Kerana ini kali pertama saya menginap di hotel Huazhuhui, saya mempunyai banyak soalan yang tidak jelas. Dia sangat sabar menjawab soalan dan membantu saya. Kemudahan hotel ini juga sangat lengkap, terdapat bilik dobi layan diri, sarapan pagi yang sangat baik, dan kakitangan perkhidmatan yang sangat sopan dan menyapa saya, seperti di luar negara. Lokasinya juga bagus. Ia hanya sepuluh minit berjalan kaki dari Taman Yuyuan dan berhampiran dengan Metro Laluan 10 dan Laluan 8. Ia adalah pengalaman menginap yang sangat memuaskan, dan ia menerima penarafan penuh lima bintang!

Summarize in short : they should keep this place only for Chinese speaker, not recommend for traveller with other languages. Base from my true experiences, I booked here the night before traveling to Shanghai. Once I check out from hotel in Guangzhou, front desk lady help me called reception at Shanghai Novotel Hotel Chuansha to ask if they can pick me and my partner at Pudong Airport as they advertised for a complimentary shuttle bus. The lady at Novotel cannot speak English so I passed to the front desk lady in Guangzhou and got to know that I have to book a shuttle bus a day ahead. I accepted this because I read info, just have hope if they could help customer with this, anyway I flew to Shanghai and went hotel by myself. On the way to Shanghai, I still have hope that receptionist at NOVOTEL will be able to speak English. When I arrived there, I met 3 receptionists and NONE OF THEM CAN SPEAK ENGLISH. We had a tough time to communicate. I have my own language and English, also broken Chinese but we still not understand each other. I had to call a friend of mine in Taiwan to speak Chinese to them. Again, I wanted to book a shuttle bus to Disney land for the next day and they ask me to have a Wechat app to see a detail and communicate. Since I do not have China mainland mobile number so I cannot make a Wechat work on my phone. My ********* friend still help me out with this. At that time, another lady came, seem like she work for shuttle bus thing. I do understand that Chinese tone of voice always loud but I cannot see mercy on her face. She consisted that we still need a Wechat. One lady there said, I have to take a taxi without Wechat even though the hotel provided us a free shuttle bus to Disneyland. At this point I a little upset as there is no choice that they can call or set me a time for my travel, _ucking asked me to take a taxi. I do not mind to pay for taxi but we have never been here so we worry about other unexpected factor could happen. Further more, I went there on my girlfriend birthday to celebrate her birthday. I decided to take it here a last minute and I asked if they could have a card written Happy Birthday to her. Only I know is ”NO CARD, NO CARD!!!! bad service mind ever, disappointed and felt give up with Novotel Yes, I picked NOVOTEL because I really hope they provided international services. I was a member of ACCOR PLUS and experienced such good services but since I experienced here, I am a failure. I actually have 2 more nights in Shanghai after 2nights here. I was thinking to move out all the time because me and my partner felt suffocate with a service. I do not talk to them anymore as it is useless T___T I even tried with my broken Chinese but I cannot feel that they put an effort to serve their guesses. No bellboy, air-conditioning at public area is pretty warm. To be honest, the place is good, bed is comfy and we tired from playing things in Disney land park so I extended to book for one more night then I do not need to rush for checking out. I went reception floor, this time a girl with glasses, seem kind and she is fluent in English help me check in for my last night here :) Whole time staying here I kept my mouse shut because don't want to feel unpleasant anymore and I feel like the robot that delivery food downstairs is working better than human lol. Eventually, I did tried until I can log into Wechat to found that the text were written in Chinese only. I still can travel with a hotel shuttle bus even I do not read thing on Wechat (我看不懂) 😔 I definitely won't be back here even things are good. Hotel is providing everything we needed which is good but they should hire people who able to speak English or people who able to use translate on google and else to communicate as they open for the whole world guess. Not only Chinese on earth but also another language exists. Last thing, key of hospitality is ”SERVICE MIND”

Really nice place, ideal for a lovely staycation in Shanghai. The service is amazing, a special mention to Eva and Kevin who made our trip a fantastic journey. Small thing but the elevator is a bit long.

Very impressed and will definitely stay there again !!! Great view from my room can even see the Jing’an temple from my window. Great service and enjoyed the indoor swimming pool . A guy name Gordan even did an amazing job with nails

The room is very big and it is comfortable for 3 pax. However, the hotel is always short of staff. We always have to wait very long time to talk to the staff, no matter we want to check in, ask questions, add one more night reservation etc. The cleanliness of the room’s floor may need to be improved. btw, staff Zhou Zhou is very friendly and helpful! thank you! :)

