Hotel Malang dengan Kolam Renang

Ijen Suites Resort and Convention is a great hotel that left a very positive impression from start to finish. The property is very clean and well maintained throughout. Breakfast was a highlight with mostly local food on offer which was a really nice touch and made the experience feel authentic and welcoming. The staff truly stood out with their warm and genuine hospitality making every interaction pleasant. The surrounding area is also lovely and perfect for a relaxing walk in the morning or afternoon with nice cafes and restaurants nearby. The hotel itself comes with great amenities including a gym sauna swimming pool and cafe ensuring there is always something to enjoy during your stay. Overall nothing negative to mention at all. Keep up the excellent work.

Best in my Indonasia so far! The room was so spacious with the spectacular city view. Staff was super friendly and welcoming. I got a dedicated ambassador and everything was quick. The location is excellent. Highly recommended for your stay in Malang. The only improvement is bedding. The comforter was not very comfy and had stains. Sheets seemed fairly old.

New hotel building in malang, archipelago chains hotel, great room and breakfast, have netflix, google nest and disney hotstar, complete amenities, water refill, gym… but unfortunately the pool is too small.

The facility set up with swimming pools, nice garden, gym, restaurants, meeting venues and overall environment is relaxing. When selecting your rooms, try to stay away from the car park and motorbike parking lot as around 4+am you will hear the prayers from the amplifiers and after that the motorbike sounds. The first 2 nights in Sky room I was not able to sleep until I changed to standard room on 3rd night then everything ok. The staffs are polite and helpful.

Lokasi sangat baik, bilik tidak begitu luas tetapi bersih. Bilik air kecil tetapi pemanas air berfungsi dengan baik. Wifi lancar tetapi meja kerja terlalu kecil untuk komputer riba dan cerek. Tetapi tiada masalah. Terdapat perkhidmatan valet percuma juga. Masalahnya ialah penghawa dingin di bilik kami 9012 (menginap 9 April 24) tidak berfungsi seperti biasa, kami hanya tiba pada waktu malam selepas pulang, tetapi kami telah menunggu lama tetapi tidak sejuk. Akhirnya staff engineering datang check dan tambah freon kat outdoor AC, lepas tu suhu bilik jadi sejuk sikit tapi tak sesejuk yang sepatutnya 😢 tapi sebab dah petang kami tak nak pindah bilik. Untuk menu sarapan termasuk so-so, kanak-kanak berumur 5 tahun dikenakan bayaran IDR 50,000, tidak seperti biasa, kanak-kanak berumur 5 tahun masih percuma. Tiada kolam renang kanak-kanak, hanya kolam renang dewasa dengan kedalaman 120cm. Dan malangnya ia hanya dibuka pada pukul 10 pagi selepas waktu sarapan pagi (mungkin kerana ia berada di tingkat yang sama). Dan tutup pukul 5 petang. Semoga perkhidmatan dan kemudahan akan dipertingkatkan lagi terutamanya penghawa dingin dan kolam renang. 👌

Stayed with family here and it was a great experience as the hotel is located in a very strategic place.

The hotel itself is in the city centre and within a mall which is convenient but it can get very crowded (and jammed) on weekends. The staff are polite and understanding. We had to pay 100k IDR deposit for our rooms but since we were carrying sleeping kids, they let us check into the rooms first. Room is clean but old and basic. The room does not have safe deposit box, unmovable shower head. Basic amenities are dental kit, sanitary bag, shower cap, and lotion. Shampoo and shower gel are 2-in-1 and stuck on the wall. There’s only bath towel (no hand towel). Sound-proofing can be improved since the corridor is not carpeted. Breakfast is free for kids 5 and below. Taste-wise it’s ok. Apart from egg station, salad, waffles and bakery section, the rest are very much Indonesian style.

Good location as it’s located near the Alun Alun (City Square), the Malang Railway Station, and some legendary local culinary spots. Breakfast was decent with many choices. While the general cleanliness in the room was alright, the furnitures and amenities in the room are a bit outdated. All in all, if you’re just looking for a strategic resting place after a day exploring Malang area, this hotel is perfectly adequate

The room is just the right size for a couple or a small family of 3- 2 adults and a child. The bed is comfortable. The shower is separated from the toilet bowl area. The TV is not a smart and no Netflix or YouTube. The swimming pool is not big so be aware if you and your family want to swim, choose the right timing to avoid crowds. The gym is facing the pool. There are several food options surrounding the hotel. The carpark is small too located at basement. Overall, it is an okay place to stay. Clean and comfortable.

The staff was friendly, very helpful. They prepared a special breakfast since I went to Mt. Bromo tour and I couldn't arrive before 10am. The swimming pool looked nice. The only issue is the wifi which was intermitent.
