Hotel Monterrey dengan Kolam Renang

Enjoyed the stay a lot. Hotel is very new and clean. It felt very luxury and the fact that it has an entrance the the Valle Oriente mall is great.

I came here for an important exam. I really need to thank this hotel for rendering luggage storage service for me. Thank you so much!

The hotel looked amazing, inside and outside, the pool was great and the attention was amazing.

一切都還好，在眾多入住過的酒店裡，這個酒店算是相當安全和舒服的。華人比較多，所以每次來都會住這裏，唯一不足的就是房間床品，洗手枱，衞浴等設備可能還不如亞朵。體現不出豪華感，希望後期能提升硬件

Nothing special at all, but the front desk hangup on my water request, which is a bit rude, other than that I don't see anything special to complain.

酒店類似度假村，早餐比較簡陋，好像墨西哥的酒店早餐都一般。 晚上問前台要了一杯熱牛奶🥛，付錢時告知不用付費。就憑這個，好評。

This hotel was great and for thebawesome proce i got the customer service was excelent the room also perfect the food a bit pricey especially for the quality i recieved i paid 750 pesos for a individual pizza the crust was like cardboard and still cold a bit and cheese wasnt melted i sent it back and they didnt so much to fix it I also had some truffel french fries included in that price the coke was the best tasting item of the meal i went for breakfast in the hotel restraunt the next morning unfortunately the food didn't improve a ton but loved the staff and hotel so much i stayed and extravl two nights

立地が悪すぎます　市街からUberで1時間かかるからです さらに道は渋滞が多いです　人口が多くW杯開催故です 内装は知らないです　キャンセルしていかなかったからです ホテル所在地を遠方から見た景色はとてもよかったです、良い点は1つくらい挙げた方がいいからです 近くの自然公園だけ行きたかったです　段取り悪くてすみません　時間は気合いで泊まります　全て言わされています

Clean, comfortable. No teapot, no refrigerator, no laundry. 10 minutes before check out i was told “time to go”. other workers were helpful and nice.