I love Yiqinyuan for the calm and peaceful forest, I walked by myself during the last day and if you do visit, try to do it without any gadget. Just bring your keycard. Walk through the tall trees, hear the birds, feel the sun and inhale fresh air. It is very sad that I have a non-refundable ticket that made me not enjoy the accomodation I booked. Since it was the coldest day of the year they decided to move all guests who stays in the container van rooms to their building rooms. To move In their main building I need to add more payment and we were relocated to building 5. It was also an advantage since the Foresta Cafe was there and the playroom (not so much in there but still worth the visit). However, the room we were in was so dusty, the aircon was blowing some dusty air and the carpet was so dirty. It ruined the whole trip and even of they were able to change the beddings and vacuum the carpet it was still tickling our noses. We were really looking forward to a nice Christmas trip but yeah. I booked 3 nights because we really love the place. 😭 The next day I asked again to be moved to a different room, they said they were fully booked but alas there was an available room next to us. The first room was so inconvenient because whenever we turn the lights off the WIFI also goes off. The fridge was not working well, the temperature outside was much better. The second room was better than the first room but the exhaust fan wasn't working. The breakfast was only located in the main restaurant which was 15 mins (waiting for the electric car) away from our building. It was a race to get to breakfast and the seating was not enough to be near the buffet. Time is running and you have Marathon between your table and the buffet table. Food was great though they alternate between the dates. Dinner was also good and had great service but not so much choice of small dished for a small family. Local food at it's best! La Foresta Cafe was interesting. They helped us keep our Christmas pies in their fridge. The only way to order was via the QR on the table but the catch was you have to pay right away for your order to go through which waa different from the main restaurant. So there we were waiting for our food but they didn't really get through and had to end up sitting and waiting for an hour. The next day it took 30 mins. for the food to come. The taste was good serving was big, can share. The electric cars were very prompt and the drivers were very kind and polite. The food again was really yummy! The staff were friendly too. You can buy swan/duck feed at 5rmb/2 packs at the coffee shop at the reception. They were giving away eyemask and heatpacks. The bottles water was also free. The snack at the room was cheaper than the vending machine. It is far from the town so make sure you have what you need before heading to the resort. They have hangers and iron in every room at building 5 where we stayed. Not a lot of English speaking staff so bring some Mandarin phrases or get ready with a translator APP. After a long mixed review I just wish that the resort informed us ahead that the accomodation will not be available and made an option for rebooking or ensure better accomodation it was really a hassle.

Senz Hotel, from the moment you step into the lobby, you will feel at home. The lobby is modern and culturally rich, spacious and elegant, and the staff is very warm and thoughtful, and their professional and meticulous service attitude makes people admire. The accommodation environment here is spacious and quiet, which makes people completely relax and feel rare comfort and tranquility. However, what impressed me most was the management team of Senz. They won our respect with excellent management and professional service. From the overall operation of the hotel to the details, whether it is room service, catering service or other needs, they can get a quick and satisfactory response. This efficient and energetic team ensured that every need of ours was met, bringing us an excellent accommodation experience. Next is Estilo Restaurant. The food here is simply amazing! From the diversity and characteristics of the menu to the chef's superb cooking skills, to the delicious dishes, everything is amazing. Moreover, their service is first-rate, from pre-meal preparation to post-meal finishing, every link is well organized and meticulous. Whether it is a gathering with friends or a business banquet, Estilo Restaurant is an ideal choice. Special thanks to Mr. Noel and Charles for their hospitality. As for Ivy at the Spa, her professional skills and friendly service are unforgettable. Her massage techniques are skillful and in place, which makes me feel extremely relaxed and relieved after a busy work. Ivy is extremely sensitive to the needs of each guest and can accurately provide the most appropriate SPA services. Her professional knowledge and enthusiastic service made my experience in the Spa reach the extreme. Overall, Senz Hotel, Estilo Restaurant and the Spa have provided us with excellent service and experience. Whether it is the facilities, services or the professionalism of the management team, I am deeply satisfied. I highly recommend Senz Hotel and Estilo Restaurant to all friends who are looking for high-quality services and food, and I would also like to thank Ivy for the meticulous SPA service she provided us. I look forward to visiting Senz Hotel and Estilo Restaurant again to experience their excellent service and food again.

Location is a very good option for those who don't want to bother travelling early or late at night to the airport. The main issue for international travellers in China and at this hotel is that they do require Chinese mobile phone numbers only to get connected to wifi - sad, very sad. Well, as we should be leaving in the morning and check-ined late we didn't want to bother much about this wifi setup issue with reception. The view is great in the morning, at least from the 702 room. The fridge was full with what you see down below.

많은 기대를 하고 방문했지만, 아직 리모델링이 다끝나지 않아서 식당, 루푸탑바, 룸외에는 부대시설을 사용할수없다. 더군다나 로비에 쉴수있는 의자가 하나도 없어서 투어 이동시 택시 픽업을 기다릴 동안 10~20분 정도 널은 리셉션에서 서서 기다려야만 한다. 아침식사의 품질은 매우 좋은편이다.(서양식, 일식, 중국식이 있다.) 하지만 음식을 다루는 직원의 절반이 위생 장갑을 사용하지않아서 5성급 답지않다. 심지어 고기 슬라이스를 해주는 직원은 맨손으로 고기를 썰어준다. (화장실 다녀올때 손을 씻었길 바라뿐. 조금은 찝찝했다.) 룸컨디션은 좋은편, 황푸강과 동방명주 전망은 매우 좋은편이다. 사실 이전망이 이호텔의 시그니처이다. 루푸탑바에서 바라보는 동방명주와 와이탄 전망은 최고이다. 하지만 5성급답지 않게 냉장고에는 미니바도 없고, 키피와 티는 저급의 봉지커피다. 또한 의자가 1개뿐이여서 함께 있는 가족은 침대에서 음료수외 기타 먹거리를 해결해야만 한다. 수영장, 헬스장은 리모델링중 ... 언제 오픈될지 모른다고함. 수개월 정도 소요된다고함. 나는 트립닷컴에서 위상항을 보지못했지만, 호텔설명 아래에 중요사항을 표기했다고한다. 아직 시설이 정상적이지 않다면, 오픈을 하지 않던지, 가격을 더낮춰야한다고 생각한다. 많이 아쉬운 호텔이다. 결국 나는 3박을 예약했지만, 1박만사용하고 다른호텔로 옮겼다.
