The apartment is very nice and also beautifully located. There is a beautiful swimming pool in the complex, which invited few users to linger in the beginning of the off-season. However, some of the furnishings in the approximately 50-year-old apartments

We enjoyed our honeymoon at this hotel. Luxury, atmosphere, friendly and professional service, dependable facilities, beautiful wellness area, cocktails, fresh seafood, a few minutes drive from the airport. We would absolutely come back, highly recommend! Had a lovely conversation with the property manager who was extremely customer focused and had visions of even a better service. The staff there is also the same, ready to serve and accommodate. Thank you for the lovely experience!

The hotel is a beautiful design and the staff were absolutely amazing! Location was perfect as well beside the harbour and easy the main parts of the city. Rooms were a great size and lots of nice touches. The only real negative would be the pool area being quite small and limited pool chairs maybe 12-14 total. My wife and I were a tad itchy from the pool as well not sure what from. The inside of restaurant was unfortunately reserved the 3 nights we were there for weddings. we were able to sit outside for dinner but we did have some rain. The food though was absolutely phenomenal with neat creations and lovely desert ! 4.7/5 would be our review score and would stay again

Schönes Hotel, ruhig gelegen und unweit vom Zentrum (10-15 min abhängig wo man hingehen möchte). Aufmerksamkeit hab ich vermisst. Sowohl im Restaurant wo ich zu Mittag gegessen habe als auch beim Check in. Keine Erklärung zum Hotel. (Wo ist der frühstücksraum ?, WLAN, Wellness, welche Restaurants gibt es ?) Was toll war, mein Auto wurde zum Parkplatz gefahren. Im Restaurant gab es keine Aufmerksamkeit. Wie schmeckt das Essen, möchten Sie noch einen Wein, Café, Dessert? Tolle 4 Restaurants gibt es im Hof. Am Abend war der Cocktail im Saudade sehr lecker.
Hotel carino, in zona tranquilla e poco distante dal centro (10-15 minuti dipende dove volete andare). Ho perso l'attenzione. Sia nel ristorante dove ho pranzato che al momento del check-in. Nessuna spiegazione sull'hotel. (Dove la sala colazione?, WiFi, benessere, quali ristoranti ci sono?…) Che bello, la mia macchina è stata portata al parcheggio. 🙏 Nel ristorante non c'era attenzione. Che sapore ha il cibo, vorresti un altro vino, un caffè, un dolce? Ci sono 4 ottimi ristoranti nel cortile. La sera il cocktail al Saudade era delizioso.

Llyns711Amazing stay at this hotel on our first visit to Sardinia! The staff were excellent, friendly and welcoming during our stay and always very happy to assist us. Rooms were cleaned to perfection, breakfast was delicious and we enjoyed a couple of relaxing bike rides along the promenade! Bus route is also excellent to the centre as taxis are few and far between. We cannot wait to return!

Free parking and breakfast was ok. Staff attentive. Seemed more of a business hotel but it was fine for us. Definitely needed a car. We did walk to a local shopping mall but it was a fair way.

