Good place for a quick overnight stay as it is very near the batam ferry centre. Also near to the batam centre megamall which is good for clothes shopping and dining options. Staff are energetic, friendly and helpful. The breakfast buffet includes a morning dance performance by staff and a birthday cake slice and song if it is your birthday, which we found interesting. Breakfast buffet is replenished constantly. Rooms are cozy and shower is good, with good temperature control on shower heater. Soap, shampoo, toothbrushes, toothpaste are provided. Welcome drinks are also given at check in, and signing up for a membership will entitle you to a set of gift juice drinks and some gift chocolates. Customer service is good.

Mine was a business trip for 3months.PanBil is one of the best hotels in Batam.Rooms were well maintained.But as am from India I would suggest PanBil to serve Indian Foods (Idly,Dosa varieties)We were more than 20ppls staying in Panbil. Things to improve 1) Transport Facility 2)Serve Indian Food Murdani and Nuri are so responsible in their duties.I would give them 5stars

I travelled with my dad for a 2 day 1 night trip to Batam. Upon arriving at the Radisson Golf and Convention Center Hotel via Grab, it took about 15 minutes from Batam Center. The reception check in was seamless, and the staff were very polite. However, the lift sensor didn't work very well when pressing the button. The amenities were good, but it would be great to include items such as a comb or cotton buds. This wasn't my first time staying here, but I hope for some upgrades of the bathroom or better cleaning, as noticed some signs of aging. Hotel breakfast had a wide variety of options, which was impressive. Additionally, the massage services at the hotel were excellent.

I and my wife finally booked and had a chance to stay in Harmoni One Hotel. It was a crowded and busy place before covid-19 outbreak. Proud to see how this hotel still struggle to survive, but also sad at the same time witnessing how empty and quite this place now. Harmoni One still operates hotel room for guesses at 2nd floor. We heard and saw 1-2 other guess at our floor. We stayed in Room 210, deluxed room including breakfast. with wide glass window facing to under construction of Batam One Mall and bushes of surrounding old area. Checked in 5/May/2021 for a nght stay. Thank you to Ms. Rita, he front desk staff who was kindl assited us during check in and make sure our needs in the room is fulfilled. Hotel building looks luxury, located close to Lottemart and Sundanese Warung. Room was spacious, with king size bed, sofa bed ,furniture, mini bar, complimentary coffee/tea and water kettle. Surprising to have a bathtub...so the toilet itself has almost half of bed room's size. However, we understood this hotel is not new, so old carpet smell is unavoided. Internet was good and strong. Room has tv cable with 40 local and foreign channels. They served the breakfast by ala carte menu for main course and fruits, and let bread/toast, juices, coffee/tea stall open for self service. Nasi goreng was good and tasty. The staffs on duty and 1 high shool trainee available on-spot to help. Swimming pool and fitness center at 6th floor are open 9AM-6PM, but we did not try it because this place seems not attended by any staff. We can sleep well in the room. Thank you for the staying experience in this hotel, and wish all the best for the management and staffs to keep their spirit high in serving during this trying condition. Sahid Batam Center Hotel & Convention is having a good advantage on location, located in the heart of Batam Center, where luxury and homey abound. It is an old hotel, but it is well maintained and it is connected to a modern life style, near local culinary and having a good entertainment with roof top bar. The staffs are giving a good hospitality and helpful. Sahid Batam Center hotel could fit for business and personal use. Over all, Sahid Batam Center Hotel & Convention is a good hotel to stay. The best ever Hotel and it's my always first choice when come to Batam. Perfect cleanliness, the room is so comfortable. The feeling of enjoyment during holiday especially with family. The staff are firiendly and helpful. The look presentable and proffesional. The receptionist ms. Cahaya & ms. Ega are beautiful and will make you feel like comes again. Lastly i will never forget the moment in Santika Batam & Santika Garut till now. Santika will always be my best hotel ever.

The hotel is only 1.5 km from the Batam Centre terminal. It is convenient. The decor of the hotel is unique. It has an Egyptian theme. Also very convenient to go anywhere as the private service is cheap, good and efficient. Value for money. Hotel is not big and the staff is friendly.

I don't even know how to begin... overall, the service staff were very friendly. We knew the hotel was old so we were expecting the worst but got a newly renovated room instead and that was nice. But the renovation felt incomplete with a number of issues / poorly done, and weird things like a very very rusty shower soap rack (because it's clearly newly renovated, why is it rusty???). Amenities wise there's a hair dryer, 2 bottles and complimentary coffee and tea packets. Nothing in minibar. Room was spacious, but the safe was spoilt and way too small (barely can keep iPad level small). There's only one door lock and no extra chain lock on the door. I mean I didn't feel unsafe unsafe but at the same time I knew it was not really safe. The water turned a bit brown for about 3 minutes the first night (we suspect rust?) but didn't appear any more after. Drainage was okay but can be improved. Towels were stained and bedsheets not pristine. It's beside a school, so expect some noise if your staying in the morning on weekdays. There was also an air freshener in the room that went off every hour (literally every hour throughout the night) but I'm pretty 100% sure there was nothing in the air freshener. The weirdest part was the outside of the hotel - not the hotel property itself but the road leading up to it. It seemed completely abandoned and like it could collapse anytime. Overall - would not stay again but if no other choice, can make do. Paid about $160 for 3 nights.

Saya menginap di Queen Victoria Batam on 28th-1st July. So far For Fasilitas dan harga memuaskan.. Kamar bersih, cocok buat kluarga. Reception girl nya ramah banget, im really sorry I forgot her name, but i like to say Thankyou with her for great Hospitality. We will come back once we visit Batam. Thankyou Batam for great Holiday

Saw this and it's amenities and felt it was the best for me and my 3 kids. Decided to try this out didn't realize it was further than I'm usually used to. We arrived in the evening but was greeted by a cheerful receptionist. Please note there is a 1 mil rupiah deposit. I wasn't prepared for this so I thought to give this a heads up for future booking awareness. The place was alittle hard to spot from the main road ( there was no signage) but it's landmarks are Cubezone and Ria. Note, there is a laundry service across the road please expect 1-2 days. Express service is 1 day The entrance is a dainty little walkway like a secret hideout into a cactus garden that somehow transports you to what looks like Bali crossed with New Mexico feels. A small but clean pool, well maintained. They have dining table and benches outside for a chill out vibe. There's also a BBQ space where you can engage in their BBQ rental (provides charcoal n pit) with a ceiling fan n sink for your convenience and comfort. Area is nice and spacious. Once again I just emphasize, they keep it very clean. The place it seems is 6 container villas surrounding the garden n pool. Which is perfect if you plan to have a big group in. Inside there's a basic kitchenette with a fridge, pot, kettle. There were 2 rooms. Both equipped with bathrooms and tvs. Ac was perfection.you don't have to worry about the heat. It's so nice and cold. Makes you wanna just not get out of bed. The wifi was laggy alittle, didn't bother us as we had local data but it wasn't so nice to be watching a movie and gettin disrupted. TV is equipped with YOUTUBE and Netflix. Pretty awesome to keep the kids occupied. Be warned they have live bands that play music till 1-2 am in the morning. Definately didn't expect that but it didn't bother us so much. Once again, another heads up. Pool is open from 7am to 9pm. Its also a 15-20mins drive to Nagoya. We normally do Grab roughly about 60-70k. The host has their number in the welcome print and responds pretty fast if you need to enquire on anything. Overall, the place is pretty charming and despite it being alittle far from massages n karaoke, I think I found a new go to place. Certainly looking forward to be back.
