Kerana ini kali pertama saya menginap di hotel Huazhuhui, saya mempunyai banyak soalan yang tidak jelas. Dia sangat sabar menjawab soalan dan membantu saya. Kemudahan hotel ini juga sangat lengkap, terdapat bilik dobi layan diri, sarapan pagi yang sangat baik, dan kakitangan perkhidmatan yang sangat sopan dan menyapa saya, seperti di luar negara. Lokasinya juga bagus. Ia hanya sepuluh minit berjalan kaki dari Taman Yuyuan dan berhampiran dengan Metro Laluan 10 dan Laluan 8. Ia adalah pengalaman menginap yang sangat memuaskan, dan ia menerima penarafan penuh lima bintang!

Hotel is located pretty near to Pudong Airport, making way to the airport fast and convenient. Rooms are clean and spacious. Breakfast is really good. Save space for the tasty pastries and cakes. Front desk service is great, nice and helpful. They assisted me order take-out pizza online and delivered to hotel after a long day at the Disneyland Park. The hotel arranged a birthday cake for us prior to our arrival and at very reasonable price (cake was baked inhouse). If you take the effort and time to communicate with staff, you will achieve the assistance you require from the hotel team. Downloading a “Translation App” and “We-Chat” is highly recommended if you cannot communicate in Mandarin. Please book your Disneyland drop-off and pickup shuttle 24 hour prior and register yourself with the “We-Chat” group (There is a QR code at the front desk). The hotel’s private guide on the bus ensured my family got through the park gate and registered at the park guest services. Tip! if you need to communicate with the hotel staff prior to arriving, I found “We-Chat” to be the most convenient way (Novotel Shanghai Pudong Chuansha Mobile WeChat number is ***********).

The courtyard of the hotel is even more unique. The flowers in the hall and the shrubs outside are scattered and colorful. In the middle, there is also a landscape tank like a clear pond. The green plants by the fish tank, the slender willow branches hang on the water.

Belok kiri dan jalan terus untuk melihat kedai periuk panas. dengan banyak tempat letak basikal Itu betul-betul bersebelahan. Hotel ini tidak mempunyai sebarang papan tanda dalam bahasa Inggeris yang menyatakan Ji hotel, tetapi koordinat yang diberikan sangat tepat. Kakitangannya baik dan hampir tidak boleh bertutur dalam bahasa tersebut. Tetapi dia sedaya upaya membantu. Tinggalkan bagasi anda Kalau ada bilik kosong, boleh stay situ. Hotel Radissen akan sentiasa menjadi kenangan indah di hati saya Pada tahun 2003, saya menginap di Hotel Radissen apabila saya pergi ke Oslo untuk acara bersama rakan-rakan saya buat kali pertama pada tahun 2003. Oleh itu, secara kebetulan, ketika saya berada di Shanghai kali ini, saya menempah Hotel Radisson Blu (nama Cina) sebagai stesen terminal perjalanan saya ke Shanghai Walaupun tidak menepati pengalaman yang diharapkan, perkhidmatan keseluruhan hotel tetap dibawa saya senang hati, terima kasih banyak-banyak 🙏!

As for Ivy at the Spa, her professional skills and friendly service are unforgettable. Her massage techniques are skillful and in place, which makes me feel extremely relaxed and relieved after a busy work. Ivy is extremely sensitive to the needs of each guest and can accurately provide the most appropriate SPA services. Her professional knowledge and enthusiastic service made my experience in the Spa reach the extreme. Overall, Senz Hotel, Estilo Restaurant and the Spa have provided us with excellent service and experience. Location is a very good option for those who don't want to bother travelling early or late at night to the airport. The main issue for international travellers in China and at this hotel is that they do require Chinese mobile phone numbers only to get connected to wifi - sad, very sad. Well, as we should be leaving in the morning and check-ined late we didn't want to bother much about this wifi setup issue with reception. The view is great in the morning, at least from the 702 room. The fridge was full with what you see down below.

Nice hotel but unfortunately disappointing service. I booked a Pearl Tower view room and arrived at 2am to receive a different room and had to demand to staff to give me a different room. Even then the view was not satisfactory but what else can you do at 2am? The hotel was new modern, quite hidden away from the centre but was walkable to the Bund and Nanjing Road. Overall the staff tried their best but still left a sour taste after such high expectation

Hotel ini sangat dekat dengan jalan pejalan kaki Bund dan Nanjing. Terdapat banyak kedai makanan, kedai serbaneka, mtr, perhentian bas...dll berdekatan dengan hotel. Bilik ini tidak terlalu besar tetapi ia mempunyai semua yang saya perlukan. Ia bersih, moden, mempunyai pemandangan yang bagus. Kakitangan sangat baik, ramah dan membantu. Selain itu, mereka mempunyai dobi layan diri percuma. Tempat yang sangat disyorkan. Saya ingin tinggal di sini lagi jika saya melawat SH pada masa akan datang