I would highly recommend Hotel Italia. The rooms are pretty plain and simple , but clean and the bathroom has an excellent shower and modern fittings. The air conditioning worked really well and there is a fridge stocked with a few free drinks which was nice. Some of the rooms have balconies. There are no tea and coffee making facilities in the room and only paper cups to drink from. The breakfast room/bar is nice and light and spacious and there is a lovely terrace area to sit outside. It was a bid odd that the terrace is closed between 10.30am and 12 noon, but the rest of the time it is open and we enjoyed a few cocktails there. All the staff were really friendly and helpful and the location of the hotel is really central. It is on a pedestrianised street so no traffic noise, we were on the 4th floor so well away from any street noise at all. Our only disappointment was the quality of the breakfast. Hot water and black coffee are put out in large silver urns at 7am with no insulation or heating, so by around 9am they are tepid. Consequently everyone was ordering fresh drinks from the coffee machine at the bar, which are great and for no extra charge, however it meant that one of the 2 breakfast staff was fully occupied making hot drinks. Therefore food on the buffet was frequently running out and not replenished. The choice on the buffet was quite poor. It would have been lovely to have some fresh, sliced tomatoes and also better quality bread. The pineapple being served was almost rotten. The cakes looked good. One of our party was Vegan and all they could offer was some gluten free cakes, dry crackers and bread. As we hadn’t made them aware beforehand of this, we hoped that once they were aware they may have provided something better the next days, but unfortunately not. PPengguna TetamuService was phenomenal, the staff there were very friendly and caring, any problem or request and my needs were met. The hotel is very clean, the area is quiet with no disturbances during our stay. Room was equipped with AC which was very nice after coming in from the heat. The room was clean, with the beds being very comfy. The only negative to this place is that it’s in the middle of no where, in order to get there from the airport it’s either a 2 hour walk (have to walk around the motorways) or have to get a €20 taxi. In addition to this, it’s another 30 minutes roughly bus ride to the centre, and a good 20 minute walk to the closest shops. The hotel itself was excellent however the location is a really big negative to staying there. If you don’t have a car it’s not worth staying unless you can sort out travel.

I was disappointed from my experience here. The gym and pool were closed & I was told that it was due to Covid- that should be advertised on their website. The WiFi didn't work in the bedroom and the walls are so thin, it felt like the screaming children running down the halls at 2am and 7am were in my room. The shower door was also broken in the bathroom and although the staff were lovely at breakfast, the breakfast itself wasn't good.

PPengguna TetamuOk so this might take some time but I think everyone should know what follows before even thinking on book at this hotel. THIS IS NOT A 4 STAR HOTEL!!! It's a scam!!! I did book here for 13 nights and I literally had to go away after two nights as the rooms are ridiculously old, full of issues, and incredibly uncomfortable!!! After the first night, I woke up with extreme back pain due to the extremely poor quality of the mattress!! Seriously the worst ever slept on in 20 years of travelling!!!! The staff at the reception though, very kindly did agree to change my room. Unfortunately, the new one was even worse and with more issues!!!! I could not sleep at all due to a very loud machanic / electric noise coming from the bathroom's ceiling that goes off every 2 minutes sharp!! Literary every 2 minute period you had to listen at this strong noise which made impossible for me to sleep. So at 2am I had to go to the reception to ask to fix the issue which unfortunately, it couldn't be fixed as that is the way it is in that hotel!!! Apparently for them it's normal!! In addition the super loud music from the restaurant downstairs it is on up to almost 1am!!! What a fraud!! Furthermore, even in this room qthe mattress was so old and flat that you couldn't sleep on it!! (see pictures attached) The bathroom of both rooms (so I suspect all of them) have no windows nor a fan!!!! Seriously????? In a 4 star hotel bathrooms without ventilation????? What a joke!!!!! I've been travelling for 20 years this year, and I have honestly not seen anything so badly maintained in my travel life!!! Probably the owners is friend to someone at the council, and paid them to get the 4 stars, tipical Italian situation. This is a real scam. This hotel does not deserve more than 2 stars. No gym, no pool, horrible mattress, no ventilation in the bathrooms nor a windows, noise!!! What on earth. I had to cancel the rest of my staying (10 more nights) and book somewhere else which did cost me 30% more. The only positive thing that can be saved from this experience is the staff. From the very kind ladies that clean the rooms, to the staff at the reception (both the day and night staff) and the people at the restaurant, they are all very good, professional and people with good heart. What a waste, I hope for them that they can find a better job in a better place as they deserve. Very disappointed of booking to sell this horrible place as a 4 star hotel. Unbelievable. Ridiculous.

We used the hotel on two separate dates in September at the start and finish of a bicycle tour of the area. We chose the hotel as it had plenty of private parking, the hotel itself is a standard business hotel with just about everything you need. The rooms are okay and very clean, we had a small balcony both times. Breakfast was a disappointment though based on all the other hotels we stayed in during our visit. The bus stop in to town is just out front and it takes about 30 minutes, a lot better than taking the car! Nice little restaurant across the road which we used on both occasions.
