Charming Nostalgic Vibes and Excellent Staffing I had a wonderful stay here and was particularly impressed by how well-managed the property is. The check-in counter was appropriately staffed, and the friendly team made the process seamless. Since the hotel is quite large, the staff provided a map of the vicinity and very clear instructions on how to reach our room. Even though our room was located quite a distance from the reception, we had no trouble finding our way. Parking was consistently busy, but despite the high volume of cars, we were always able to find an available spot without much stress. We absolutely loved the room! it has a beautiful nostalgic feel that manages to feel classic rather than ”old.” It was spotlessly clean, the beds were very comfortable, and the bathroom was huge. We didn't utilize the balcony since it faced the parking lot, but I imagine it would be lovely to crack open for some fresh air during the summer. One minor disappointment was the amenities. They provide Salt & Stone products, which we love, but unfortunately, the shower and bath gel hadn't been topped up prior to our check-in. It was a shame we didn't get to use them, but it didn't overshadow an otherwise great stay. Overall: A great blend of character and efficiency. I’d definitely stay here again!

The room itself was very modern, neat and tidy. They provided bottled water for the coffee machine but not enough creamer/coffee pods to last me through the morning. Food is good but very, very expensive. Service at the bars/restaurants is slow, and again, very expensive. The odds at the ****** suck. As in, don't plan on being able to play slots for long,bc payouts/bonuses are lowsy. I encountered 3 other couples/people riding the elevator at the same time as me (Fri and Sat), and both sports bars were low energy for a weekend. Which made me think this hotel isn't doing well.

The smell from the purina plant can be strong during different times of the day and the hotel is 8 minutes from all the bars and restaurants downtown . It’s a new and clean facility and probably one of the nicer hotels compared to the others

The hotel is dated but the rooms have been refurbished nicely. Bathrooms are small. There’s a big fridge and the beds are comfy, the view and outlook aren’t the best but was cheap enough. The Wi-Fi isn’t very reliable and this also affects the tv channels.

Kakitangan yang mesra dan mesra. Perkhidmatan adalah hebat. Kemudahan bersih dan terawat dengan baik walaupun agak ketinggalan zaman. Banyak kedai makan berdekatan. Persekitaran yang damai dan tenang.

Great hotel not far from Interstate 40. Sedona is only 30 minute drive and well worth a visit.  Monument Valley and Grand Canyon are doable in a day nd Denny’s , petrol station and Cold Stone ice cream are close by

Hotel in good location. Room is very sizable. Front desk very professional and efficient. Slight poor insulation from noises.

I did not know that the entire hotel was pet-friendly or I would not have stayed there due to my allergies. It was not clearly posted online. I did not know there was a $150 hotel deposit when I arrived. I had already paid the room before I got there. The location was a bit overwhelming as the hotel is behind a gas station, bar, and fast food drive through. The hotel was partially under construction and part of the parking lot was closed. This made it challenging for customers to find parking. The room itself was clean, new and spacious. I did not know breakfast was not included even though there was coffee in the lobby.

The hotel was nice, room was nice. Coffee maker was dirty, but the room was overall ok. We enjoyed the indoor heated pool. The fitness center was Not to our liking tho. No ac and felt like a sauna. Only has a treadmill and a bike. The Continental breakfast , I’m sorry was horrible. It was a decent stay but would probably not be my first choice to stay again.

El lugar esta muy fácil de llegar y tiene varios restaurantes cerca, también hay un Walmart a 3 min en carro o 15 min caminando. Me gusto mucho que tenía microondas y frigobar. Lo que podría mejorar es el desayuno porque solo hay waffles, manzanas, yogurt y café aparte de que no hay alguien que esté limpiando las mesas después de que alguien las use
