粉條吸滿了濃郁的湯汁，很好吃；點了幾個菜，感覺溜肉段好吃。每一道菜都分量十足。
預訂門票包車可以找老闆，價格方面非常實惠，老闆人很好。
總之，這家哈爾濱農家樂無論是環境、服務、菜品都無可挑剔，強烈推薦給大家。

We appreciated the cleanliness throughout the property.
The presence of a humidifier in the room was a great addition, especially because it helped combat the dryness inside. It contributed to a more comfortable atmosphere.
The room temperature tended to be on the warmer side, requiring us to open the window slightly for cooler air. However, leaving it open overnight could potentially lead to catching a cold, so caution is advised.
There were no issues with the hot water supply for showering, ensuring a comfortable bathing experience.
The bed linens were clean and fresh, and the pillows provided a comfortable sleeping experience.
Convenient Ski Access: The hotel's proximity to the ski slopes made it incredibly convenient for skiing enthusiasts. The ski area was just outside, allowing easy access to the slopes.
Hassle-Free Ski Experience: The hotel provided all the necessary ski gear, which was already prepared in the lockers. This hassle-free arrangement allowed us to travel light and enjoy a seamless ski getaway.
Alternative Dining Options: For those who may not prefer Chinese cuisine, there is a nearby KFC that offers a view of the slopes. It's a nice option to have for a change of taste.
Breakfast Buffet: The hotel included a breakfast buffet, which offered a good variety of food options. Though not extensive, it was sufficient and enjoyable.
One area that could use improvement is the hotel's restaurant. It appeared a bit outdated and could benefit from some updates.
The staff at Yabu Loni Hotel Yabuli were truly amazing. MS WAN XINTONG and her team went above and beyond to assist us throughout our stay. Despite our limited Mandarin language skills, they made every effort to address our concerns and ensure our needs were met. Ms. Wan Xintong even took the initiative to arrange activities and airport transfers for us, ensuring our safe and timely arrival at the high-speed bullet train station.
Staff Mr. Xia Xiangxing from the ski department was truly amazing and extremely helpful throughout our ski session.
Mr. Xia Xiangxing went above and beyond to ensure that our ski experience was enjoyable and well-organized. He took the initiative to arrange a ski instructor for both me and my friend, which greatly enhanced our skiing skills and overall experience on the slopes.
His assistance guided us through the process of selecting the appropriate equipment and ensuring that everything was well-prepared for our skiing sessions. His attention to detail and willingness to assist made us feel supported and taken care of.
Thanks to Mr. Xia Xiangxing's assistance, we were able to make the most of our time on the slopes and enjoy a memorable skiing experience.
I would like to express my gratitude to Mr. Xia Xiangxing and acknowledge him for his exceptional service in the ski department. His efforts made a significant positive impact on our ski getaway.
Thanks to the exceptional staff, our trip was made hassle-free and enjoyable. Their assistance and dedication added immense value to our stay.
While the hotel's price was slightly higher, the convenience of ski access and the exceptional staff made it worthwhile.
In conclusion, Yabu Loni Hotel Yabuli provided a clean environment, convenient ski access, and outstanding staff service. Although the price was a bit high, the overall experience made it a valuable choice. I would definitely consider staying here again and recommend it to others.

PPengguna Tetamu同行六個人一起出去玩，那邊酒店都超級貴，一開始就想着隨便找個還不錯的酒店對付一晚上就行了，沒想到這家性價比很高耶。酒店位置距離滑雪場也是很近的 附近都有飯店和小診所（這家民宿也可以點餐的哦）門口停車很方便，酒店裡環境也很好 很乾凈的，房間隔音也不錯。我們下午去雪鄉玩到半夜才回來 餓的不行 提前聯繫老闆姐姐給我們做了水餃和麪條 一致好評非常好吃 姐姐怕我們吃不飽還送了我們一盤水餃。早上也可以在店吃早飯 也很方便 才十塊錢一個人 早餐也很豐富 外面吃都超貴的。酒店暖氣很足 建議友友們可以帶個短袖。 老闆姐姐人超級好，下次有機會一定還會選擇這家住宿的。真的很不錯哦！

SSishisiciriluo。發現一家寶藏的酒店，到了哈爾濱臨時決定去的亞布力滑雪，看到這家距離滑雪場很近就訂了，訂完酒店會有人來聯繫我，會幫忙聯繫高鐵站到酒店的車，到了之後老闆幫忙買的滑雪票和温泉票，最主要還把自己的360借給我用了，推薦推薦😄👍🏻
