TTiffanyReceptionists are very helpful and polite. Room is very spacious and clean. Location a bit far from MRT (15-20mins walk) but overall is good location to stay. Nearby also have local breakfast and some cafe and restaurants.

MM658246****The room was more spacious than I'd imagined, and the view from the window was quite nice, with Jing'an Temple visible in the distance. The walk-through area in the room was just wide enough to open a suitcase, leaving little extra space, but it was perfectly fine for a solo trip.
Soundproofing in the room wasn't great; noises from outside the door were quite clear (though this is a common drawback of hostels). This might be an issue for light sleepers.
Transportation is incredibly convenient, as it's only about a three-minute walk from the subway station, which really helps save on travel expenses.
**Cleanliness:** The shared bathrooms were exceptionally clean; an attendant would clean them immediately after each use, which was very reassuring.
**Service:** Upon arrival, a staff member showed me to my room and introduced the facilities. The lobby offered quite a few amenities; I recall there was an ice machine, and I even borrowed an umbrella from the front desk when it rained during my stay.
Overall, I was very satisfied and would happily choose to stay here again on my next visit to Shanghai.

AAnonymous UserThe hotel created a wonderful Christmas atmosphere. The air was filled with the sweet scent of cinnamon and mulled wine, and there was a beautiful Christmas tree. Jennie, Fay, and Crystal at the front desk handled my check-in, and the room experience was excellent. The ladies were very enthusiastic, and the room was well-equipped. I would definitely stay here again.

After a late night at Disneyland, I was too tired to walk to the shuttle pick-up, but then I discovered that bus route 50, which stops right outside the subway station, goes directly to the hotel entrance. From my 18th-floor room, I could even see Cinderella Castle! The restaurant was quite thoughtful; the roasted pumpkin and stir-fried lotus root with snap peas were delicious! Highly recommended!

开开水ksbooked a room at the Banyan tree for my parents who were visiting to celebrate their wedding anniversary and upon check in we were greeted by the most lovely staff who quickly helped my parents check in and upgraded us for free to a nicer room. It also had prepared Rose petals within the room and some desserts to celebrate their wedding anniversary which was very appreciated. The room was unbelievable and the view alone made the whole experience worth it. My parents absolutely loved their stay and couldn’t stop raving about the service of all the workers as well. we had some items that my family were unsure if we could bring onto flight, and the hotel staff even went out of their way to call the airline to confirm for us. hotel amenities also great, huge gym and pool with multiple spas, and gym having a reformer pilates machine too. we’ve been to many hotels within shanghai now and this is by far the best , with strong service, a modern room and incredible view. all the photos of the view in the review were taken from within the room, better than going out to the bund!

MM356763****I switched to this hotel last minute after a terrible experience at another place, and as soon as I stepped into the lobby, I felt so much better! First, the front desk staff, UU, was incredibly enthusiastic and patient. We weren't sure about the room types, and she helped us with a detailed explanation and assisted us in making adjustments. Then, once we got to the room, the view was absolutely fantastic! We’ve stayed at many hotels along the river, and this one really stands out for its overall value for money. It's hard for pictures to capture how stunning the night view truly is. The mini-bar design is unique and well-thought-out, and the desk is large enough for reading or working. The room layout is spacious and practical, never feeling cramped. The bathroom, towels, bedding, and kettle were all very clean. The food delivery robot was also super fast. Plus, the location makes it incredibly convenient for taxis, as they can drop you off right at the hotel entrance. After switching here and getting a good night's rest, I feel completely rejuvenated. Highly recommend! 👍🏻

We are certain that every time we travel to Shanghai, we will definitely stay at this hotel. We will recommend the Radisson Blu Hotel to all our friends who plan to visit Shanghai.
Staff members at the hotel are very friendly, respectful, and professional. They do their best to ensure that guests have an enjoyable stay.
November 26th was my wife’s birthday. We were out all day and upon returning to our room, we seen a beautiful and delicious small cute cake sitting on the table with a birthday greeting message on it. We believed that the cake was being sent by hotel to our room. We celebrated her birthday with that cake. Thanks to hotel for the sweet surprise.
We also enjoyed the hotel’s breakfast every day, which was very diverse and delicious. One of the staff members, named Lidiia along with the rest of the restaurant team, made a great effort to ensure that the hotel guests enjoyed the wide variety of breakfast options.

GGuest UserI stayed at this hotel for one night during a business trip and overall had a smooth experience.
The price is very reasonable, and the hotel itself is fairly ok. They also gave me an upgrade when I checked in, but I can’t say how that room was different to the one that I booked. The rooms and breakfast were both okay — nothing outstanding, but perfectly fine for a short stay.
One of the highlights is the convenient location, with many dinner options nearby, which was great for our needs.
I appreciated the welcome cookie, although it was quite hard and crumbly — a nice gesture, but not very tasty.
One small inconvenience was that I couldn’t get a Chinese invoice (fapiao) directly at the hotel; instead, they told me to request it through the booking app, which I found a bit unusual.
Despite these minor issues, it was an easy and pleasant stay. I would definitely consider staying here again if I need a hotel in this area at this price point.

The room is clean, the staff are friendly and helpful, and the overall stay was very comfortable. A great choice for anyone who wants to stay in the center and explore the area. __WeChat247621****Checked in on a Saturday, so there were quite a few guests. Had to wait a bit but check-in was surprisingly fast. Lots of foreigners around.
Booked through Trip.com and got a complimentary happy hour from 6 PM to 7:30 PM. Free-flow drinks with some cashews and mini cakes – not a huge variety, but the taste was decent.
The hallways are a bit narrow and had a damp smell. Entering the room, you're greeted by a fully open-plan cave-style bathroom with a glowing bathtub – quite a sight!
Hangers and slippers were in the cabinet next to the bed.
No vanity table. The hairdryer wasn't a Dyson, and there was no speaker.
There's an iPad to control the smart home features, an 'old iPad given a new lease on life' kind of deal. It was a bit slow to respond and had some translation issues (e.g., 'reading right' instead of 'right reading light').
There's a red light above the bed. If some hotels are overtly flamboyant, this one is subtly so.
The room had a large round table, which was a bit amusing.
The gym and pool are both on B1 and are relatively small. The cardio area is quite spacious. For beginners, the weightlifting equipment isn't very friendly, and there aren't many fixed machines.
Breakfast is served until 11 AM and is very Shanghai-style: pan-fried dumplings, curry beef vermicelli, soup dumplings, congee, rice balls, etc. Everything you could want. The quality and taste are both excellent.
Overall, it's pretty good. The Xintiandi area nearby is also great for strolling. It would be even better if they could upgrade the weightlifting equipment in the gym.
