Easy check in, very friendly, accommodating staff. Mantra was perfect for a family stay. There was plenty of room for the family, a good outside space and the garage in the middle of winter was fantastic. The upstairs heating in the bedrooms was amazing. However downstairs - main living, tv, kitchen, dining room was freezing. The gas fire was ineffective in the negative temperatures and even with an extra heater (which we requested), we were cold when downstairs. They have everything needed for a stay - full kitchen, dishwasher, washing machine and dryer. Staff were great.

The view from our room which is lake view is really good! Choose lower floor if you prefer sitting outside and relaxing. I am at the higher floor and there is no place outside to chill as the balcony facing the lake is all connected for the whole level. The location is just 5-7 mins walk to the Church so it is really strategic! Quite a number of food places nearby too.

北歐風的大house, 很有韻味。性價比很高，湖景房，很安靜。衞生標準很高，前台服務人員也非常貼心，一直詢問需不需要幫助。還準備了牛奶和咖啡。廚房特別好用，各種工具豐富，便於操作。停車位充足，出門也特別方便，到周邊都很絲滑。超市開車五分鐘。星空也特別好拍！

The apartment was spotlessly clean, and we had a decent view from a ground floor apartment. I agree with other reviews though - I’d request an upstairs apartment if we ever had the opportunity to return. Upstairs neighbors were quite loud (which is not the owners’ fault) and I think than an unobstructed view would’ve been lovely. We did love staying here though, as it was a beautiful place and a good home base for hiking at Aoraki/Mount Cook NP. If you’re jet lagged, make sure you go outside to check out the stars. They were absolutely beautiful here!

This was a great place to stay. I had the room with a private bathroom and it was all comfy enough for the couple of nights I stayed. The car park is small and quite awkward, so I parked on the residential street which was no problem at all and lots of safe parking available. The facilities are well maintained and all the other guests were very respectful and it was pretty much quiet by 10pm. I didn't see any staff - the keys were left in an envelope in a check-in area, with a clear map of where your room is located - it worked very well and no issues. It's only a short walk to the lakeside so this accommodation is great value for money. When I arrived the room was very hot from the heat of the sun so the following day I kept the curtains closed as there's no air con. This definitely helped to keep it cool.

There were plenty of outlets to charge devices, plenty of storage for each person's luggage, comfy and spotless beds, and the room was super warm in winter! The hostel is quiet and modern, with gorgeous views across Lake Tekapo and a brilliant lounge with beanbags and sofas overlooking the view. The staff were super lovely and helpful. The bathrooms and kitchen were very clean. The location is right in the centre of the town near to the supermarket and Dark Sky Project centre.

PPengguna TetamuBooked 1 night accommodation through an on-line booking site (Expedia). Unfortunately there was a problem with the booking in that they hadn't included my child in the booking so the accommodation booked (motel room) could only accommodate 2 people. Thankfully the staff were fantastic and managed to find us an alternative option for no extra cost. The cabin we stayed in was fantastic and the place has undergone a massive upgrade since we last stayed here in 2011. The cabin was clean, cosy and we had everything we needed for our staff. Great BBQ available outside of the cabin which we made use of for dinner & brekkie and location is superb. An adventure when travelling with a 6 year old as accommodation felt very safe. (lots of families around due to scholl holidays). Easy 5 min stroll to Tekapo Hot Springs. Would recommend and advise to just book directly with the accommodation rather than an on-line secondary service.

LLoklok magic momentI had an amazing stay at Peppers, which is located so close to the lake—it's incredibly convenient! The location made it easy to explore the surrounding area. The highlight of our stay, however, was the fantastic staff. A special shout-out to Aggie Sami, who went above and beyond to assist us. We accidentally left some of our belongings at the hotel, and Aggie was kind enough to arrange delivery all the way to Queenstown for us. Their helpfulness and attention to detail really made our experience memorable. Highly recommend staying here for both the location and exceptional service!

The lodge is in a beautiful location overlooking the lake and a short walk to town. The room was spacious and airy with large glass doors filling the room with light. There was space to sit outside to enjoy the view. The room was spotless and well equipped. There was a large bathroom. A suggestion would be to have bulk toiletries rather than the waste of little plastic bottles. Staff were friendly and helpful.
