The best hotel we stayed at. Very nice and spacious room. The whole building and ground is perfect. Service is excellent and breakfast is very good. All the staff are very courteous, polite and well trained. The hotel is highly recommended

The rooftop views of Old Delhi from Haveli Dharampura are breathtaking, offering a stunning perspective of the city. The rooms are spacious, tastefully decorated, and cleaned every day. We enjoyed the themed dinners and live music performances, which added to the overall charm and made our experience even more enjoyable.

SSarah and EricWe had a great stay at the Zostel. From the moment of arrival, staff were kind and welcoming. Rooms are very clean and comfortable. Ours was quite spacious. It’s in a great location near the New Delhi railway station, which is easily accessible to the airport and most attractions by metro.
Heads up: all power goes out in the room when you leave for the day, including the fridge in your room! We didn’t know and lost some food. 😕 Charge everything overnight and just plan to eat out.
Overall a good stay. We would return.

PPengguna TetamuThe reason this has been my favorite experience at any hotel/ inn is because of the exceptional costumer service. I was traveling with my mother and grandmother for 2 nights, and from the moment we got there we could feel the homely atmosphere. The first night we got there we had it was already 5pm but we still wanted to go see something and grab food, we asked the night receptionist where we should go since he had been so friendly during check in and he suggested Indian gate and a restaurant near the area that was walking distance and this was the best option for us. When we got back we had intended to pick up some soap, shampoo and cold medications for my mother but we weren’t able to, so when we got back we asked where we could go since it was late and a Sunday. He called someone right there in front of us and had everything delivered to our room in 15 minutes tops. There were other experiences such as this that just made us feel like we were visiting a relatives house and I couldn’t have imagined having such a better experience!!

Ddutt2016We stayed for five nightsd during the Durga Puja and Dussehra break. This property has been our go to property whenever we visit Delhi. The lobby manager Mr. Jha was very hospitable and welcoming and so were the rest of the staff in housekeeping, room service, restaurant and security. We hope to visit again next year. CCurious22201296585One of the best budget properties that I have stayed in . Firstly the hotel has a dream location, with such close proximity to major markets, tourist destinations , railway station and the airport. It is surrounded by a plethora of amazing eating joints, most of them being walking distance. The hotel has the most courteous staff who are just a call away and a very friendly and cooperative owner. The rooms are extremely and bathrooms clean and spacious. The bed and the pillows are 5 star standards. Running hot water was always available and the internet speed was brilliant. It is 3 side open property making it very well ventilated giving a very positive vibe. All in all had a brilliant stay and my only go to place when I am in Delhi. Highly recommended!
